Pool

We arrived at the hotel around midday, our room was ready and the lady on reception explained everything really well, you are given free pool towels which you can change at any time. Our room and the view was possibly the best we have stayed in. The first night we went for tea about 7pm, this was a big mistake! There were hardly any spaces and the tables that were available were crammed in the first section of the restaurant, it was hard to get in and out of your seat without bumping the chair behind you. The following nights we went for tea about 6.20pm (opens at 6.30pm) people were queuing already at the door to get in. We were able to get a better table further down in the restaurant with a lot more space. We did find that the waiters didn't tend to hold much conversation, if any with us. The only ones that were really welcoming were Carmen and Gulliem. We couldn't fault the choice of food, we always found something to eat. On a Thursday they had a gala night with drinks in the reception and the food was a bit fancier, even so there was still plenty for us to eat. The breakfast is served from 8am and we found this time to be a lot quieter, again plenty of choice and the food was lovely. Although the hotel was lovely and spotless and the food was great, we probably wouldn't stay here again due to the unwelcoming atmosphere from other customers in the restaurant and also it is quite a walk to the shops and other restaurants, although there is a couple of supermarkets nearby.

Nice hotel, nice food, uncomfortable atmosphere

This hotel ticked all the boxes. Outstanding cleanliness (I’m very fussy), really friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food and everything was just so easy and relaxing! 
The staff go above and beyond, we didn’t pass a single person who didn’t speak to us and smile. They were very accommodating and lovely people. 
The hotel is beautiful, as is the pool area. No problems getting beds. Every meal was a treat.

Just book it!

Location of hotel great, not far from main area of Cala Bona and short walk to Sa Coma. Nature reserve next to hotel, a lovely walk through the reserve off the pathway brought you out to little picturesque coves along the coastline. Beach on the doorstep, lovely sandy beach too. 
Hotel was excellent, very well kept/looked after- very clean, even the communal areas. Rooms- great layout, very clean, very comfortable and great facilities. Ours looked over pool and beach/sea which was lovely. 
Food- lots of choice for both breakfast and evening meals, both in a buffet style. The quality of the food was very good. There were a couple of nights that the choices were not to our tastes but this was down to different culture/different country therefore not food we would normally eat, not due to the quality of food. We always found something to eat. My only quip is that no drink was included with your evening meals, would have liked water to be included. 
All of the team at Hotel we came across were very friendly and happy. Laura and Pia on reception very helpful- we asked to move rooms not long after arriving due to persons in neighbouring room smoking on balcony and due to position of our balcony it filled our room and was not pleasant- nothing was too much trouble. Rachel who was the housekeeper for our room was a lovely warm happy lady, lovely bright smile and hello in the mornings. 
One thing that was refreshing- hardly anyone claimed sunbeds with laying towels on them first thing in the morning then disappearing for hours on end, this time of year the sun did take a while to reach parts of the pool area- our tip is go to beach in the morning then relax by pool in afternoon, full day of sunshine. 
Loved the hotel and would definitely visit again 😊

Lovely hotel, fab staff, very clean, good food, lovely pool, great location, lovely walks to other resorts all on flat.  Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with no complaints

The hotel is fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. 

In no particular order, The breakfast was excellent, the whole hotel spotless, the pool area was lovely including the pool being warm enough to be comfortable in within a few seconds (have often found not to be the case elsewhere) and plenty of sun loungers with no need to sprint out to get towels down or anything like that. 

There is a glass door that leads out to a path out of the back of the pool area that leads you in to the promenade and Beach front, it is right at the top end but only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants (you may want to be in a slightly more central hotel on the promenade if you struggle to walk more than 10 or 15 minutes though and is important to you). Rooms were very nice, the snack bar and bar had very good and reasonably priced food and drink indeed. 

We were given a complimentary drink on arrival and the service from everyone was superb throughout. Thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend and may well return in the future (which we haven’t ever done before but we liked it that much!)

Fantastic hotel in a great location

The Hipotels Bahía Cala Millor is a recently renovated, Mediterranean style 4-star hotel in Cala Millor, Majorca, with a modern and pleasing design. It is located overlooking the sea, with direct access to the beach. We have a great area for you to relax with a large terrace and plenty of sunloungers and parasols so that you can sunbathe and enjoy the tranquillity and there is also an outdoor adult pool and another pool for children.
