Situated in Can Pastilla, the hotel is just 4 km from Palma airport. Punlic transports to the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca are only 50 m away from the hotel. This attractive hotel is located 150 metres away from two beautiful beaches, the cosmopolitan beach Can Pastilla and the solitary and familiar beach Cala Estancia. In the surroundings of the hotel, guests may find countless shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel disposes of 192 rooms distributed on five floors. This friendly and modern styled hotel offers a family atmosphere with the best service and comfort, perfect for families and couples requesting no complications. For the most active ones the Bay of Palma offers multiple possibilities in order to enjoy leisure activities as excursions, bicycle or car rental or acquatics.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The location is a lovely nice sunny place The atmosphere is very nice as everyone loves to get involved and people are very pleasant The rooms are spotless and nice facilities in there(love the shower) The value is very good as we got a package holiday all inclusive The noise was good as when we went up from entertainment a bit earlier it didn’t bother us The entertainment was excellent classic songs and good songs to dance to and they like you to get involved
We have been to this hotel several times. Its a lovely clean hotel and food and drink choices are good. There is a large snack bar open from 10 to 5 with lots of choices. Most of the staff are lovely, there are 2 that we know of that do not appear to be happy in their jobs. There can also be queues at the bar at times in the evening, but this is expected as its the only bar. The pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds and parsols. The main pool is small but we don't use it. There is also a spa area with a pool and gym below the entertainment area. Out of the hotel and walk left, takes you to the beach 5 minutes away. Turn right and 5 mins to town.there are 2 beaches, a small and large area. We obviously like this hotelxand always look forward to coming back. We see several of the same people when we visit so others like it aswell. Also only 10 minutes from the airport.
Excellent short break 5th time in 2 1/2 years. Special mention to Jordi who spent an hour of his own time teaching us a dance. Also Ricarrdo in the bar who handled a difficult situation excellently and carried on smiling a real credit to the team. Also Serigne and Somo great customer service. A special mention to Daniel on reception our favourite member of staff. Can’t wait to return in October to celebrate our 60th birthdays with friends. Room 353 or 253 please. Love you all Pat and Sue
We stayed here with my friends for 5 days all-inclusive, and it was a great experience! We didn't have any issues with the rooms, or the cleanliness. And while the beach was in walking distance with restaurants and bars stretching along its shore, the hotel was just far enough from them to be more quiet. The food in the all-inclusive service was great, it had good variety, many of them were freshly made local dishes. The staff members were friendly and attentive, especially the animators. Aina and her friends brought their lively energy, and made our days that much more fun. She kept the energy up the whole time — daytime games (I walked away with a bottle of Cava) and evening dance sessions with all our favourite tracks.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It had the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommend!
It’s an OK hotel, as hotels go. The room is bright, which I like.
The downsides are the sliding doors to the balcony were not fitted right and stuck completely on my first night, which turned off the air con and made me feel very ill for a couple of days, due to over heating.
This happened again a couple of days later, despite someone looking into it.
I paid for all inclusive which was not worth it for me as the food was really not my type, basically for the Mediterranean tastes, not Scottish lol!!
Entertainment was also mostly catered for Mediterranean tastes and pretty basic. Unfortunately, the area, Can Pastilla, is a residential area and has virtually no live entertainment to be found. You need to go to Palma, which is extra expense, hassle etc.
The hotel treats its guests as an inconvenience and can’t wait to say your all inclusive time is up so get to your beds…..NOW!
I had bought the flight as it was direct from Inverness, which saves extra travel, overnight stay etc, but will not be keen to come back, sadly :-(
The upside is the beautiful beach which stretches for miles and is absolutely stunning.
The hotel is a definite 3 star, and no more. Good location, for the beach, but the service and the area itself is just not for me.
