Currently staying in this hotel and my advice to anyone else is DON’T. The pictures don’t represent how tired, run down and generally dirty the hotel is. For example, we’ve not had our room cleaned since we checked in on Saturday (5 days ago), the same glasses beside the bed, dirty floors and a disgusting and dirty bathroom (no one has cleaned the marks and stains in the shower for a long time). All housekeeping do is change the towels and make the bed and today it took all day to even do that. Reception staff are non-existent and no staff speak to you or acknowledge you when you see them, something I’ve never experienced on holiday. I’ve emailed customer service and posted other reviews but no reply at all. In all honesty, it’s really the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in by a very long way. I rarely feel compelled to review, but I’d like to prevent others having a spoiled holiday. Avoid at all costs and if you’ve booked then change hotels to avoid the same experience.

Very dated hotel , awlful smell when you enter & is the same in the bar .. Room on the first floor superior with Mountain View apparentlyis awlful .. I have never been in a hotel like it . Very disappointed and not like the photos . Only managed to get a sunbed once been here four days . all the furniture looks tired and definitely worn .. the room doesn’t look clean with mop marks up the walls . Breakfast is good , but evening meals are a let down food cold .. pool area is dated and not kept clean .. nor is the pool bar filthy fans are on the wall so would not eat at the snack bar .. was dropped off and had to come through the back entrance and was shocked how awlful it was .. If I could I would have gone back to the airport and got a flight home .. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them .. we have another 3 days to go of the holiday .. would never recommend or come here again .
