Situated in Can Pastilla, the hotel is just 4 km from Palma airport. Punlic transports to the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca are only 50 m away from the hotel. This attractive hotel is located 150 metres away from two beautiful beaches, the cosmopolitan beach Can Pastilla and the solitary and familiar beach Cala Estancia. In the surroundings of the hotel, guests may find countless shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel disposes of 192 rooms distributed on five floors. This friendly and modern styled hotel offers a family atmosphere with the best service and comfort, perfect for families and couples requesting no complications. For the most active ones the Bay of Palma offers multiple possibilities in order to enjoy leisure activities as excursions, bicycle or car rental or acquatics.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed for eight nights as a family of four in a quadruple room. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless each day. Beds were comfortable, but there was not enough storage space for clothes for 4 people, especially as we only had cabin luggage. There is a safe in the room (payable) and free aircon, although that did struggle a bit to keep up. The bathroom was modern, large and provided a hairdryer and toiletries. Our room overlooked a side street and the balconies that side lacked a clothes airer to dry swimwear and towels, unlike those near the pool.
Food was consistently good with plenty of choice. The restaurant and snack bar area had self‑serve drinks.
The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.
The bar staff were very efficient and any queues moved quickly. The cocktails were nice, though pina coladas weren’t always available.
The hotel's location is excellent—close to the airport and two child‑friendly beaches.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Tip - hire beach towels from Reception for 10 euros each, which is refunded when you hand them back at the end of your stay.
Just about to check out of this hotel after our 4 th stay here. The fact that we’ve been here more than once says it all! Rooms are great, cleaned daily to a high standard. Main reception and bar area are again always clean. All staff are amazing, always greet you with a smile. The food is very good, always plenty of choice, if something isn’t there just ask and if they’ve got it they will get it for you. The pool area is clean and there’s plenty of sunbeds, it was good to see the lifeguard telling people not to smoke on the beds!, while we were here we only saw one professional act ( mama Mia) this was brilliant! The quiz and bingo was also good but it would be nice to see more professional shows. Having said that, the animation team are outstanding! There a new addition to the team and I found out last night her name was Camilla, what a wonderful smile! If I could make a couple of suggestions, could the photos of the team and their names be included on the what’s on board? Also, when doing games in the day, could they walk round and he pool area and invite people to join? They don’t really announce the games ( apart from aqua gym) so if you’re not looking up at the time, you miss out. One final thing, the aqua gym is so much fun, join in ! We left it til the last day and I wish we’d done it sooner The effort the staff go to to do that in this heat is unbelievable!! Thank you for another wonderful holiday, see you next year
Let’s get the negatives out of the way…. Room was basic with only one small wardrobe and no other storage Only 2 sockets Soft beds… not good if you have a bad back Poor air conditioning However lots of positives….. 5 minute transfer from the airport The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to talk to you ….. Ricardo from the bar made my daughters birthday special The drinks were good quality and the food was adequate but be disappointed if you like desserts as they were the same every day and not much choice as was the fresh fruit Every area of the hotel is very clean Its location is its best asset…. Beach is a 5 minute walk and you can get on the land train which is great both day and night Local bus is only a 5 minute walk away too Plenty of sunbeds but they are very close together There’s shops and bars close by…. Went to the tapas bar behind the hotel for my daughters birthday and the food was fantastic More an adults hotel and great for a short break
It’s an OK hotel, as hotels go. The room is bright, which I like.
The downsides are the sliding doors to the balcony were not fitted right and stuck completely on my first night, which turned off the air con and made me feel very ill for a couple of days, due to over heating.
This happened again a couple of days later, despite someone looking into it.
I paid for all inclusive which was not worth it for me as the food was really not my type, basically for the Mediterranean tastes, not Scottish lol!!
Entertainment was also mostly catered for Mediterranean tastes and pretty basic. Unfortunately, the area, Can Pastilla, is a residential area and has virtually no live entertainment to be found. You need to go to Palma, which is extra expense, hassle etc.
The hotel treats its guests as an inconvenience and can’t wait to say your all inclusive time is up so get to your beds…..NOW!
I had bought the flight as it was direct from Inverness, which saves extra travel, overnight stay etc, but will not be keen to come back, sadly :-(
The upside is the beautiful beach which stretches for miles and is absolutely stunning.
The hotel is a definite 3 star, and no more. Good location, for the beach, but the service and the area itself is just not for me.
We stayed here with my friends for 5 days all-inclusive, and it was a great experience! We didn't have any issues with the rooms, or the cleanliness. And while the beach was in walking distance with restaurants and bars stretching along its shore, the hotel was just far enough from them to be more quiet. The food in the all-inclusive service was great, it had good variety, many of them were freshly made local dishes. The staff members were friendly and attentive, especially the animators. Aina and her friends brought their lively energy, and made our days that much more fun. She kept the energy up the whole time — daytime games (I walked away with a bottle of Cava) and evening dance sessions with all our favourite tracks.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It had the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommend!
