Amazing experience
The hotel and staff here are amazing with ongoing games throughout the day for adults and kids. Special shout out to Ali, one of the amazing team members who made darts one to remember
Good not great
Staff are amazing, from reception, to the bar and restaurant team, they are attentive and very helpful. Special praise goes to the entertainment team, they put on great events for the kids during the day, and the nighttime entertainment for kids and adults is fantastic.
Food is ok, but not to the level you would expect for 4 star. Minor gripe of mine was no egg chef in the morning.
Location is close to the beach but I'd recommend you leave the buggy behind if you can as there is loads of steps to get to it. Although it's worth the trek as the beach and sea are great.
Rooms were alot smaller than the Marsenses we stayed at in Menorca and the finish is not to a 4 star standard. Also fridge didnt actually cool it's contents, when we reported to reception they described it as a mini bar and no action taken to resolve.
The resort is quite sprawling, you have the kids splash park which is across the road from the front of the hotel and then the restaurant which is across the street to the back. By no means a difficult task to get around but when you have little ones it's a bit more effort than it should be.
No complaints with the pools but nothing mind blowing, biggest disappointment was the severe lack of deck chairs and lack of enforcement of anti deck chair blocking.
Overall, entertainment great, but could do with stepping up in other areas.

Another great stay
Another wonderful stay at this hotel. Fab location, close to town and the beach. Great choice of quality food. My only complaint for this stay was the loss of the bar waiter service. Having stayed here many times over the past 10 years and having always enjoyed having a waiter service I was disappointed to be told wait in the queue at the bar.

Our stay was exceptional. The waiting on staff and entertainment staff alike were fantastic and super professional. Arman is a legend!
Below is a voice to text review from my 7yeqr old daughter (She absolutely loved the stay and the kids activities): I think the hotel is beautiful and it is very very fun to play with you. I wish I can stay but I'm going home tomorrow to see my new baby cousin the day after. I'm very excited to see my new baby cousin. he's a boy good.
