The quaint resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi or Port de Campos as it is sometimes referred to is a short 15 minute drive away and provides a wide range of top-class restaurants, laid-back bars and elegant boutiques, as well as a smattering of tiny coves, beaches and harbours.

Relaxing Break
Held up at Palma airport on arrival so srrived at the hotel very late bur a cold meal was waiting for me and I was helped with taking my luggeage to my room, much appreciated. Hotel excelent. Happy, smiling and help ful staff. Choice of food and drink very good. My room and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean. A great holiday

Just booked a return next year
Looking for a last minute holiday we chose this hotel and resort
Things I felt could be improved
I used the gym and would be nice if the air con was always on as several times I was having to workout without and whilst I could have gone to reception, I didn't want to waste time having to wait and get it' sorted. I also could never work out how to use the running machines, on one occasion I did ask staff and the staff couldn't work it out either so I went with the bikes and weights instead. Outside the hotel it's a nice run you can do
There isn't a massive sitting outside area when having just a drink if not sitting on the sunbeds so as a non smoker, I would like to see the hotel stop smoking here as I don't want to sit amongst smoke and wasn't a way to avoid . We didn't spend as much time as we would have done because of it
Due to the area not being massive outside, on one night when we did stop to watch the entertainment which was good, however what was annoying were parent's letting their children run around with the singers and were screaming, which was quite disrespectful to the performers and guest's listening. Unfortunately nothing the hotel can do in this area
We were only bed and breakfast. Overall it was decent enough but would have liked more choice of fruit being cut up and better coffee, even if you had to purchase that.
People putting towels on sunbeds when not even using them, I'd like to see the hotel have a sign up and move towels from beds not being used.
Positives, every member of staff from reception, housekeeping, maintenance, bar staff etc were really friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and loli that cleaned our room was lovely and although our Spanish was really limited, did always have a friendly hello in the morning. I loved how she left us a heart on the bed day before we left.
The entertainment they provide is really good.
The hotel is in a really good location, easy walk to the front, harbour and bus stops and although this is a rocky beach, within a short walk were sandy beaches you could use.
Our bedroom whilst not massive, but was really comfy, quiet and could always get of to sleep..we had picked a sea room on a high floor. We were floor 4 as only six floors and the 7th is the roof top bar.
There is a fridge in the room and you can have fresh water daily and a bottle is provided which you fill on each floor.
Although there are area's I've mentioned could be improved, and this isn't a five Star hotel, it mainly gives you what you need and whilst there are truthfully nicer hotels nearby they are much more expensive.
If you are going to spend a lot of time in the hotel , don't have children with you and want all inclusive, you might find some of the other hotels nearby could be better suited but you will be paying more
However if you want a friendly hotel, clean and comfortable , in a good location close to the beach, at a reasonable price then truthfully you can't go wrong picking here which we have just re booked for next year.

Amazing hotel .cant fault any thing about it.. very clean polite staff and very helpful . Great food always a good selection on offer . Would go back any time .
Excellent holiday
I took my daughter and 16 month old grandson for a short 5 night break. We opted for all inclusive which was great. The buffet was very varied and something to suit everyone. I am glad we did as not many restaurants around the hotel that we could get to. The hotel was very clean and we had a suite which worked well for us with the baby. Beautiful balcony that overlooked the sea. Staff were so lovely, a good checking in process and reception were so helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant were delightful. Pool was nice although the children’s pool was filled non of the beds were out I am sure high season this would have been great for my grandson and the bar was closed. I would highly recommend this hotel but would opt for all inclusive. Thank you all for a lovely memorable holiday experience x

Holiday
The hotel is beautiful right on the beach so the location is fantastic close to shops and the receptionists were great very helpful at explaining we're everything was, the atmosphere was great to, my partner paid for a sea view and that's what we got, my partner booked for my birthday so was a lovely gift, the only thing is they don't do anything for birthdays, like anything in the room, which I am surprised at as many hotels put a little fruit plate or something in the room
The room we stayed is was beautif spaceus and clean an tided everyday, clean towels fresh bedding lovely toilteries when we arrived, aircon was good
The atmosphere was fine the only downfall was the amount of students, some of them were very rude and ignorant.
The value of the hotel was great got what we paid for, lovely views of pool and beach, great food great selection, and for someone who is as picky as me there was something everyday so can't complain about that,
Overall very impressed with the stay the hotel and the value very clean an tidy roof top bar a bonus lovely pool love staff cleaners done a outstanding job, we would return in the near future,
