Perfect location one street up from the beach, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is extremely clean and well taken care of, indoor and outdoor pools are both fantastic and the sauna and hamman are an an added treat at no extra cost, the food is fresh and delicious with so much to choose from, all staff we encountered were wonderfully helpful and happy to be there, great hotel would definitely recommend
I recently stayed at Hotel Sabina Playa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always going out of their way to meet any request with a genuine smile. Their attentiveness really made a difference and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is both clean and beautifully maintained, with a lovely aesthetic that adds to the overall comfort. Everything felt well cared for, which made it easy to settle in and fully enjoy the surroundings. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Sabina Playa and would not hesitate to return. Thank you!!
Just home from the Sabrina playa which was very clean and lovely to stay at. The room was big enough and had a kettle, mug, fridge and a fresh bottle of water which was welcoming after a long journey. The staff were friendly especially the bar staff, the drinks were reasonable price and very generous with their measurements. The pools and the spa were lovely. The hotel was majority German but no problems, very quiet at night time and slept well. Plenty of choice for breakfast, ate there one evening but not much veggie so ate out in the evening which again was nice. I definitely recommend the Sabrina playa which is adults only.
Nice and clean hotel stopped for 10 days, mainly catering for Germans, wasn’t say food was great breakfast was best meal of the day good selection, but can’t really fault the views or the cleanliness, main downside again was the depressed German clientele 😂
We are just home from a week staying at the hotel Sabina playa.
On the positive side, the rooms were immaculate and we were very impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location is also good, situated between Cala Millor and Cala Bona, which makes it very central and convenient for getting around. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby, so you’re well catered for in terms of options outside the hotel.
However, there were a few significant downsides that affected our stay. The hotel seems to cater mainly to a German clientele, which also extends to the entertainment, so we didn’t really feel it was geared towards us, which was disappointing and is one of the reasons we wouldn’t return, we were made to feel quite uncomfortable.
We also felt that reception staff were quite rude and not particularly helpful at times, which added to the negative experience.
The biggest issue we experienced was at the rooftop pool, where there was a serious problem with what appeared to be small fruit flies. They were everywhere along the railings and surrounding areas to the point where it was impossible to sit or relax, as they were constantly landing on us. We reported this to reception and around six cleaners were sent up, but they only stayed for about five minutes and unfortunately didn’t seem to resolve the issue. In fact, they began getting the flies on them as well and then left, with the situation remaining just as bad afterwards. Because of these issues, particularly the experience at the rooftop pool and the lack of effective action taken, we personally would not return to this hotel and did not fully enjoy our stay. We stayed at Protur Bonamar last year and it was excellent in comparison — we would definitely recommend that instead of this hotel.
