Great atmosphere, very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect for shops, other restaurants and the beach! Rooms are great for the stay. As being gluten intolerant, I was happy that there is a gluten free option for bread but would be better if there was more options.

You pay for an all inclusive holiday and arrive to a 2 tier holiday. Rooms on one side of the resort very nicely attended to and newly renovated that's the reception side the other side of the hotel is a whole other world, broken paving, dirty loungers tired rooms broken kitchens poor hot water(you were lucky to get a hot shower when we were there. Tired and dated The breakfast was sufficient where they got there sausages from should be blacklisted, they were awful not a pork sausage at all. The all inclusive restaurant was had its ups and downs some food good some bad, the chef dropped a bucket of salt into the lambs stew, it was pickled, they had a bar-be-que at lunch one day consisting of turkey luncheon roll and chorizo sausage really horrible, other days sushi was fine the salad was fine ,prawns over cooked soup was watery but enough to get you by The Meats in general were as tough as old boots. mostly pork or fish on the grill, occasionally beef but be quick. You could of course eat at the very nice restaurant at the front of the hotel ,food there was much better but you pay but get a 10%discount. There was a supposed system of barter at the bar if you want a Sangria you pay 4.50 for it if you want a pint its 4.20 this is not included in the all inclusive criteria. If on the other hand you wanted a beer or cheap generic whiskey/vodka etc, its free but you have to pay a euro for a cup to drink it out of, this we are told is to protect the environment nonsense in my opinion a money making racket, and its strictly enforced too, even if you brought you own cup as my son did, he's autistic and never leaves home without his jug. Despite me telling the barman several times he ignored the request Thanks for that Manuel. The evening shows were good but do not forget your plastic cup otherwise no drinks for you. After these shows the you see how quickly the plastic cups are collected. When the inebriated guests forget their cups ,wonder who profits from it ? This is a 4 star rated hotel I have been in better 2 star lodgings, this place has really fallen from grace. Shout out to the cleaning staff who work their socks off to keep this ship afloat. I was in Cala dor 8 years ago and this was a great place, its been left to rot and the rot has set in, I think the guests are being taken for granted and this hotel is running on empty and is also trying to add to the revenue stream by running a two tier scheme and a cup and drink fiasco. We paid almost 2000 euro for a 7 night hotel stay only.22nd to 29th of September 2026.I felt cheated Not worth it, would advise anyone with intentions of staying here avoid it..
