The apartment complex lies directly in the tourist area and only around 150 m from the sandy beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda. Shops, bars and restaurants are to be found within 100 m and links to the transport network are also situated in the vicinity. The centre of Cala d'Or is within 800 m of the complex and the nearest nightclub is about 1 km away.
Renovated in 2005, the residence comprises a total of 126 apartments and consists of 3 partner hotels and a garden of 6,000 m². Guest can use the services of the 3 hotels. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, safe and a currency exchange service. Further amenities include an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants, bar, café, small supermarket, shops, hairdressing salon, games room, TV room, conference room, public Internet terminal, free wifi area, playground and kids' club. Furthermore, there is medical assistance, a laundry service and a bicycle hire service on offer. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park.
The pleasing apartments are air conditioned and include a combined living room/bedroom, separate bedroom and en suite bathroom. All come equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling, central heating and air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony. Apartments are cleaned 5 times a week.
In the sprawling outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a poolside snack bar. Further facilities include an indoor swimming pool (heated from May to October), a sauna, a gym and a massage service. Sports options include aerobics, aqua aerobics, table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce. For an additional fee, tennis, cycling/mountain biking, pool and minigolf may also be enjoyed. A seasonal entertainment programme also features amongst the leisure facilities.

Fantastic stay 4.5!
Exactly what it says on the tin. Functional and spotlessly clean with extremely friendly staff. Slightly secluded spot ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of neighbouring hotels. No issue with sunbeds and the pool was massive. It is not luxury 5 star accomodation but it's not meant to be nor is it advertised as such. It is perfect for self catering and lazy days by the pool. Would have gone 4.5 if I could, just needs a bit of modernisation (but again clean and functional) and the wifi connection is a bit hit and miss. Already looking to book again for next year!

Great Hotel with really pleasant staff.
A really nice hotel with an excellent room with everything we needed. We decided on a self-catering option for this one and it worked out really well. Great balcony overlooking the pool and a spacious lounge area and a very comfortable bed. Not really 'high season' so no issues in getting beds around the pool. Used the well equipped Gym too which was across the road at the sister hotel. All the facilities were very good and the hotels position is ideal. The pool bar was convenient and the staff were really friendly. The only minus was the TV which could not receive any signal at all. However not an issue as the TV is of no consequence to us when we are on holiday. A great stay we would definately recommend.

Location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance of the beach the main cala d'or town centre where all the main restaurants are. Shop opposite incase you need any essentials. Rooms were perfect for us clean, friendly staff , decent pool. Good value. We will definetly be back next year to the same hotel. If your just looking for a decent hotel just to sleep as ur out most of the day then this is perfect ☆☆☆☆☆
Another fabulous stay
Another delightful stay at this hotel. Beautifully situated with nearby buses for trips to the wider area and a land train that will take you around Cala D'or with ease. 2 bed apartment was exceptionally clean with more than adequate facilities in the kitchen area. We ate out for dinner but know from past visits that the two hob is ideal for families who want to cook simple meals. We chose not to have the room cleaned daily (as we have always done) but now there is a €10 bar credit voucher for every one of the 5 days you don't have a clean (2 days are non cleaning anyway). Clean towels and bedding are easily obtained any day from reception as are towels for the pool. The pool area is kept very clean and the pool itself is a good size. Plenty of sunbeds without the need to grab one at silly hours as happens in some hotels. The pool bar is good for lunch drinks and ice creams. Rooms have a hairdryer and plenty of sockets (remember adaptors if you need them) and shower gel and washing up liquid is provided. All the staff are exceptionally friendly. The spar shop opposite sells most food items but the supermarket on the road at the back of the hotel is quite a bit cheaper. There are a few sister hotels close by and their facilities are also available to use. The beach gets busy with locals at weekends understandably but in the week is a bit quieter. Lots of lovely nearby restaurants and the marina is great for eating out and is about a 20/30 minute walk or just catch the land train. This is our 3rd visit and it won't be the last.
