Poor communication prior to arrival
I haven't been yet but have emailed the hotel twice asking about the airport transfer service they offer on their website or for taxi details and still no one has replied. Very disappointed with the lack of communication so far. I would appreciate a reply ASAP.

Amazing hotel and area- I wish I'd booked longer
Gorgeous hotel, as soon as you arrive it smells like you are in a spa. Very clean throughout the staff make sure of that. The hotel looks better than the photos, the pool area was nice and plenty of sunbeds available when I arrived at lunch time.
My room was great, I booked a single room and there was plenty of space for me. A good sized comfy bed and nice balcony. Water machines to refill your water bottles by the lifts and recycling points.
The food was amazing with good variety, if you are a plain eater this is not the place for you. Fresh stunning food for every meal and restaurant quality flavours. I stayed for 3 nights and every meal was brilliant. They had themed dishes/nights alongside the buffet: asian, arab, american. Every meal I felt like I was eating well, there was no cheap frozen food like other hotel buffets.
Good choice of drinks throughout the day. The all inclusive package was good value.
The vibe is relaxed and it feels very safe with the town and beach a 5-10 minute walk down the street. Good selection of shops and the beach was nice and clean. There are bars and activities opposite the hotel but after midnight the noise dies down.
I wish I'd booked to stay longer and I will be back thank you

Great
Brilliant stay, very clean, friendly staff
Perfect for solo holiday makers
I chose this hotel for my first solo holiday. As a 43 year old woman travelling alone, I wanted somewhere that felt safe and wasn’t too big. Being near the beach was also a must. The hotel didn’t disappoint. Lovely rooms and facilities and lovely staff. In particular Eloy on the entertainment team made my stay feel so fun and welcoming, he was funny and entertaining and always had time for a chat! I was nervous going away alone for the first time but would highly recommend this hotel if is your first solo holiday too!
Great stay at the Cala Millor Garden Hotel
Just came back from a few nights away with my wife at the Cala Millor Garden Hotel and we had a great time. Very sad to be home and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The hotel itself is very clean and as soon as you walk into reception, you are greeted by a smell that can only be described as when you visit a spa resort which is lovely. The decor in the rooms is very nice and we found our room and balcony to be spotlessly clean.
The gardens and pool areas are fantastic and you could always find a sunbed no matter what time of the day it was.
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and we were very impressed with the choice of food and drinks that the hotel had to offer. My wife is vegetarian and there was a really good choice of food for her as well. I’ve read some negative reviews regarding the food but I think you have to remember and take into account the number of people being catered for so it’s never going to be of Michelin star quality!
We will definitely be heading back in 2027 for a short break but will make sure we add a night or two more this time!
