excellent pool with good service
Really nice pool with excellent service, especially George the manager. The things the hotel can offer you is as good as it gets, other things, like guest that arrive, they can not influence. Youngsters that haven't started to shave are numerous, but even for families it works. They put us in a part of hotel without party and testosterone inflated small boys, and sound insolation was actually acceptable. Close to beach, excellent pool and good service is all we need. Thank you for that.
Teribile noise
You can't sleep in this hotel because of the noise in every night, young people screaming and running in the hallway and the indolent staff taking no action.
Great place for vacation.
I've stayed in HM Martinique for 8 days in July 2026. That's my second stay in this hotel. First time was in August 2022. This is a lovely hotel. Great restaurant. 15 minutes to the stip (on foot). 24 h reception stuff, Great pool with medium depth (4 ft) which is great for people who can swim, but also for people who can't. Very close to shops.

Awful staff
We are currently on day two of our holiday, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing.
We have a significant leak coming through the ceiling, with water travelling between the ceiling spotlights, which is an obvious safety concern. We reported this to staff immediately, but despite the leak still being active, they have been unwilling to move us to another room or offer a suitable solution.
The lack of urgency and concern shown by the staff has been shocking. Rather than taking action to address what is clearly a hazardous situation, they have been unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us to stay in unsafe conditions.
We expected much better customer service and for our safety concerns to be taken seriously, we definitely would not recommend staying here unless the management significantly improves how they deal with serious safety issues like this.
