The complex was modernized in 2017. The complex has 8 junior suites, 10 suites and 353 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. We have been to this hotel twice and will be returning in the future very enjoyable
We liked this hotel it has a really good vibe they have 2 pools and it has a cove if you like to swim in the sea it has an area away from the pool with plenty of sun beds if you like to sunbathe the entertainment is outside and was really good the restaurant is lovley and plenty off staff to assist with your drinks and the food was good to you could take a walk to the harbour it took about 25 minutes.

Beautiful views and making friends !
Location is beautiful, views were amazing loved it , the hotel was great but found room was a little tired needs a little updating. The food wasn’t great , we did enjoy the breakfast , and for lunch and dinner salads were lovely , but having to queue for meat did put me off . Found the restaurant was very busy , and having to wait along time for drinks wasn’t great , many times had to find someone to get drinks, not staffs fault just so very busy. The entertainment wasn’t great and all finished by 10-15 , which was a bit early for us. I found most staff very friendly, but bar staff wasn’t which I was surprised. I just think there coming to end of season and expect they have had a very busy year , but would had been nice if they smiled more ! I sound negative but there was just a few things I was a little disappointed with , but the pool and beach were amazing , weather was lovely. Lucky met a couple who were lovely so think we made a couple of friends who made our last day amazing thank you! I don’t think I would go back to this hotel but will definitely go back to area it’s absolutely beautiful.

Unbelievable hotel worth every penny !!!
First time going on a solo holiday this year and I honestly can’t wait to come back here next year everything about the hotel is unbelievable from the staff to the hotel they will go above and beyond for you all the restaurants in there own beach as well the food I could go on forever I can’t highly recommend this hotel worth every penny !!!
A great week away
A great week away as a couple of couples. Check in was nice, complete with a glass of Cava as we had been delayed due to the weather.
The good points: The staff, Luis, Antonella, Mike and Paloma in particular 👏 amazing all of you. The food was good in the buffet and you don't leave the Italian hungry! The location is good with a short walk to the shops and bars and a bus to Cala d'Or. Nice to have top brand drinks on AI. The not so good, salty water from the shower and taps that no one tells you about, that was a shock cleaning our teeth!! Water not replenished in the room, the broken tiles in the pool and that the pool bar food is not all inclusive until 1500. The final one is towels for the pool only get changed twice a week. Overall we enjoyed the week and would recommend for others wanting an adults only all inclusive.

Still good but maybe slipped a bit in the last couple of years
Another very nice stay at this hotel and the first time we paid for the "my favourite club" which allows access to another pool and bar area, additionally breakfast can served rather than just buffet. Whilst the breakfast benefit is good I'm not convinced the other "extras" are worth the added cost. Also of note is that this stay I've slightly dropped my score. This is entirely due to the food in the main restaurant where we judged that both choice and quality has dropped since our last visit in 2024. Also we felt that evening entertainment was better during our last visit. Still great staff, great service and of course a stunning location.
