Nice Clean Hotel In Great Area
BQ Apolo is a nice clean hotel located close to the airport. You do hear aircraft noise but it is not really loud-and the benefit trade-off is that you are close to the airport.
Our room was small-but served the purpose just fine. Air-Con worked well. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was clean, as was the outside bar area. Taxis to and from the airport cost us €16 each way and were readily available.
We would stay at BQ Apolo again. Recommend.

Great hotel and booked again
Both food and staff are amazing. The location of this hotel is great for getting into Palma. We hired bikes from the hotel which enlightened our holiday. The sea view we had was great, and it was clean and the staff made us feel extra special!

Not a 4 Star hotel, more a 3 Star hotel.
Just got back after staying at the hotel for 1 week, the rooms are very small, you have to pay €19.00 if you want to use the safe in the room. The room only has 1 drawer in them so it meant living out of your suitcases for the whole time we were there, the air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, my main concern regarding the rooms was there was NO information whatsoever in the room with regards to where to meet at the muster point if there was to be an emergency, no number to dial if you wanted to contact the reception from your room. You are given 1 towel each to use around the pool, you can exchange the every day whilst you are using the pool, but on the day of departure you must hand the two towels back into reception, as most people have commented it is on the flight path to Palma airport, which is wasn’t a problem, the cost of the taxi to the hotel from the airport is around €20.00 and takes about 8-10 minutes. The food in the restaurant is lukewarm and there is no microwave to warm it up either. A Bailey’s in the restaurant is €4.00, a glass of wine is €3.80, a bottle of 275ml coke or Lemon Fanta is €2.40, but you can buy a 330ml of Coke from the machine by the reception for €2.50 and it’s nice and cold. We went to Mel’s bar which is a 8 minute walk and that very nice and run by an English family, and all the cooked breakfast food is proper English food, like Heinz Baked Beans. It has an outside pool and it was very cold, it also has a heated indoor swimming pool and it wasn’t much warmer than the outside pool.

A very pleasant stay
I've stayed in two other hotels in Can Pastilla before, one larger and one smaller. For me, Apolo beats both. Friendly, good service, clean, ok room size, spacy outdoor areas, nice breakfast / dinner restaurant. In short, a well run hotel. The quiet location a few hundred meters away from the busy promenade is in my opinion a plus. As a cyclist, the bike garage was also a plus, although it could have been bigger.
Small and friendly hotel
Location was perfect a stone thrown from beach bars and shops. Rooms only small however we had a wonderful sea veiw. The staff where amazing and so welcoming. The Atmosphere was calming not much entertainment. The value of the hotel was ok we paid more to have a Seaview room.
