Every thing in one place
Had a great time the hotel was cleaned every day fresh towels the pools were clean beach not far away everything is in one place only down fall was it was noisy with been at the front of the hotel the food was ok could have been better but apart from that it’s a beautiful place wonderful people definitely go again recommend going great weather too

Bargain for the price, 3 night getaway and exceeded expectations.
Location superb, 500m from beach, right amongst the restaurants and shops, and a train stop outside the hotel!
Room was immaculately clean, pool was huge and the all inclusive option value for money.
You won’t go hungry, food was ‘ok’ but plenty of selection…. We were happy with breakfast and lunch options, as we as a couple wanted to explore the nice restaurants for evening meal so can’t comment on selection here. Snack bar easy enough for nibbles.
I like the €1 deposit on plastic Cup for drinks, never any mess anywhere.

Very good location Lots of holiday shops Room was big with comfy beds. Food has a very varied choice .lots of healthy options . Coffee machine excellent. Drinks are the same as most AI bars . What makes this hotel stand out is the staff . They are very hard working and really do want you to enjoy your holiday and will try to acvomdate your requests. Pool area is clean and beds are clean plenty of them .. The hotel cleaning staff do an amazing job . The hotel was very clean in all the communal areas as well as the rooms. Catering and bar staff are so friendly and are always ready incase you need anything . Chefs are excellent and work very hard . Reception staff are very approachable and will assist with anything they can . For the price and location this hotel is exceptionally good value and we would visit again .

Lovely chico ariel
We stayed here last week 17th june for a week and had a lovely time. Gardens and pool area an absolute delight. Outdoor pool bar a great size with good drinks and snacks available during the day. Food in the hotel was very nice, drinks also. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe was, as old but active pensioners (71 & 72) we were given a room on the 3rd floor with no lift available. As there were lots of young people there i think your policy should encourage reception to give the older guests a lower or ground floor apartment. Otherwise a great holiday was had by all. Would recommend

Overall great stay
Good location, close to lovely beaches and lots of really good food spots. Hotel buffet was average. The entertainers: Tami, Erwan, Jose and Yan made our stay, arranging waterpolo, archery and overall brought the hotel guests together.
The no balls in the pool rule was too strict and unnecessary and the gym needs refurbishment, overall great stay
