Another lovely holiday.
My partner and I have been coming here for several years and are never disappointed. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly professional and attentive. Big shout out to Xisca and her team on reception who are always more than helpful to us. New restaurant manager this year and we found that the food had improved since last year. Sometimes the restaurant is very busy but there's never been any shortage of variety that we have seen. Breakfasts are good and again the restaurant staff are always helpful and attentive. The hotel is predominantly German clients and this is reflected in the food choices. The hotel is a perfect location for us..within minutes of the sea front. We are not beach people preferring the pool of which there are two. The lounge pool experience was somewhat spoiled this year by the playing of dreadful music which was quite loud. The majority of guests are middle aged or older snd the music played was inappropriate for that age group. Entertainment is poor...if that is important to you. Its definitely better to access entertainment in neighbouring hotels. Quizzes and bingo does not count as entertainment in my book. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as always and the hotel is good value for money. More than happy to return again.

Great hotel
The hotel was very nice with a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and had a good variety of options. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the beach and local shops and cafes. Great value and I would recommend it to anyone considering staying here.
Good hotel
Hotel is very nice with staff very friendly and helpfull only issue I had was we requested a pool view and emailed the hotel twice we still didn’t get a pool view there is no facility to secure pool view which was a bit disappointing
Avoid unless you are over 80 and go to bed at 9pm.
Went with Jet2. Long wait at airport to set off on coach, and more than 8 drop offs, and I wasn't the last Dropped off by a non English speaking driver who dropped me off and indicated to go right then up the hill. I am an experienced traveller and had no idea where I was going or how far. Jet2 did not pass on my requests to the hotel, at all. Only a single room available, but then put a king size bed in a 7ft wide room. No drawers, no dressing table, nowhere to put case, bathroom so small, you could hardly open the door. 200 euros to change to a double room for 1 person. Pay deposit for pool towel, but then to change, 3 euros to change. Kettle 25 euros, you have to steal the cups/saucers from the dining room every day as the room service dont wash/ remove them.Very petty rules, no eating, drinking around the pool, no inflatables. No atmosphere anywhere around the hotel. Evening entertainment, quiz it didn't happen., or karaoke another night. No obvious activities through the day. Very poor all in all. No bar staff for 10 minutes, he then appeared and carried on speaking to another member of staff for another 5 minutes, so I took my business elsewhere. I was reported, by the reception, to the dining room staff the first day I was there, as I had to take my pills and removed half a cup of milk to do so. I had spent all my first day sorting out my room and didn't get chance to buy any. Again very petty. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel 5 or 6 times a year minimum. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

A great holiday.
Had 3 previous visits with my late wife, so l was delighted to return. Accommodation good, personally I would have loved a kettle. I do like to kick start my day with mug of tea., Restaurant and food great, staff very friendly. Close to the beach and shops. All in a lovely hotel.
