Avoid at all costs
This hotel would be lucky to get 2 stars from me, room was awful and smelt of sewage 24/7, had cockroaches and the shower was very very dated. The hotel was packed with roudy , drunken , rude Germans and the hotel definitely catered for them. Food was not good and I ate salad and chips every day so don’t got all inclusive , infact just don’t go. You don’t get your alcoholic drinks free all day only 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner , wine or lager in a small glass. Reception staff were rude however, the cleaners and bar staff were lovely . Would never return again

Having read the reviews I expected much worse .. for what I paid I cannot possibly complain .. one gets what one pays for!
All-inclusive no-go
I rarely bother to write a review but I feel compelled on this occasion.
The animation staff here are beyond delightful. Kind and great with kids. Travelling as a family with additional needs, they made us feel welcome and included. They are exceptional.
Unfortunately, this is the only redeeming feature of this hotel. We booked all inclusive and I write this review in an attempt to ensure future guests understand what this actually means. The food is on the most part entirely inedible. We find the convenience of all inclusive right for our family, however we had to resort to buying all meals outside the hotel due to the horrible food and subsequent gastrointestinal response.
The rooms were what you might expect in a youth hostel with private facilities. Do not expect to be comfortable. However they were adequately maintained.
Due to the lack of popularity of the hotel, it was very quiet in the pool although you need to skim the pools for leaves, pin needles and wasps yourself. They are otherwise clean, although we did witness guests pouring drinks into the pool water.
The view is lovely and the terraces nice, however the soundproofing is poor and we were unlucky enough to have neighbours who threw their litter over onto our terrace. This is not a fault of the hotel but it does go a long way to explain the clientelle you will be forced to mixed with.
Stay only if desperate.
