The local waterpark is just moments away from the hotel. it is just 15 minutes by car from the capital of Majorca Palma, which is known for its music, bars, and clubs. The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms featuring a private balcony or terrace plus other convenient amenities including air conditioning, TV and full bathroom. There are two swimming pools within the complex, with additional two pools designed for children and families. Guests will love chilling out with complete sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, and relaxation terrace while in the evening there are live shows and other family-friendly entertainment.

Aqua aerobics was amazing had a great entertainer!! A group of three girls living the dream
Sun bathing not allowed before 10am and no full sun on the pool terrace until mid afternoon
The hotel itself is OK and the bedroom was much nicer than expected which was clean and modern (but no mini fridge) and a narrow balcony with 2 small chairs and small table. However, the air conditioning was very weak and took hours to make any difference to the room temperature which still felt too warm to sleep properly in late June. There is zero soundproofing in the rooms and you can clearly hear the guests in the next room even just having a conversation and the corridors were like an echo chamber which amplifies the sounds of people shouting and running in the corridors as the hotel is mostly populated by German youths who drink all day and Spanish school parties. The food quality was extremely poor with the cheapest possible ingredients which were mostly cooked from frozen and finding a place to sit at a table was a nightmare as all guests seemed to want to dine at the same time. If you like to sunbathe all day, do not stay here. The pool is shaded until mid afternoon and the pool terrace entrance is locked until 10am and there are not enough sun loungers for the number of guests and the usual 'towel wars' happened every morning. On check out we were told by reception that a taxi to Plama port should be around 20 Euros and a taxi was requested for us, but in fact it cost 38 Euros in a metered taxi so staff on reception need to make sure they provide more up to date and accurate information. The price to stay All Inclusive is very reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy noise, cheap food and dislike sun bathing

Never go back to this dump again.. Thought our hotel was for a family , how wrong was I. Mainly German occupied ie guest and if your wanting sleep forget it! We could not get any sleep as they made it impossible, shouting banging walls and running out the corridors all night and throwing stuff off the balcony’s! We told them to shut up around midnight but didn’t take any notice of us. The all inclusive is shocking too all bland foods, cold mostly by time your seated. Air conditioning unit in our room was non existent working and decided to leak or self condense itself all over our bed. Swimming pools are dirty, sunbeds were broke needs replacing oh and cockroaches in around the building! Complaint is imminent!
Good few days in Azuline Bahamas
Hotel decent enough for what we paid. Food was fine. We never went hungry and were always able to get enough to do us. Staff at the bar friendly and helpful as was the staff in dining room and reception if you ask them anything. The entertainment girl Anona was very nice and works very hard at the Hotel day time and night. My daughter took a real shine to her and she was very kind to her throughout the holiday. Really was a good few days away for my Mum's birthday. We really enjoyed the break away. There was alot of Dutch German Polish Spanish in the Hotel. Limited English. That did not annoy us at all. People were friendly. There was a steep hill down to beach but Hotel put shuttle on which was good. Rooms basic but clean. Overall we would go back and enjoyed our 1st time in El Arenel.
Good little hotel in a great location.
I honestly can’t moan for the price we paid. I booked the hotel directly and for 3 night for two paid £250 All inclusive. Our room was just like the picture in the main building and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is on the small side for the number of rooms and there isn’t enough sunbed’s so you do need to be at the pool door when it opens at 10am to get one. The evening entertainment terrace is also a bit small. The hotel is only a 10min walk to the beach down hill and there are plenty of shops ect near by. With the Airport bus across the road A1 there and A2 back it was really easy to get to. The food was pretty varied, each night is a theme we had, Chinese, Spanish and not sure on the last night but it was good and I enjoyed most meals I ate there was always pasta, chips, rice salad ect. The pool snack bar with pizza, hot dogs ect was good and clean. The hotel did run out of ice cream pots on our second day so there wasn’t any available but not the end of the world. The drinks in the AL was good with a few cocktails included and coffee buy the pool, and even slush puppies for the kids too. Overall if you want an easy clean hotel I’d recommend. The staff were all lovely even charged my phone for me and even when we checked out we were able to use the all facilities/good and get a shower and fresh towels in the gym until we left in the evening.
