Hotel full of 18-21s partying
Went at the end of June and it was full of 18-21 year olds from UK and Sweden, celebrating end of college / uni. There were wild celebrations but managed well by strict pool staff and security.
Down points to Hotel - No daytime or evening entertainment! Have to pay deposits for plastic glasses and towels. We kept misplacing our cups so kept costing us. Expect loud noise /music from rooms until Midnight, until everyone leaves for their night out. There is also a fair amount of noise when everyone returns between 4 and 6am. Security seemed to keep on top of this though as loud music seemed to soon stop again in this time frame. Pool doesn't open until 10am and that's annoying when you wake up early like I did. Also closes fairly early too.
Good points: comfy spacious clean apartment. Huge balconies. Nice warm pool. Food ok. It's easy to get a pool lounger in the morning as everyone remains asleep from partying. Good location, on the edge of Magaluf but still walking distance to the beach and strip.
Over all a good holding and if you are coming to Magaluf for the nightlife then you will.be happy

Grate location for everything Grate atmosphere staff talk where ever you go Rooms cleaned daily by staff Grate vaule for money went for ten days Noice level on a night was roudy but went in june so expected Room was big but overall a good hotel just make sure you have euros for pool side cups
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AWFUL, my son and his friends were here last year and it was great, lively and lots of fun, unsure if under new management -but the staff were rude and obnoxious on arrival and continued to be so throughout our stay - they ridiculous rules for a lively hotel, fines issued €50 for singing through the day., no warning, instant fine. Avoid at all costs. After speaking other guests they all say the same. there is also many poor reviews, with many had similar experiences

we're here last year and it was great: however this year awful! unsure if under new management or just new staff? the staff were so rude and obnoxious. lots of complaints by people we spoke too.Never again!
