Marsenses fererra blanca family hotel Cala dor
Great hotel, nice clean, spacious rooms. Service was excellent and it’s in an amazing location just a 2 minute walk down to the beach and just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cala dor. The staff are really friendly, approachable and just genuine nice people. Especially Armand he’s the top man, such a funny guy.
A Wonderful Holiday Experience
We had a wonderful stay and everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
A special congratulations to Mrs. Isa from the restaurant team for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. We would also like to thank the entertainment team for their enthusiasm and the great atmosphere they created every day.
Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return.
AC and water shutoff
Had a great first few days, rooms and tidy and kept, foods good but does get boring ivertime as the buffet doesnt often change its food choices, lovley pools and activities. Only thing i have to say is if you cannot sleep in heat do not stay here. Over the past couple nights the water has randomly shut off and been on and off. No shower, no toilets, or taps. The reason I say heat is because it messes the with AC system. Our AC has been shut off the past couple nights aswell. We have had someone in to fix it the first day and the second and people in and out our room and still the AC is not fixed. Considering the price we have payed, we expect something as basic as the AC to work. Absolutely fuming that it doesnt as me and some of my family staying in the room has had no sleep whatsoever. We decided to phone reception and just say its still not working and its been keeping us up and its not great, they then tell us that they will find a fan and call us back. We never got a call back so we had to phone them again a while later now at midnight. They tell us they tried phoning us which they did not as I myself sleep near the phone and iv been up the whole time due to the heat and have received no phone calls so they attempted to lie about it not to mention the fact they said they ran out of fans. Really disappointed as iv been here before and it was a great experience.

Excellent experience for children . All activities well planned . Quality of apartments high standard . Food choice & quality of food excellent
Great time
What a great experience, we travelled as a party of seven one with mobility issues, 2 children under 12, a couple in the mid sixties and the parents of the children. Fantastic entertainment team kept the children amused and busy, great entertainment team for the younger ones. But a special mention to Ali and Armand kept the able adults entertained with the Archery, water polo, petanc, and many other activities. Many thanks for a fantastic holiday, one criticism food in restaurant could have been warmer but selection was good and tasty.
