Staff are good. Roomd are clean. Bus stop outside to Palma. 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of thieves and pickpockets. Be very very careful.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in

We stayed here from 29 August to 2 September and, while we made the best of the holiday, the hotel itself was absolutely dreadful.

The biggest issue by far was the food. I genuinely cannot stress enough how bad it was. The pizza had the texture of Play-Doh, the chips were routinely undercooked, the lasagne was grey, and the hot dogs looked like the absolute cheapest thing money could buy. It wasn’t just “basic hotel food” — a lot of it looked completely unappetising and, in some cases, barely edible. We ended up dreading mealtimes.

The pool area is also far too small for the number of guests. There simply isn’t enough room or enough sunbeds, meaning you’re competing for somewhere to sit almost immediately.

The air conditioning was atrocious. It barely cooled the room at all, which in Majorca in August is pretty unforgivable. We tried every setting possible and it made very little difference.

The whole place also feels tired and poorly maintained. The front entrance door was actually smashed during our stay, which pretty much summed up the condition of the hotel.

Then there are the bizarre little things that make the experience even worse. The balcony lights are switched off at 11pm. Yes, seriously. You’re sitting outside on holiday and suddenly your balcony is plunged into darkness like you’ve exceeded your allotted enjoyment time.

The bar service wasn’t much better. I went to the bar at around 10:55pm for a final drink before it closed and was told I wouldn’t be served because I was at the back of the queue. I had arrived before closing time, but apparently that didn’t matter.

What really topped everything off was the attitude of the staff. Obviously not every individual member of staff may be the same, but our overall experience was that they were dismissive, uninterested and seemed to have very little patience or time for guests. You constantly felt like you were inconveniencing them by simply asking for something.

We still managed to enjoy our holiday because we were determined not to let the hotel ruin it, but that was in spite of the hotel, not because of it.

Poor food, inadequate pool space, useless air conditioning, questionable maintenance, ridiculous rules and awful customer service.

I would not stay here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

If you’re considering booking, spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Very rude restaurant stuff. Very poor hygiene. READ!

I’m currently here until Wednesday having booked a last minute after a previous holiday fell through due to the booking agent. I’m here with my 13-year-old daughter and her friend of the same age all inclusive. I’m well travelled- from hiking dormitories, two star hotels right through to 5 star. I know what to expect for a three star all inclusive and I can honestly say those expectations are not met. I’ve just come up from lunch, it’s pandemonium in there- we had rain today, the ventilation is leaking in the restaurant. There is a Spanish woman mopping it up being extremely rude and snapping at people when they step into the area as if they are supposed to realise. There is an overweight guy who clears away the plates and he is damn right rude. He just walked past me and clipped my shoulder hard enough to put me a step sideways. He just stared at me and grunted. He was rude to my daughter yesterday too. There has been no desert bowls for 20 minutes down there with people stood walking around trying to find things. There were no glasses at the drink station ( I politely asked a waitress for glasses). She snapped something in Spanish and marched off looking like thunder and it took nearly 20 minutes to bring some out. when they did they were filthy and stained . The food was luke warm and so was the beer. They don’t supply salt and pepper only a couple of shakers so people are wandering around looking for stuff. Plates are dirty and have spots of Food on it really is bloody poor.. the layout of the restaurant is completely wrong so people are forced to queue 30 and 40 deep waiting to get to the hot plates. I know what to expect from a three star and this place is not up to scratch. The biggest things for me is the rudeness and lack of cleanliness. There is also a young girl who works on the bar in the evenings who has a face like thunder and actually looks quite angry with you to order drinks. It’s not on . It’s real hit and miss due to staff and poor management. Rooms are extremely basic, no coffee facilities, average air-conditioning and tired decor ( they’ve shoved a single bed directly under light fittings here which are broken and hanging out of the wall). They clearly have a problem with the drains as every other day the room stinks of sewage, as does the steps at the Poole bar down to the toilets. Avoid this place it shows Spanish hospitality at a low point. A three star rating is not an excuse for poor hygiene, rude staff, and a restaurant that leaks like a sieve.

Just OK

So this hotel isn’t bad. The rooms are well appointed the food is reasonable For what we paid. It’s a typical Spanish hotel. The swimming pool area is nice but small. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because the air conditioning is useless. The management need to stop placating people and get it sorted or install new. You want to be comfortable and I couldn’t sleep. Great location in a great respect!
