Situated only 50 metres from the sandy beach and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the Hotel Biniamar enjoys a privileged position in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Cala Millor in a pedestrian-only zone. All of the rooms boast wonderful views out to the open sea. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a separate children's pool and a gym. Culinary options include a buffet restaurant with hot and cold food as well as a poolside café-bar serving Mediterranean cuisine, both local Mallorquin and Italian dishes. Next to the hotel, guests can find the seaside promenade with scores of shops, restaurants and bars. The beautiful headland Punta de n'Amer is located within walking distance. Porto Cristo with the famous Dragon Caves can be reached within a short drive. Whether for a relaxing or a fun-filled holiday, this beach hotel is a perfect choice.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This was a return visit for us after an enjoyable stay several years ago. The hotel is maintained and operated to a high standard. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and evening meals.
Great hotel with excellent value for money. The meals are delicious, varied, and of very good quality. The beach is only a one-minute walk away, which is a real advantage. There are also two bus stops just a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient to get around.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
A small but useful note: drinks consumed during dinner must be paid for in cash, so make sure to bring some with you.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future!
Location: Excellent. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Atmosphere: Excellent. Friendly staff Room: Standard room (114) with sea view and pleasant surroundings. Room services and clean towels each day. Cleaning staff Excellent. Value: Excellent value for what we payed for. All in all an excellent 3 * hotel. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommend. Arrived at 3.30am and was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff at reception (didn't get his name) It seemed that there was staff continuously cleaning reception areas etc throughout the day. We booked bed and breakfast and for €15 per person you could have an evening meal. Very good value. Dining room was spotless and again all staff were friendly. Enough choice on the menu to stop boredom and food was of a good quality. Plenty of people seemed to use the outside terraces during the day for a snack or drink. A good sign. Location wise it is fairly central in the resort with plenty of restaurants and good shops closely situated. A very good beach is a 1 to 2 minute walk away and as sunbeds go nowadays we'll priced at €20 for 2 beds, parasol and safe.
The hotel pool and pool area was spotless and there never was any problem getting a sunbed. Also a gym, spotless toilets and shower area provided at pool area. A lifeguard was on duty each day. Our experience was very positive from beginning to end of our 11 night stay.
Would highly recommend and hopefully it will not be our last visit to the Biniamar and Cala Millor Thank you to all involved for making this a very good experience.
This is a fab small hotel . It should be 4⭐️not 3 but that’s my opinion . My husband has Celiac disease so requires a gluten free diet . After booking the hotel I emailed the Manager of the hotel within a day I had a reply I was surprised to her from her that quick . On arrival at the hotel everything was spick and span . We met the manager the following day Innes Djardjevic who was loverly , she asked if everything was ok with my husband getting gluten free food and it was . Every time we saw her she made a point to ask us if everything was ok . Even the owner of the hotel spoke to us and asked the same question . Location is fab hotel is just minutes from the beach bars and restaurants . Our room was a sea view , we were luckily enough to be upgraded . It was very clean . Cleaned every day beds changed regularly and towels too . In the restaurant there was plenty to choose from . You needn’t go hungry . A special thanks to Lidia who made sure my husband got his GF bread . The bar staff were fab too special mention to Johan who was very helpful . The reception staff were fab especially Maria who advised us how to get the tourist train ect and also Pere who was fab so helpful helping us when we wanted our taxi to pick us up earlier when going home . We would defiantly recommend the boats trips , Stanley’s and the Greek restaurant . That’s not saying the Buffett in the hotel wasn’t good , it was fab . Everything piping hot lots to choose from too . I think I’ve covered everything😊. One massive thank you to the manger for making our holiday trouble free for my husband’s diet. Would we recommend this hotel without a doubt . We will be back sometime in the future .
Hotel Biniamar is an exceptional hotel and offers fantastic value for money. My sister and I stayed there in memory of our father, who sadly passed away in September 2025. We had holidayed there in the early 1980s, and I returned with him in June 2023, so it felt fitting to visit again. The staff knew the reason for our stay and were incredibly appreciative, supportive, and courteous. Standards remain exceptionally high; the hotel is spotless and constantly well maintained. The facilities, including the pool, bars, restaurant, and gym, are excellent. Every member of staff, from housekeeping to management, is fantastic: polite, courteous, and always helpful. The choice and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner are excellent, with plenty of high-quality options. Friday’s gala buffet was exquisite, and the complimentary glass of fizz at breakfast on Sunday morning was a lovely gesture from management. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay or holiday at the Biniamar; a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience is assured. I am already planning another break at the Biniamar in June 2027.
