Just arrived home after our 5th visit and again it did not disappoint excellent cleaning service the pool area spotless never a rush for sunbeds weather very hot one tiny criticism is that when you are waiting for your pickup back to the airport there is no where to sit so a bench would be most welcome especially as you could be waiting for half hour hoping to be back next year

Loved it!
Loved this place! Yes there is a karaoke bar in close proximity but they have tribute acts every night and minimal karaoke so free entertainment from your balcony. Do not let this put you off booking here as the location is great. Apartments a bit dated but clean. Pool lovely, temperature was good. Had a ground floor apartment and befriended 2 adorable white cats. If you see them please put some fresh water down for them and take some Dreamies with you or buy some food for them. We were in apartment 122, on the left corner as you come out of reception to the pool. The cats can be found in the shrubs at the side of the path or in the beds opposite. We called the smaller one Winnie and the bigger cat Wilf! Overall would 100% recommend and wouldnt hesitate to go back. Also met some lovely people!

Children are not allowed to have fun!
This is our first time in this FAMILY complex. We had a good couple of days, kids were enjoying playing in the pool, loads of other children playing in the pool with their balls and their lilos and were all playing lovely together. UNTIL…. A week in and we were told that the children were not allowed to take a BALL into the pool. Now this might seem like a small deal to some, but for children they were having fun, they were enjoying playing catch with each other, not hurting anyone, not getting in the way of anyone because all children were playing together. For them to be told they can’t have a ball in the pool is like saying they aren’t allowed to have fun! I have read the rules of the pool and it does not state once on there that there are no balls allowed in the pool… the excuse of the manager was that the lifeguard was NEW and so she didn’t know the rules… but maybe she should have read the rules of the pool to start with because loads of people had lilos and balls and we’re jumping in the pool! Another excuse was that balls are INFLATABLES… sorry WHAAAT?! I get some balls have air in, but the balls were small foam balls… soft balls, ones that you can play volleyball with…balls suitable for a baby, a 2 year old like my son! If this is a FAMILY complex and the children are only allowed to bob their heads in the water and nothing else then I’d suggest to anyone find an ACTUAL family complex where the children are allowed to have fun!

From entering at reception to leaving today the Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Extremely clean in every area, either by the pool or your room! Peaceful by the pool! Always plenty of sunbeds. Ignore complaints about the karaoke bar being super loud, it is but actually added to our entertainment when sat on the balcony at night with a cold drink! Inturotel Esmerelda is a hidden jewel! Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely but very expensive
The hotel was lovely clean apartment was very clean and roomy Nice calm environment. Pool bar was very nice food but needed more variety especially for breakfast. Pool area very clean never short of sunbeds The only thing that I question is as a family hotel the rule of no inflatables or ball Games allowed in the pool. In a very good location for bars shops and restaurants though the resort is very expensive. Even the supermarkets In some cases basics were like twice the amount at home. How young families manage is beyond me. Atmospheres in hotel nice relaxing and calm. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back to this resort due to inflated costs and prices.
