Fantastic Hotel.
We arrived in the middle of an afternoon on a 30C degree day in Mallorca and as soon as we entered the hotel reception we were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The entrance was cool and very clean. We were quickly checked in and we were not disappointed with the room. We had a pool view and it the room was clean and spacious. My only issue was the aircon was a bit outdated and not cool enough for me but my husband went to reception and asked for a fan. Within 30 mins an outside provider had dropped a fan off and it was approx €30 for the 9 days. It was worth every penny. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the cleaning staff were very thorough, polite and kept the rooms immaculate. Next time we book I will pack my own hairdryer as it was a small one attached to the bathroom wall and was no use to me. That is about the only downside. Every day there were ample sunbeds available, the lifeguards didn’t allow ball games or inflatables in the pool, one morning a manager went round and removed all the towels from the beds that no one was using after 20 mins and left a polite note explaining why. The hotel also provides pretty pink towels for using at the pool and you can swap these over every few days for fresh ones. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the SPAR, coffee shops, restaurants etc but it is far enough away that you do not hear the biz. This is a fantastic family hotel.

Location, location, location!!!
We arrived Sunday around 4pm, the hotel is lovely but the rooms feel a bit dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in Cala D’or. However the kitchen was well equipped, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bathroom was nice with twin basins, shampoo and conditioner provided and small hairdryer. The gym was good, all modern equipment. Breakfast was good, lots of variety of breads, eggs, omelettes, full English, fruit, and cava served every day. The hotel had 2 pools, we preferred the one near the bar as it felt a bit more chilled, with Bali beds. Plenty sunbeds for everyone, no need to get up early. The location is fantastic, straight into town within 3 minutes and Marina 5 minutes walk away. Plenty spar supermarket nearby to get drinks and you can drink your own drinks round the pool. There’s filtered water machines on each floor so we filled up water bottles each day. All in all a lovely stay!

Would recommend
Very clean, lovely staff. Very friendly & great with the kids. Had room only option. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Had lunch in the bistro a few days. Not the cheapest but good service, good food & brilliant staff. Can’t fault hotel but Cala d’Or itself isn’t the cleanest. Lots of rubbish around. In saying that feels like a very safe, family friendly place

Immaculate and Fab Location!
We stayed with our family for a week mid June!! We had 3 rooms and were all placed on the same floor close by which was great! We had a rough morning at the airport in Palma due to the new security checks however this was all a distant memory when we arrived at Sa Marina! We were greeted by the fab reception team who provided us with plenty of information! Sa Marina is immaculately clean everywhere from Reception to the gardens and the pool areas! The rooms were large and super comfortable, again, the cleanliness was outstanding so huge credit to the housekeeping team. We stayed on a self catering basis and our room was equipped with everything we could possibly need! The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning was fab!
A tip, take your own large water bottles with you. The hotel has water machines throughout where you can top up you bottles free of charge with fresh cold filtered water! An amazing touch and really minimises the use of single use plastic! Also plenty of recycling bins which was so impressive!
The hotel pools are gorgeous and the perfect temperature, plenty of sunloungers all day every day and parasols for some much needed shade. There were always lifeguards on duty at each pool. Sa Marina is in a prime location for the Marina and Cala D'or centre!! We would not hesitate to return! A fab time was had by all the family!

Just home after a week at the Inturotel Sa Marina .July 1st - 8th.What an Amazing hotel!! We stayed self catering Block 3201 and absolutely loved every minute there. The Hotel is Spotless!! Cleaners in every day. Fresh towels every day. There is no need to rush down for sunbeds as there are still lots free at noon. Air Conditioning is on 24 hours a day. The location is peaceful even though you are literally 5 min stroll to the start of the Strip. There are 2 Spar shops within 2 min walk. Lots of Restaurants, bars and shops within a few mins walk. Highly recommend the Sa Marina for a chilled out family break!! We will be back.
