Js Palma Stay

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years or so. It is a favourite of ours, the location and the staff are brilliant. You have the option of half board or B&B. We have chosen half board on 2 of our stays but have encountered issues on both occasions. The first time they had a huge number of men staying that were taking part in a regatta who ate them out of house and home! After a disappointing first night in the restaurant we went in on the 2nd night to take a look and realise that a lot of food had been eaten. We decided to cancel our half board dining option for the remainder of our stay which was dealt with very quickly by the reception team. Our most recent stay we decided to give the half board dining option another go, but unfortunately we were rather underwhelmed by the main meal choice available. There’s plenty of salads, pizza, pasta etc but meat options weren’t great. Shin beef was used in a goulash which resulted in gristly meat. One evening they did pork wellington, it was just like a “glorified” sausage roll. Breakfast is fantastic, everything you could wish for. Overall bed and breakfast is the best option for us. If you’re happy with salad pizza and pasta then maybe you’d be happy with half board. We will definitely book again on a B&B basis.

Hotel was clean bright and well decorated throughout. Nicely airconditioned too. Our room was lovely, overlooking the pool with a decent sized balcony and a rail to dry swimwear. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Nice pool area but sadly the silly o'clock risers were in abundance reserving pool loungers, which wasn't challenged despite clear signage saying it wasn't permitted. Great location for local beaches and bus into Palma. Easy transfer from the airport. Some staff did not engage but receptionists were pleasant and helpful as was the chef who cooked our omelette out last morning, In fact he was lovely! A very enjoyable break at JS Palma Stay thank you.

We had an excellent short break at Hotel JS Palma Stay and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

As an adults-only hotel, it had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Everything was clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with anything we needed.

Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also made good use of the spa facilities, which were excellent. A special mention goes to the team at the swim-up bar, who were always cheerful, attentive, and helped make our afternoons by the pool even more enjoyable.

We chose the half-board option and were really impressed with both the breakfast and evening buffet. There was plenty of choice, with fresh, tasty food every day. Lunch is available at the hotel for an additional cost, but there are also lots of great tapas bars and restaurants nearby if you fancy eating out.

The pool area was one of our favourite places to relax. With a swim-up bar, leisure pool, jacuzzi, and a smaller shallow pool, it was the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying a good book.

The location couldn't have been better—just a short taxi ride from the airport, within easy walking distance of the beach, and ideally situated for exploring the local area.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. We'd happily recommend Hotel JS Palma Stay to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca.
