Excellent hotel.
This hotel is exceptional, it was extremely clean throughout, every area felt light and airy. We were welcomed very warmly by Delia on reception, she was excellent in ensuring we had everything we required and this continued throughout our holiday. All the reception team were friendly and helpful. Our room was bright overing looked the pool and very clean, towels were changed daily. There was no rush for the sun loungers, whatever time we went to the pool, there was some available. The Restraunt staff were very attentive, friendly and polite, the food was excellent and plenty of variety. The bar staff were also friendly and polite. We will definitely be returning, I personally couldn’t find any faults what so ever. Many thanks to all the team at this hotel for making out stay welcoming and relaxing.

Could not fault this hotel at all. Clean, friendly, perfect location just seconds from the main strip of shops and bars/Restaurants. No issues getting beds around the pool as the hotel strongly advise not to reserve beds before 10am, so there are no silly rushes and stupid o’clock having to put towels out. Room cleaned regularly, all good. Plenty of variety along the strip to cater for all, and the hotel food was just fine, we chose to go out every night, but the hotel does entertainment, but would definitely go back again without a doubt. We had a great week there, Cala Millor is lovely

Mum and daughter get away...Great location this is the 3rd hipotel I have stayed at in Cala millor, the rooms was lovely cleaned daily. I had street view , opp a nightclub but didn't bother us. Hotel was spotless and the staff are very friendly - guests are majority German. Mostly older: couples not so many kids maybe back to school already for Germany. The gorgeous bar staff always service with a smile and table service in evenings. Only there 4 nights entertainment we saw was good. Free towels, Pool was lovely clean and enough loungers to go around. I upgraded to AI the food was good, breakfast a good choice, lots of salads meats cheeses, paella daily, meats and fish, nice tapas selections at dinner for entrees. Dining room spotless, drinks quick and efficient never had to ask. I would stay here again with family or solo. Safe resort, mostly German tourist nice vibes! Hotel is minute from main strip & 2 min to beach.

Fabulous hotel highly recommend
Just come back from 5 nights staying here with my 15 year old son, went as a package deal with jet2. Can’t recommend highly enough for both companies, every part of the holiday was lovely. The hotel is spotless, food is lovely and there are absolutely no sun bed wars, we arrived at 2.30pm and had a choice of beds, each day you could wander down about 10.30 and have a choice. The pool was sparkling and pool areas really clean. Wasn’t busy at all especially for peak season surprisingly and not many children. Big thanks to Jenniffer on reception as my son left my AirPod case on our transfer bus which we only realised as it drove off, asked at reception if they could help and it was returned later that day. Flight and service with jet2 seamless too
Brilliant hotel and lovely staff
Just got back from 2 weeks at the hipotel said and all I can say is im coming back next year.
The hotel is spotless and rooms are beautiful I was on a side street view and I was worried about hearing the nightclub but didn't have to worry as couldnt hear a thing .
The beds are like sleeping in a cloud and loved the shower and bathroom and tv great lots of English channels
The food is great lots to choose from and omg I loved the paella was so nice every night and the gala dinner was a lovely night the food was always warm and stocked up sometimes had to wait for meats steak chicken but was minutes.
The pool area is lovely big pool and nice sunbeds there no saving sunbeds then leaving you get towel took of I used to go for breakfast then sit on sunbed and read .
Cocktails are so nice on Ai and so many to choose from yes i had eveyone on the list. Ainara was brilliant and so nice as she noticed my nephew was t1 and offered help with sugar free and she went above and beyond and was always very friendly
Also Bashir the entertainment was great my nephew loved him and he was friendly and great with him .the entertainment on a night was good the typical holiday entertainment but always the option to watch it and loads of seating inside and out .
Also want to mention Delia from reception as I was on a solo holiday for a week before family joined me she always asked me how I was and how my day was and also it was my birthday when I was there and I had balloons and wine and a lovely champagne breakfast.
The hotel is 5 min from beach and from the pedestrian zone shops bars restaurants and the beach front.
I can honestly say I will be bk next year and lovely hotel and staff are very friendly .
