Amazing
Honestly could not fault this hotel. I did hours and hours of research to find an area in Majorca that had a nice beach and lots of shops, without it being too noisy with stag and hen dos and a hotel that was modern, had a pool and a spa. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s fresh and clean, a couple of minutes from a golden sandy beach, a few mins from lots of shops and restaurants. We had the best holiday ever and a huge part of that was the hotel. We paid for a side sea view and were delighted we had a view of the sea right in front of us, it’s only called side view as the two sides of the hotel mean it wasn’t a panoramic view. The food was exceptional, plenty to offer at breakfast and dinner. The only tiny little thing I would tweak slightly is the evening entertainment, maybe things like bingo and karaoke would get couples more involved? But I get the impression the hotel doesn’t want ‘tacky’ which is fair enough! Staff all very helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat.

A blueprint for all hotels
I travelled to Majorca with elderly mother, aunt and 18 year old daughter so our needs were quite differing. The hotel was perfect for all of us and in fact was completely above and beyond all our expectations. Beautiful hotel in a very nice location, clean, great food, lovely staff , a great chilled week away. After dinner I like a coffee and within a day of arriving the bar staff knew all our drinks and really work hard at making everyone feel welcome. This hotel should be the blueprint for all hotels ! Perfect!

all our requirements were met however one small change to serving hours at the pool bar would be good . Extend service to 3.30pm thank you.

Great Hotel Flamenco
Fabulous hotel - all the staff were friendly and polite.The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent quality with a good selection.The snack bar for lunch had a good variety to choose from.The hotel was spotlessly clean as were the sizeable rooms.The swimming pool area was very clean and well maintained with plenty of loungers and parasols .We will happily recommend this hotel to family and friends and will definitely return.

I cannot praise this hotel and it's staff high enough! I have just returned from a 10 day visit & this hotel was first class in everything it offered my wife & I. After a 'mess up' by our travel company, the hotel & it's staff went out of it's way to make sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay after a 'messy start' through no fault of their own. They really picked us up through their great support and helpfullness throughout the our 10 day stay. The hotel is spotless, rooms excellent, staff fantastic and the breakfasts & dinners were delightful. It is our intention to return again in the near future. Massive thanks to you all at the Hipotels Flamenco. A wonderful team. Many thanks from Alan & Margaret.
