Gorgeous hotel
Beautiful hotel located one street back from the beach, and Palma bus stop just outside. Room, bed and breakfast was fantastic. I found the interception staff particularly helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.
Nice clean hotel in nice location, with very good food service
Good position, very close to Airport, quit atmospherře, close to beach, very reach breakfests and dinners. Nice swimming pool with bar... Clean rooms, quality beds

one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in the breakfast was amazing,so to the staff will stay there again for sure
Nice relaxing week
Hotel BG Java was in a great position near the beach. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the food was average. Themed nights were good but we found the majority of the food was not very warm, the restaurant was buffet style and there was plenty of choice if you liked fish. Not many meat options. The entertainment was average but nothing to write home about. We did visit some bars in the resort some of which had live acts on which were excellent. The pool area was clean and appealing. What we liked about the pool area was that we could always get a sun lounger and no no one reserved them which was a bonus. Was very handy having the bus stop to Palma right outside the hotel. The trip to Palma was only 2€ each way and it took about 30 mins. Overall an enjoyable holiday but geared up more for Europeans rather than the brits.

Very disappointed
The only good points were the area with many restaurants and the fact the bus station is right in front of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel overall experience was disappointing: hairs in breakfast food, flies in the juices, uncleaned room( even when tipped the cleaning was very minimal/ just towel change). Don’t use the luggage locker because our got stuck when tried to open it and this caused us a lot of stress. Even in the reception toilet there were big bugs like roaches. It’s not my first time experiencing Mallorca hotel but this had low services overall.
