Brilliant experience definitely one to go for
We had a great time staff very friendly and helpfull room was very clean. Atmosphere was great. Only negative was entertainment was a little bit late at night to start. Reception staff were brilliant. Make a big mention for Cory who help me out with my injury. On a whole would definitely go again.

The staff are the real credit that would make us consider coming back! Lorena from animation really impressed us and her entire team were just a joy!
A special shout out to Aline and George in reception who were always so friendly and helpful! Always checking to make sure we were okay. It’s the little details like that that make this such a great hotel!
The pools were great! Always somewhere to sit and no sunbed wars thankfully!! The restaurant was good! It is what it is for all inclusive we always found something to eat!
Awful filthy hotel
Avoid this hotel it is filthy. We are currently staying here and there are dead cockroaches on the grounds. The rooms are full of ants, we had to ring the reception 2 days in a row and still they didn’t come to sort it they just kept saying someone will be up shortly, one time they even lied and said we sent someone but you had a do not disturb sign on, which was a lie as we don’t even have one…
