This beach hotel is surrounded by pine trees and lies on a quiet side street. The nearest sandy beach is only a short walk from the hotel. Located near the main road, guests are within easy reach of a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés. The transfer time to the airport takes around 90 minutes. Ca'n Picafort beach and centre are just 400 m from the hotel, and the nearest public transport links are just a stone's throw away. The comfortable rooms come with air conditioning, TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer and a balcony. Guests may take advantage of the indoor swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a solarium. Guests are provided with, a café and a bicycle storage facility. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy different sports games and facilities.

Very decent four star hotel
Can picaforte is a little bit to the east of the major beaches and resort area, but boats a decent beach and enough restaurants so you would t have to eat twice I. The same place. Just a short 100m from the beach is this hotel. Well enough appointed. Check in was smooth, the rooms are a bit small but ok for a couple. We had a sea view. You’re not on the front so it is a mediated one. You can see the sea 100m away but not the beach. The breakfast is nice enough. The hotel is big but has more beds than any other place like this I’ve been to so one seemed available at all times. Two good size pools. The air con in the room is a little underpowered for my liking - lowest it will go is 18 and it seems to take a while to kick in- but we survived the 36degree heat. Our double room had a welcome fridge. There’s an aldi less than 200 meters away, the hotel also has a large fee car park

Great Hotel & location
The hotel was spotlessly clean you could see your face in the floors. Our room on the 4th floor was immaculate and modern with good air con and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and side sea view. The food here was good. The lagoon style pool was superb 👌 and again very clean. I saw teams of people cleaning all the time and even checking the pool water. There were plenty of beds and we never once struggled to get one even later on in the day. Breakfast was good and a wide selection.
The hotel is just a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with plenty of supermarkets nearby. There is a "mini bar" in the room which we assumed didnt work as nothing stayed cold in it so was a bit pointless. The beds were very firm but I would 100% stay here again. A lovely hotel in a lovely area. The roof top nar has entertainment and was a lovely relaxing area to watch the sunset.
Another great holiday at the Gran Vista
We had another fantastic holiday at the Gran Vista. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the extensive grounds are immaculate. We stayed in a sea view room with amazing views over the pool area and beyond over the town to the sea and the mountains. The bedrooms are air conditioned and this was a must during the extremely hot weather we experienced during our stay
The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide range of hot and cold food. The dinner buffet was also very extensive with a different theme every day of the week and the range of food available should mean that there was something to suit every taste.
The hotel's greatest asset must be its staff. Everyone from the director to the cleaners is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to ensure that your holiday is the best that it can be.
We very much hope to return to the Gran Vista again in 2027.

Excellent Hotel with Great Food and Friendly Staff
I spent 10 wonderful days at Gran Vista & Spa at the turn of June and July, and I had an amazing stay.
The food was absolutely delicious – both the breakfasts and the dinners offered a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel offers fantastic activities for both adults and children. I especially enjoyed the wide range of sports and fitness classes, which were fun and well organized.
The outdoor swimming pools are beautiful and surrounded by trees that provide pleasant natural shade, creating a relaxing atmosphere even on hot days.
One of the highlights was the rooftop bar with its breathtaking sunset views. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the entire hotel exceeded my expectations.
I would happily come back and highly recommend Gran Vista & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca.

A Very Enjoyable Holiday
This was our second time staying at the hotel and once again we had a very enjoyable stay. All hotel staff from check in until we left were friendly, professional and courteous. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and personal requests were no problem. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially in the spa. There are different pool areas for both adults and children and lots of sun beds, no need to get up early to reserve one. I would recommend this hotel, there are a variety of activities on offer for children and adults each day and the hotel is a short walk down hill to the beach.
