Guests can enjoy sport activities like spinning, yoga and pool bike during the day and a variety of shows and live music in the evening.
The little ones will be entertained in three mini clubs with new “Katmandu Adventures” programme, funny games and quizzes (8 months – 12 years).
The New Waterland Pool Area, situated in the hotel gardens, features three pools, splash pad, waterfalls, slides and much fun for all ages.
Guests can savor varied buffets in the main restaurant and have a drink or snack in the pool and lounge bars.
The rooms are modern and comfortable. All of them equipped with balcony, free Wi-Fi, A/C, mini fridge, flat screen SAT TV and bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Plenty of food choices, im a fussy eater and always found something. Lovely friendly staff from the chefs, waiters, receptionists, cleaners etcc
Rooms cleaned daily
Not far from the strip and beach with bars, shops and restaurants.
Only downside is you have to queue for pools downstairs where kids pools are, from around 9:30 if you want decent sun beds as them pools are gated. The top pool by entertainment people put towels out early as no gates sp get taken early, (and yes, people leave towels and go out for the day which is annoying).
3 lifts for entire building which are always busy so always use stairs 🙄.
Other than that this hotel has been fantastic, kudos to all the staff who are all so friendly and welcoming.
Please ignore all the negatives comments, people are on high horses and expect a royal palace.
SHOCKING
don’t usually write a review but I have no option to tell others to stay clear! The food was appalling the food was undercooked cold and inedible we had to go out every night to eat and several famlilys were ill during course of holiday Constant queuing for food and lift. Staff were rude no fun in the pool no ball games in pool. Pool downstairs closed constantly due to incident and weren’t opened till following day. Wi-Fi very poor. Check in desk took forever. Que behind locked gates for sun bed till 10am. STAY AWAY!!!
Great hotel
Can’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve just returned home from 8 nights and almost didn’t book reading the reviews. I went with my 3 small children. (6 and under) The kids club was amazing. My children asked to go everyday. The staff were wonderful with them. Pools were great and lots of lifeguards on duty. Loads of entertainment throughout the day Hotel was super clean. Rooms a little tired and bare but we literally only showered and slept there so it’s all you need really. Housekeeping came everyday Food was really nice and a big selection everyday from seafood, freshly cooked meat, curries, pasta and chicken nuggets/fish fungers. There was literally something for everyone and it was fresh! Great location too. 10minute walk to the beach and the strip There is a laundrette round the corner too which I used at the hotels recommendation- €20 for a big bag of washing and ready next day Would definitely book again
Fantastic stay!
Great location. Easy access to beach and nightlife. Lovely shop across the road of you need essentials. We had a lovely room that faced over the gardens. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and friendly cleaning staff. Lots of activities for children and adults. Food was great and if you did que it was peak times and for five minutes max. Air con was a god send as it's so hot! Really cannot fault any part of the holiday! Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Special mention to Jesus at the bar! Nick named the singing bar man, he brightened every day.
Ignore negative reviews. A great family holiday experience
An excellent location close to the beach and within walking dustance of strip but far enpugh away not to be bothered by noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was extremely busy at height of the season but it did not compromise on the quality and variety of good available. Restaurant and kitchen staff's uniform was immaculate and ample staff who were efficient in people management so no long waits and were continually cleaning , tidying and replenishing serving areas. A credit to the restaurant team for excellent mealtime experience thoughout a busy period. Hotel spotlessly clean throughout, bedroom very comfortable. Pool area great for kids but the sun bed wars were something else. Stampeed for sunbeds as soon as gate to pool opens at 10.00 a.m. is dangerous. Someone at some stage will fall down those steps. Avoid if possible. A super family experience and will definately return.
