A wonderful holiday!
My husband, our 18-month-old daughter, and I have just returned from a fantastic two-week holiday at Sa Marina, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
We stayed at one of the sister hotels, Esmeralda Gardens, last year and decided to try Sa Marina this time because we wanted somewhere with a little more going on. It proved to be an excellent choice.
From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Check-in was quick, smooth, and very welcoming. We chose a one-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly spacious, and the balcony was huge. We hadn't paid extra for a pool view, so I was initially a little disappointed that our room overlooked a busy road. However, after a day or two, I actually enjoyed it as it was great for people-watching! More importantly, once the balcony doors were closed, we couldn't hear any noise at all, which meant our daughter (and us!) slept brilliantly throughout the holiday.
The apartment itself was well-equipped, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The two outdoor pools are enormous and spotlessly maintained. Even when they were busy, they never felt overcrowded, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available at any time of day.
We had lunch a couple of times at the poolside lounge bar. The food was a little pricey, but it was delicious and well worth it.
The location is absolutely superb. It's just a short walk from the main square, with a huge selection of bars and restaurants, and close to the stunning marina, which is well worth a visit.
We hope to return to Cala d'Or next year and would happily stay at Sa Marina again. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

We’re staying here now. First time in Cala d’or and we love it! Booked this accommodation based on its reviews and we’re not disappointed. Fabulous place, so clean, lovely apartment, nice living area, comfortable beds, lovely bedding, great shower and bathroom. The whole place is so clean and well kept, the cleaners do a great job! Staff friendly and welcoming. Can’t fault it at all. Steps away from lots of bars and restaurants. We will definitely return when we come back to Cala’d’or . Probably choose a pool or garden view as opposed to a street view.

Perfect…
Wow what a fabulous experience.. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast fantastic with a perfect selection of food. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Location in Cala Dor was perfect to get to everything, the beach the shops and the marina. I would highly recommend recommend this hotel 5*

Great stay
Just came back from a week's stay in a garden view apartment. I did a lot of research before choosing this accommodation and ai made a good choice. It's in a great position, close to everything but just far enough away to not be interrupted by noise. There's no entertainment at the Hotel and no inflatables allowed in the pool so this might not be a first choice if you have children. We were self catering so didn't try the food. The breakfast was overpriced in my opinion as it was just over 20 euros a day each. You can get a decent breakfast nearby for around 12 euros max. Loved the balcony, was large and private. The rooms were a good size and immaculately cleaned. The cleaners pop in every day and are so quick and efficient. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a well positioned, well kept, quiet hotel.

Winning by making great memories
I travel to cala d'or every year and have been staying at the tucan adult only i looked at the sa marina last year and was a bit unsure because it was a family hotel the reason I was looking for a change was being able to self cater. With a background in hospitaltalty from cooking to management. This hotel was fantastic there was not any kids activities at the pool very relaxing plenty of sunbeds available Spotless in every way. My room i booked was a studio not realising there was no separate bedroom but it was okay for me i will return next year and upgrade my choice. Self catering facility I think in some ways could be more modern and some more utensils/pot lids etc Wifi was good the shower was excellent Room cleaning was done to my requirements every day to a high level all staff were very helpful and dressed to represent the hotel to a very high standard. I wish everyone a nice break at the end of the season looking forward to return in 2027 Stephen
