The famous marina with its large variety of restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within a short stroll. The island capital of Palma and the international airport are about an hours' drive away.

One to avoid
There are very few good points to report on with this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was quite nice if not a little crowded. Our room for some reason had four beds which limited the space available. There were no drawers and the shower head was in need of replacing. The balcony sloped and the tiles were very slippy so that when sitting on the plastic chair you couldn’t stop it sliding into the wall. The toilet cistern broke on two occasions. On the first occasion when we asked at reception for it to be repaired we were told that there was no maintenance available so I had to temporarily fix it myself. Maintenance did a full repair later the following day. Also the door to our room did not close properly and despite asking that the maid ensure it was secure we returned on four different occasions to find we could just push the door open without using a key. There was little variation in the food available and we have yet to have a warm, never mind hot, meal. When we raised the issue of cold food we were advised that microwaves were available. Avoid the food at the pool bar at all costs. Beware of the rats that were seen running around by the pool bar. For those wanting an early swim please note that the pool does not open until 10.00 am

I booked an accessible room as I suffer mobility issues. On arrival on my mobility scooter we were given a room up a flight of stairs and no lift. I complained and the following morning we were given a room which had a lift to gain access The following morning, Tuesday we wondered about the hotel and grounds which I must say appeared clean and tidy. The food was good. Wednesday morning my friend saw a rat by the pool area. Thursday and Friday evening while at the pool bar watching the entertainment we both saw rats. Afterwards we never went in the area of an evening which spoilt the rest of our stay. I did report the vermin sighting to the hotel manager and also the holiday rep. We will not be visiting this hotel again

Great hotel, but very poor food
Booking into the hotel was very confusing, not very helpful friendly staff, then Emi appeared, we was originally booked into a third floor room and there was no lift, 2 women with dodgy knees didn’t have a hope in hell getting our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, Emi got our room changed, we had a lovely room looking over the swimming pool, with a lift up to our room. Our room was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. Location was amazing 3 minutes to the beach, and about 5 minutes to the local restaurants and shops. Know the big downfall of the hotel, the food, it was awful, I know there are different tastes in food but the choice was very limited, all the all inclusive holidays that I have been on has a lot more choice, we was there for 7 nights and had to pay to go out for food 4 nights, the food was very limited I lived off of cheese rolls, chips and olives. There was pork served every night, everyone I spoke to said how the food let the hotel down, which is such a same because the hotel is really lovely, but the food is a big part of your holiday. The euro you have to pay for your cup is a very good idea, there are no cups or plates cluttering the tables. I would love to return back to this hotel, but the food really needs to improve.

Food lets this hotel down big time!
The location of this hotel is fabulous. I’d booked the wrong rooms and staff were accommodating and helpful in getting us apartments. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food is dire, I’d been twice before and although basic previously it’s got considerably worse. The food is tasteless, the menu awful and choice minimal. I’d stay again but only for the location and comfortable accommodation, we ate out quite a bit.

Fantastic holiday, lovely staff, good location, shame about the food!
Lovely hotel in an amazing location! It’s right in the middle of everything, with beaches, bars, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. All of the staff, from reception and the bar staff to the animation team, were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Online check in is a bit of a faff.
The pools were great and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, which was a big plus. Our room was a little run down and could probably do with some updating, but it was cleaned really well every day and the cleaners were lovely and friendly.
For a 3-star hotel, you really can’t complain about the facilities and overall experience. Unfortunately, the food was by far the biggest downside for us. I found the buffet food very disappointing and, honestly, barely ate anything from it despite trying to find something I liked. We ended up eating out for most of our meals instead, which was a shame when we had booked an all-inclusive holiday.
That said, the hotel itself, location, staff and overall atmosphere were fantastic, and we still had an amazing holiday. Despite the food, I would definitely return! ❤️
