The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are of a good size, and a good quality bathroom products provided, the beds are super comfy and housekeeping exceptional, I wasn’t impressed they make you pay for the use of the safe, I have never been asked to pay before especially in a 4* hotel which. The restaurant staff again are exceptional polite , helpful, funny and always at hand if you need anything, the food is good although I’ve had more choices in other hotels, I wasn’t keen on a lot of meals but managed to have something reception staff also great they will help you with most anything. The pool is extremely cold I think it’s run through a chiller and wasn’t pleasant to get into. The sea is a lot warmer. I didn’t use the spa but another guest said the head massage was awesome. The staff definitely make the holiday experience

Another lovely stay...
Another lovely experience at this hotel. Great facilities and staff, entertainment, most but not all evenings, some better than others.
My room was as ever fine, comfortable and clean, serviced well by lovely staff. Had to improvise with the blackout curtains however as a tad saggy in parts.
Loved the pool facilities, inside and out. Lovely to use.
Food was great as ever, evening meal better in my opinion but you truly will not go hungry, such is the choice on offer!
All staff extremely hard working, polite, helpful and pleasant....sincerely 💯. Vanessa and Welcome always providing a cheerful warm welcome return.

Lovely hotel good location
We have had a lovely stay at this very reasonably priced hotel. Lovely staff spotlessly clean and extremely good value for money Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Amazing hotel!!!
I absolutely loved my stay at JS Palma Stay in Mallorca! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough.
The cleanliness was exceptional. The entire hotel was absolutely spotless and always smelt lovely and fresh. The rooms were beautifully maintained, smelt wonderful and were cleaned regularly to a very high standard. I also loved having a balcony. You could really see the care and attention that went into keeping the hotel looking and feeling so clean and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding! Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, warm and welcoming. They were always smiling, greeting guests and making everyone feel comfortable. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and any issues were dealt with quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. The level of hospitality genuinely made my stay special.
The food was absolutely incredible – without a doubt the best buffet I've ever experienced! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were consistently outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, with different options available every day. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly loved watching the chefs freshly prepare and cook the meats right in front of you. The chefs themselves were so friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The desserts were wonderful, with so many tempting choices, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and variety of food on offer. I genuinely looked forward to every meal!
The bar staff were equally exceptional. They provided fantastic service, and the cocktails were absolutely delicious! I also loved the selection of cakes and desserts available. It was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy something sweet or a drink.
The spa was another highlight of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and had a wonderful massage. It was such a relaxing experience and added something extra special to my holiday.
One thing I particularly appreciated, which might not seem important to everyone, was the number of toilets conveniently located throughout the hotel. As someone who lives with bowel disease, having easy access to toilets makes an enormous difference to my comfort and peace of mind. This was something I was genuinely grateful for and made it much easier for me to relax and enjoy my holiday.
The location was fantastic too! The hotel is very close to the airport and within easy reach of the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, and it's also easy to travel into the busier parts of Palma if you want to explore.
What really stood out to me was how consistently excellent everything was. From the spotless rooms and beautifully maintained facilities to the incredible food and genuinely lovely staff, it felt like every aspect of the guest experience had been carefully considered. They even remembered my birthday 💜.
I came away feeling that the staff genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would return without hesitation. JS Palma Stay has set an incredibly high standard for me, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, food and customer service.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making my holiday so enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
