Ideal for beach vacationers, this resort is situated in Cala d'Or, in a quiet area right by the sea. It is about 2 miles to the center. The nearest shops are about 2 miles away. The complex was modernized in 2017. The complex has 8 junior suites, 10 suites and 353 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a currency exchange service, a car rental service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 4 elevators. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. First class thank you Maru
Before I move on to my review of this resort we owe a huge debt to Maru one of the managers at AluaSoul who went well beyond her remit to sort our holiday out. We were joining relatives for our trip so I booked later than they did and somehow booked AluaSoul in Palma as the names are basically the same. I didn't realise this until we tried to check in,worse there were no spare rooms. Jet2 who I booked through washed their hands which was a bit poor really as they don't do transfers in September although I hold my hands up my problem. I'd already downed a couple of liveners and was about to fork out 1600 quid on another hotel when she came back and said she had a room but it had a broken bathroom mirror would we take a look at it. We didn't care anything would do so we accepted,we were on the terrace when she said how am I going to get paid and my heart sank again. Another fruitless call to Jet2 who oddly said they might be able to alter the booking for 200 quid but not the change of hotel! Maru then called the hotel I booked and sorted it all out some how between them. We just can't thank her enough our holiday would have been ruined and expensive if it wasn't for Maru. As for the resort it is excellent,staff are fabulous and helpful,rooms are turned over every day. The buffet is varied and very good and we ate at 2 of the 4 restaurants (free for 3 times in a week) and they are exceptional for a hotel. There are plenty of sunbeds and a little telling off for those that get up at 5am and bag a bed. Pools are clean and ideal for a dip,there's a nice beach area and the bay beyond is fantastic for swimming/snorkelling.

4 star hotel with 5 star service
Wonderfully relaxing hotel. Staff were fantastic. The whole site was immaculate. The room was spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Air con worked brilliantly. Pools were very well maintained and cleaned daily. Restaurants all had a good range of food which was fresh and very good quality. I tried as much as I could. Everyday. Entertainment was entertaining- good bands and amazing dancers.
Fabulous Holiday
Just returned from a 7 night stay with my sister at this fabulous hotel. We had a fantastic time. We both needed a chilled and relaxing time and the hotel definitely delivered. All the staff are very friendly, willing to help and can’t do enough for you. Our room overlooked the main pool and was cleaned everyday. We found all areas were kept clean. The main restaurant served great food with plenty of choice. We visited 2 of the other restaurants Mediterranean and Italian both served fantastic food we had great service in all restaurants. Bar staff always served us with a smile. Big shout out to Maru and all the fantastic staff who work so hard mailing sure you have a great time.
Lovey slice of luxury in Mallorca
We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the hotel. Our room overlooked the beach and bay which was idyllic, and was kept incredibly clean (I am particularly fussy with cleanliness). The bay itself was stunning to swim in with crystal clear water and lots of spots for diving, jumping and snorkeling. We were very impressed by the hotel, from the choice and freshness of food and drinks to the attentiveness of the hard working staff, and the range of entertainment/activities available. The main pool was quite shallow so we only used that to dip in when very hot, preferring to swim in the sea. The town is a ten minute walk from the hotel and we also walked just over an hour to Parc natural de Mondrago which was a beautiful spot. The only downsides for us were the gym which I hadn't realised was an outside space with a few free weights and a couple of machines (I was hoping for an air conditioned indoor area) and the steam room/sauna not opening until 11am (we would have liked to use this in the morning while the weather was cool).

Really enjoyed our stay
Lovely hotel, fantastic food, great location to the beach. À la carte restaurants were superb. Lovely decor in the public areas. My only disappointment was the room, however this was my fault for not booking a sea or pool view.
