Cala Bona
This fantastic hotel boasts a privileged location situated on the promenade of Cala Bona, just beside the beach and at only a few minutes from the harbour. For shopping, guests might go to the town of Cala Millor which is situated at less than 2 km distance. The airport is about 70 km away. The resort offers elegantly furnished and designed to provide a quite atmosphere. All rooms feature a private balcony and some have a stunning sea view. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet with show cooking in the on-site restaurant and spend the day on the upper terrace which offers incredible views as well as a solarium and a Jacuzzi. The spa centre is the best place where visitors can relax and indulge themselves with fantastic treatments for health and beauty.

Disappointing stay – several areas need improvement
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, with several issues that we feel should be addressed.
When we arrived, the bathroom was not particularly clean. The shower glass and the track at the bottom had visible dirt, and the toilet seat was damaged and missing some of the cushion fittings underneath. The hair dryer in the room also did not work.
The hotel only provided bar soap for washing your hands, which left our hands feeling very dry. Liquid hand soap would have been a much better option.
The food was another major disappointment. Breakfast had a limited selection, there was no toast available, and the eggs had a strange soapy taste. Dinner also lacked variety, and much of the food looked unappetising and appeared to be stale on some occasions. We ended up eating out on a couple of nights because we were not happy with the food being offered.
We were also disappointed to find that the spa was under construction during our stay. There were areas of flooring that were open with pipes exposed, which did not give a particularly good impression and raised concerns about safety and the overall appearance of the facilities.
Another issue was that we had to pay an additional charge to use the safe in our room, which we felt was unreasonable.
There were some positives, particularly the friendly service from the staff, but unfortunately the problems with cleanliness, maintenance, food quality and the unfinished spa significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel.
Hopefully these issues can be addressed, as the hotel has potential but needs improvements in several important areas.
Lovely hotel but spoilt by buffet restaurant food
We liked the hotel location convenient for beach , shops, bars etc. hotel was newly renovated and rooms lovely n clean and spacious with balcony. Pool area comfortable and beautifully kept. We arrived 26/9/26 and rooftop bar already closed and we had to ask at reception each time we wanted a drink at pool bar but ok. We enjoyed the sauna n jacuzzi downstairs but no sign of massages etc. now for the big problem!- the restaurant food was extremely poor selection n poor quality and was always cold and not replenished . Breakfast ok even if food ran out , but I would definitely not book half board. We honestly struggled to eat the food . Reps came to speak with them and take photos but still awaited improvement

Nice Hotel
Just home after a short stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, spacious and comfortable and very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our only negative was that the breakfast wasn’t good, with limited choice and poor quality and could be improved very easily.
Location is great.
We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Birthday Holiday.
Firstly I want to say the rooms are lovely, very clean. spacious and comfy beds. The staff are friendly too. Now the real issue with this hotel is the food. There's very little choice, if you go for breakfast get your eggs first as the cook only doe's one order at a time, my husband waited over 10mins. Nothing is labelled so some things you are not sure what it is. Also if you have allergies/intolerance to certain things there is no information. The food was that bad we had breakfast & dinner out 6 of our 7 days, so makes it expensive. Someone did complain and they saw the kitchen staff laughing at them. Also the dining room for guests is in the basement very gloomy when they have a very nice bar/restaurant upstairs with tables outside which was never used.

Roof top bar
The new roof top bar is excellent clean and well presented excellent views the mountains on one side the beautiful Mediterranean on the other great service with a top class range of cocktails won’t be long before we’re back
