Situated just a few steps from a white sandy beach, this family-friendly hotel is located in the popular holiday resort of Cala d'Or on the south-eastern tip of the Mediterranean island of Majorca. A large variety of restaurants and bars is within a short stroll; the marinas are within easy reach. The international airport of Palma is within about an hour by car. Rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a hairdryer to offer comfort and relaxation for a plesant stay. For relaxation, hotel provides the outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, and for the active ones; workout in the gym or table tennis, tennis and billiards are available too. It is a great place to launch a fabulous vacation; the hotel provides guests with the ultimate experience.

Better than we expected!
We booked Club Martha’s as a last-minute Bank Holiday getaway just a few weeks after our wedding. We spent ages looking for somewhere cheap and all inclusive, and after booking we kept coming across some really awful reviews, so we were honestly quite worried about what we were going to arrive to!
We got there at around 1:30am. Check-in was a little slow for that time of night, but once we were checked in we were shown the all-inclusive food area where there were drinks, cheese, meats and bread available if we wanted anything after travelling.
We went straight to our ground-floor studio apartment and I was pleasantly surprised. We had two single beds, which luckily I already knew about from reading reviews, but I do think this could come as a shock to couples who aren’t expecting it. The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean and there was no sign of the ants or bugs that I had seen mentioned in some reviews. The shower was quite small and there was a little rust around the tap, so I can understand why some people say parts of the hotel look a little tired, but for a four-night stay it really didn’t bother us.
We spent most of our time around the pool by the all-inclusive bar. The music can be quite loud around that pool, but we actually enjoyed the atmosphere. We had no trouble getting sunbeds in the mornings, although it did get busier later on. There are three pools though, and we always saw sunbeds available somewhere. The pools are salt water, and the shower and tap water in the room also seemed salty, which was a little unusual, but again it didn’t bother us.
There was plenty of choice with the food including meat, fish and salads. I can see how it could become repetitive if you were staying for a long time, but for our short stay we always found something to eat. Breakfast was nice too with the usual pastries, eggs, bacon and other options. The all-inclusive drinks were your usual spirits, beer and wine, the cocktails were pre mixed so not the best. The soft drinks were fine, cheap versions of brands but it didn’t bother us.
The staff were all friendly. One evening the entertainment was brilliant because there was an amazing singer performing, but the other nights weren’t really for us, so we headed out to some of the nearby bars and the marina instead.
Overall, Club Martha’s is fairly basic and there are definitely areas that could do with updating, but we were genuinely pleasantly surprised after expecting so much worse from some of the reviews we had read. Everyone’s experience is different, but if you’ve already booked and are now panicking like I was, hopefully you’ll arrive, find it clean and have a lovely holiday too!
Scruffy kip
DO NOT LET PHOTOS FOOL YOU….me my partner and son just spent 10nights/11days here as what I can only describe to be an absolutely filthy run down Kip…it is no where near a 4star hotel….next to no maintenance on the place atall 2 or 3 lads out with leaf blowers and a garden hose at 6.30/7am every morning that was about the height of it and been on holidays away from routine and work the last thing you want to hear at the crack of dawn is leaf blowers…reception staff are rude bar staff are rude, very disappointed after spending so much money on all inclusive and it was such a let down…swimming pools closed and filthy, elevators breaking with people inside of them, water not working in our room 3 or 4 times room was never cleaned properly beds were rarely changed…the more people we got talking too we began to realise it was not only us with problems everyone seems let down and disappointed…terrible hotel far from a 4 star hotel,people’s hard earned money been robbed from them by decieving pictures on love holidays etc etc

We are just back from staying in Club Martha’s for 11 days 10nights. Two adults one child.
I would advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to spend your well earned money elsewhere! It is far from a 4 star hotel do not let pictures provided by the hotel fool you. It is very much ran down and could do with a lot of maintenance.
The pool was our biggest issue as that’s what you pay for to go away on holidays and sit and relax by a nice pool.. we had noticed about 5 days in we had never seen the pool being cleaned (main pool) just stuff being thrown in we imagined it was salt and the pool water was extremely salty. The water in this pool left your skin and hair feeling so sticky and dirty! You could not see the bottom of the pool the water was very off colour but we thought that was just how it was. A couple of days in it just got worse I seen hair, toilet roll and all sorts floating around when I was sitting by the edge. We immediately went to reception and they advised us the filter was broken we queried with frustration why was it even open if this was the case? It couldn’t be safe or hygienic. We did not get back into this pool after this day. This was the main pool (there is two others) it was closed later on that day for 24 hours as the dirt was getting worse built up of sunscreen was washing up around the edges. Appalling!!! The pool area was dirty beds wore really grubby and the floor tiles were broken and also extremely dirty. On our second last day we noticed this pool was closed again and also the other big pool. Which left only one pool (the only clean pool) to the back of the hotel open that couldn’t possibly fit everyone as the apartment complex is huge. You can actually see the colour difference in the baby pool and the main pool in the photos attached. It is such a disappointment after paying so much money and just unacceptable from a 4 star hotel.
Our apartment was also never cleaned properly the cleaning staff just leave towels out your bedding is rarely changed, and when it was the sheets wore dirty!! I had to call the reception on two different occasions regarding the cleanliness of our hotel. I had to ASK them to bleach the toilet and also clean our floor not just sweep actually clean it with a mop (this was never done) our floor had not been cleaned for our whole stay.
Two days into our stay we came back after having dinner in the town to hear an alarm going off in the hotel block we wore staying in, we went to use the lift and noticed this is where it was coming from, there was a family mother, father, son and daughter stuck in the lift screaming for help they had been ringing the emergency alarm for over 20 minutes! We went to the reception and advised about this they we unaware anyone was in the lift. The family were distraught when they were finally let out crying and gasping for air as it was over 30 degrees heat. If we didn’t advise reception this family would have been in a lot longer as the emergency alarm was not advising staff there was an emergency? As we wore the first to tell them.
We wore without water in our apartment 3 times we had to call to advise there was no water. When we did have water it takes about 10/15 minutes to actually heat up to shower.
We went all inclusive but ended up eating out for dinner 8/10 nights as we didn’t like the food that was provided in the buffet for dinner it wouldn’t be very suitable for kids and we had an 8 year old with us. The glasses for desert wore also very dirty. Mineral Drinks wore watered down.
On the day we wore due to check out we asked for a late check out the lady on reception was extremely rude to me I could Imagen they are sick of people complaining as there was always someone at the reception complaining about something.
I was happy to be leaving this ran down dirty hotel it was such a let down!
Pool not great
I am currently staying here. There are no sunbeds available but they have all had towels laid out on them since I arrived at the pool 2 hours ago. Despite signs saying they would be removed this is clearly not enforced. The green sludge line around the perimeter of the pool could do with a good clean as well

Awful awful place
Awful hotel, paid for premium room..was barely liveable. Aircon didn’t work in lounge area, did work in bedroom but left huge puddles on the floor and dripped all night if turned on. Room smelled like a disgusting old drain or sewer. Fight broke out in the middle of the pool area around children which went on for ages until police were called. Dirty bowls and cutlery left in room. Asked to change room but the staff were rude and apparently every single room in the hotel was booked. Bar staff rude. Just awful. Do not waste your money!
