This hotel is located beside the beach in Font de Sa Cala and is surrounded by a wonderful pine tree forest. The town centre is 4 km away and can easily be reached by making use of links to the public transport network.
This hotel comprises 9 floors with a total of 198 rooms and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 2 lifts, 2 bars, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant.
The rooms each come with a bathroom with a shower, a direct dial telephone, a balcony with sea views and hire safe.
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. Sports enthusiasts may play tennis, table tennis, billiards, air rifle shooting and archery (additional fees apply for certain activities). Furthermore, the regular entertainment programme provides some variation.
Guests may select their breakfast and evening meal from ample buffets and it is possible to book a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.

Lovely hotel
We spent two weeks at the Carolina sept 2026. We are an elderly couple 77 years old and a bit wobbly so the resort was not quite right for us. The hotel was wonderful.spotlessly clean rooms done every day any the staff were very friendly. We have been doing tui all inclusive for many years and would say the food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive. Only criticism is it could be a bit better labled. We were on the top floor room 925 which had an amazing view and we couldn’t wait to get into the sea. Unfortunately the slope of the beach into the water was far too steep for us.we could have got into the water which was lovely and calm like a millpond But would not have been able to scramble out again without assistance. We restricted our swimming to the pool which was ok if sometimes a bit crowded. The indoor pool at the spa was always available and never crowded.plenty of sun beds available. We had read that the entertainment Was low key but found it to be of a high standard. There is a token system in use at the pool bar but it did not cause any problems for us. The spirits are not watered down and we had ice in our drinks and ate from the salad bar, all ok. Guests at the hotel seemed to be about 70 per cent German the rest made up from English Spanish and others. The German guests were all very very nice,in fact the only rough looking people were a handful of scuzzy English. Despite being English ourselves we did not engage with them. The TUI rep called Vanessa was exceptional and went out of her way to help us with our holiday. Cannot praise her enough. We booked the formentor trip which happened to be on the only rainy day of the holiday. We still enjoyed it but thought it was funny when the guide tried to include a visit to an agricultural museum as a substitute for a boat ride. It was raining and we all declined the museum and asked to go back to our hotels. He invited us to get off the coach .we ,the entire coach,stayed in our seats. Very funny. Nearest town is Cala ratjada nice to visit with a market on Saturday. Arta has a very big market,second biggest to Inca and accessible By two buses or a taxi. We have visited Mallorca five times next time will go back to Alcudia area there the beach is a bit more pensioner friendly. Cannot find any fault with the hotel, as an all inclusive it is a cut above the rest. Just the beach is far too steep for old gits like us. Otherwise very highly recommended.

Beautiful, other cliental not so!
Location is secluded, nothing else around, which is great for a breakaway and relaxation. The shop across the road only opens for 5 hrs a day other than that there is nothing else around the hotel. The transfer from Palma Airport took 2.5 hrs. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was amazing. Top floor bar area is amazing and the view is breathtaking. On arrival reception were very welcoming. The cliental seemed to be more German Nationality and all the services were more biased towards German Nationals. We were there when the Oktoberfest was done which was entertaining but again was biased to the German Nationals. We had to endure Drunk guests spitting food out onto the plates which isn’t the hotels fault at all but not ideal when your sitting there trying to eat your dinner but again the cliental are the ones who caused this. The rooms are very large bright and all of them have the balconies that over look the pool and beach area. The cleaners came in every day and changed bedding and towels. However if your on the lower levels the noise from guests can be overpowering, doors slamming, constant cutlery falling to the floor etc. Plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time of day you came down to the pool area. Bar was well stocked and the drinks were good. Food in the hotel was very nice some meals were hit and miss but that’s me being a fussy eater. Adults only hotel which was a first for us and it was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We would return to this hotel again for a short break again.

FABULOUS RELAXING HOLIDAY
The location is perfect for a holiday without night life very peaceful.. Amazing relaxing atmosphere The room we had was on 6th floor with stunning views across the sea.. The hotel staff were great…friendly and professional.. the pool was very clean and again relaxing loads of sun beds and a cafe style bar poolside.. We will be booking the same place 2028.. Everything was done by EasyJet also great.. Value for money with all inclusive…
Great views, quiet and relaxing
We stayed here as a couple of friends for a short 3 night break away. The hotel itself was very clean and the service was good with friendly staff. We paid for a sea view room and the view was stunning over the beach, sea and mountains. We found the beds super comfy and both slept amazingly well. I’m not sure if they were memory foam as woke up feeling cocooned in the mattress. We went end of August and it seemed quiet - always a sunbed available whatever time you went to the pool and there was no 7am wake up to reserve a sunlounger. We went to the beach and had a swim in the sea each day. It’s literally a few steps down and you are on the beach. There doesn’t seem anywhere to walk out to but that didn’t bother us as we knew this and intended on staying in the hotel. The food was ok and I would say standard all inclusive. The pool seemed quite small for the number of people but you could always go in for a dip. There was a strange situation with a token and the pool bar. You needed a token (which was given when we checked in) to get a drink at the pool bar. You then had to return your cup in order to get another drink in exchange. The soft drinks were self service from a dispenser but you still had to queue to get a cup in the first place and then couldn’t have a soft drink and an alcoholic drink at the same time. The pool bar shuts at 6pm which we thought was quite early and if you don’t take your cup back you won’t get a token to use the next day! Being adults only I’m not sure this was completely necessary but I can see they did it to keep the pool area clean and tidy as people couldn’t leave cups everywhere. The other thing to note (we might have been unlucky with the drop offs) but on the coach transfer we were the last drop off and it was a 2.5 hour transfer.

A slice of paradise at Aluasoul Carolina
This is our 3rd year running holidaying in beautiful Mallorca, each time at a different part of the island and the first staying at Aluasoul Carolina. Everything about this hotel is outstanding! The location is absolutely spot on and the view from our 9th floor room is stunning. We can see across the sea to Rajada and the lighthouse, the small and friendly local beach area only a hop away and although it is tucked away you have everything at hand should you wish to venture further out. There is a Spar shop opposite the hotel alongside a car hire company which is family run and they're not only lovely they have spotless new cars at bargain prices. We hired a 2025 Ford Puma for 4 days at €341 no deposit and fast to process, super impressed! There is a steak restaurant a few minutes along the road which we didn't visit but other holiday makers said they served first class food, although a little pricey. I guess it depends on your budget. There is then a bus stop and mini train stop. The bus takes you pretty much anywhere you need and the mini train takes you up to cala agulla beach and loops back around pretty much all day except siesta time. You can hop on and off as much as you like for €7 an adult and they run early until late. A fun cheap way to explore sights and do some beach hopping and souvenir shopping. We booked all inclusive my favourite club at Aluasoul Carolina with a superior double room with sea view. The bed is huge and comfy, the shower is also huge, massive shower head, fantastic water pressure, smart flatscreen tv, tea/coffee machine and a fridge with constant refills of bottled fresh apple/orange, still and sparkling water, Coco cola, fanta lemon, beer and a complimentary bottle of bubbles on arrival. The bedding amd towels can be changed as much as you like, you have the use of hotel beach towels, slippers and a bath robe and toiletries are provided. The meals are out of this world as are the endless options for each meal with something to suit every pallet and dietary requirement possible. In between meal times there are many snack options available at various places inside and outside the hotel (poolside) plus of course every drink you can think of or possibly want. Top quality food, top quality service 👌 The pool is beautiful, the sunbeds are plentiful and there are daybeds to hire should you wish. You can even win the use of one for a day if you get lucky at bingo! The hotel has a gym and inside swimming pool too, my husband and I sadly forgot to go the gym 12 days running 🤣 maybe next year. The entertainment team are fabulous and go above and beyond! They are worth their weight in gold as they are great at getting everyone involved and clearly love what they do. Massive shout out to you guys! We will miss you and the laughs you provide... especially at Bingo... meeow😺 uno! You can join in aqua zumba/gymnastics/yoga, making sangria poolside, bingo on the terrace (this is a must!) you can play darts, dance at the nightclub, play pool and of course enjoy, join in and dance along with the evening entertainment that is put on for everyone each night after dinner and is amazing! From Spanish dancers to tribute bands, all very talented and a treat to watch. You can also book excursions at the hotel reception area or a cheeky massage on site, which I did today and it was perfect! Highly recommend! The staff here are all very polite, most are multi lingual and they always aim to please. This is by far the BEST and our favourite hotel on the island so far and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to you all for making our holiday a perfect one with fabulous memories 🫶
