2 star at best. Go elsewhere!
Terrible & total rip off ! Despite our room being ready we had to pay 20€ to acces it 2 hrs early. I notice the till stated 'upselling'. Receptionist tried to sell us a short corridor room for €136pp as an alternative for early check in. Filthy dirty around dirty pool and in mosaic tiles. The overflow drain plastic got cleaned but could not believe it was put back in.the trough which was covered in thick green/black debris. Pool area & shower never washed nor were sunbeds, tables or parasol bases washed. Just squirted with a hose. Restaurant is severly lacking in staff. Had to clear and clean our own table. Food wasnt great. Not real slices of bacon and recycled stuff from lunch served at dinner. Chef on fried eggs was accommodating but one called Moja was very rude. On one occasion, despite my insistence to use a clean pan he went to cook my spaghetti in a pan used for carbonara when I asked for bolognese. Lifeguard in his mobile missed a woman having a fit. Had to shout at him to get off his phone then he panicked. All 4 lifts were put of order for nearly a whole day. The maintenance is shocking. Watched a piece of tile being stuck down with silicone. Not smoothed just a squiggle. Pool table covered in leaves & dirt. Table tennis table net rusted.

Great location 5 mins from the beach
Good location only 5 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins stagger from the strip 🤣 very clean hotel, nice pool area although we went to the beach most days (€20.50 for 2 sunbeds and parasol) room was a decent size, tv on the wall, mini fridge and a sea view from the balcony, nice shower inc shower gel, hairdryer. Breakfast is typical Spanish hotel self service with mostly what you'd want. Including an omelette station. Check in and out was hassle free. Would stay again if we came back.

Dreadful place
Reception staff sullen and not welcoming. Breakfast tables not cleared so everyone has to clear a table and find cutlery and serviettes. We complained and the manager sent up a bottle of wine, however when we asked for ice to go.in the wine, we were told no. Apparently it's a chargeable service!!!!!. Finally we requested an early morning wakeup call abd it never came. Dreadful place.

Bad points Food is terrible didnt have a hot meal in a week (unless we ate out) The hotel foyer is great but rooms are very dated Open wardrobes with no fronts ( i know its a ‘thing’ but just makes your room untidy) No kettle Very few plugs of any type in the room no USB No shelving in the bathroom apart from the slim shelf fixed to the basin,so toiletries had to be kept in the bedroom Shower overflowed after a few seconds of water so you had to put towels on the floor to stop it flooding Dining room was very bright with the soul of an aircraft hanger Three times in the week we had left drinks on the table with reading glasses to show we were still using the table only to return and almost full drinks had been tipped away and personal items moved,these were replaced after a lot of shoulder shrugging and slammed down on the table Simply free water machine should be available for evening meals not everyone want to drink alcohol,soft drinks were a available at extra cost

Good overall but room for improvement
Lovely room with pool/sea view, sunny in the morning and great shady balcony in the afternoon. Room clean overall but a bit battered in places. Bathroom with large shower, good water temperature and pressure. Only stayed bed and breakfast but food was the worst I've ever had. Cold and over- cooked and chaotic dining room as not enough staff to clear. Paper cups for me are a definite no. Went out for Breakfast in the end as things didn't improve. Large pools and the entertainment team day and night were outstanding. Quiet at night too. Booked as a last minute deal price, but would not pay full price as more 3 star than 4 star.
