Cala Millor Garden

I’ll start by saying that we had a terrific time here in July 2025 - so much so that we chose to return this July. The hotel has made some cosmetic changes which have spruced it up a bit. Rooms are lovely but there is now no longer adequate shelves or drawers to store your clothes/toiletries neatly. My main disappointment was the air con being permanently set at 24 degrees in the room. This made it very difficult to cool off whilst getting ready for the evening and extremely difficult to sleep soundly. Pool areas and central areas are great. Food is always good and the drinks on all inclusive are plentiful! Cannot fault the entertainment team - Aly and Cassie are both and asset to the hotel and truly make your experience! Staff vary in their levels of friendliness! Some are great but others serving behind the bars and on reception, could’ve been more pleasant and responsive. The hotel is well-maintained and in a good spot. They have a new exclusive option which is a little weird! Some were upgraded for free and I felt it caused a bit of awkwardness. Not entirely sure why they’ve done this? Existing services last year were good enough for EVERYONE to enjoy! Would I return for a third visit? Only if they sort the aircon in the rooms. Unfortunately this was a major down point!

We have absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

There is a great choice of food, with plenty of simple options for slightly fussier eaters, as well as a really good range of delicious meals for everyone else. There is also lots of choice when it comes to meat, so there is always something enjoyable to eat.

The staff are all so friendly and are always happy to help. The entertainment has been amazing, and the entertainment team Ali and the lady who we didn’t catch her name deserve a special mention — they are so much fun, cheerful and really help create such a great atmosphere throughout the stay.

The all-inclusive drinks selection is fantastic, with fizzy drinks, cocktails and coffee all available whenever you want. The quality of the drinks has been really good, too.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and really comfy beds, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

There are three pools, all of which are very clean, with plenty of space and friendly lifeguards. We were always able to find a sun lounger, even at different times of the day, which was a real bonus.

The location is amazing, with the beach, shops, cafés and restaurants all close by. It’s also easy to get the bus to Palma, making it a great base for exploring the area.

The gym is another great facility. It’s clean and well equipped, with a very good multi-gym and a good selection of dumbbells.

If you’re thinking about staying here, I would definitely say go for it! We have loved our stay and have had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning!
