Would go self catering if to go again
Witnessed many food safety violations and and was treated poorly by many waitering staff in the buffet area.
The pool and bar staff however were very helpful and offered quite abit better service than the restaurant staff.
A very bad place
A bad experience. I have video footage of cockroaches in the coffee machines and the fruit area. The hotel has aging infrastructure and is very basic, especially considering the high rates they charge and the fact that it belongs to the Hyatt chain. The rooms had a bad odor coming from the bathroom, and the bed was of very poor quality—made of a material that sinks in, causing back pain. The restaurant was noisy and stressful, with unfriendly waiters who were aggressive due to high stress levels. The only good thing is the location near the sea.

Save your money. I Die pay for that. We are Really disappointed. Disches and glasses were never clean. Food was all the time the same
Great value for money
Beautiful and cozy hotel on perfect location - close to airport and the beach. Staff was great and food delivered my expectations. Plus is lot of free parking around the hotel.

Top mallorca hotel.
Excellent holiday, very clean and very friendly staff and such a nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend this hotel and area for a really lovely relaxing holiday.
