The quaint resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi or Port de Campos as it is sometimes referred to is a short 15 minute drive away and provides a wide range of top-class restaurants, laid-back bars and elegant boutiques, as well as a smattering of tiny coves, beaches and harbours.

Family holiday to remember
This is a fantastic hotel that has either had a recent make over or is kept to a really high standard. Small things as simple as usb chargers in the room sockets make all the difference.
It’s a real example of Spain, not very touristy and with that the loss of authenticity.
The staff cannot do enough for you. We had the all inclusive deal and it’s well worth the extra. The food options are fantastic. Two stations for a meat and fish dish cooked fresh in front of you and everything else is tasty and varied.
We travelled with a 2 year old. It’s not a kids hotel but the pool and play area are more than enough to keep them entertained and more. It’s also somewhere I’d gladly stay on an adults only trip.
The local shops are a 5 min walk, the sea is fantastic.
The roof top bar really is the cherry on the cake
We can’t wait to come back and will be booking direct with the hotel next time.
Excellent family hotel
This hotel is fabulous from the reception staff, waiting on staff, and housekeeping staff. All very helpful and polite they all work so hard. Room was very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Room was modern good size balcony we was on 3rd floor lovely view of the sea and the sunset. My 5 year old son loved the children’s pool with the dragon slide. We got a sun lounger around the pool every day. There is a strip of bars and restaurants 15 minutes walk from the hotel, also a little train that stops outside the hotel to take you down to the harbour that also has restaurants. A little mini market that has everything in 5 min walk from the hotel. We went b&b Buffett food was lovely we also paid for tea at the hotel a couple of nights the food was lovely and so much choice! They have a kids club but my son didn’t attend so can’t really comment on that but looked like the children really enjoyed it. They have entertainment on every night. The sky bar was lovely too, cocktails were delicious too staff worked very hard. We really had an fantastic stay thankyou we will definitely be back! Definitely a family hotel. Thankyou we will definitely be back!😁

Nice but too many rules
We had a nice stay at hotel Romantica we booked this hotel because of slides and it having two pools however the main pool had so many rules, no lilos, no jumping in, no ball games, no fun!! I even got told off for drinking from my own water bottle, there are water stations provided on every floor I was surprised I was not allowed to drink my water.my husband got told off for going to reception shirtless even though the reception is a walk way from the pool to the lift. we were half board the breakfast is really good, freshly made omelettes, eggs and pancakes, lots of choice, night time meal nice but like others have said themed nights would be good so you knew what to expect it's quite repetitive. No drinks are provided at the evening meal which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel and for the price we paid.
Overall we had a nice stay the rooms were lovely and clean, the waiting on staff work hard and are very friendly but I felt like the hotel could lighten up on the rules it's meant to be a family hotel.
Great hotel!
Just got back from a week all inclusive stay at this hotel as a family of two adults and two kids aged 4 and 6. This has been the best family all inclusive we have been to so far!! We stayed in a suite with sea view which was nice and spacious for us all. Bathroom was large and modern. Balcony also a great size. Rooms were cleaned daily. The rest of the hotel is also modern and spotless clean throughout. The food was the best family all inclusive food we have had! Breakfast had a large variety of foods. Lunch and dinner similar lay ours with always a pasta and sauce, pizza, chips on offer. Fresh build your own salad bar with a couple of pre mixed salads each time which were lovely. Freshly grilled fish and meats and massive paellas daily. Drink selection in all inclusive was good with cocktails all freshly individually made at the time of order but they did have others that were and additional charger. Desserts were also amazing, proper desserts and large variety daily! Both children loved the kids club, staff and mini disco every day. Overall a very positive and relaxing holiday. Would return!
One of the best hotels in the last 15 years of European travels
An excellent hotel within easy walking distance from the beach. Welcoming at late evening arrival. Excellent catering in big clean restaurant. Rooms cleaned regularly. Instant response to fix faulty tap in room. Friendly staff throughout. Free water from fountain on each floor. Free safe, fridge in room one of the best hotel we've stayed in anywhere in Europe for the last 15 years. Would highly recommend. Want to stay again!
