Atolon
The attractive holiday hotel Atolon boasts a superb seafront position with direct sea access and marvellous panoramic views over the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean Sea, right at the Cala Bona seaside promenade. It is located close to the fishing harbour, enabling guests to enjoy fresh and delicious fish dishes in the local restaurants. The most outstanding feature of the hotel is its wonderful seaside terrace with an outdoor pool and a separate children's pool, surrounded by sun loungers and with marvellous sea views. Culinary options include a restaurant and two bars, one of them situated on the terrace. This hotel is a perfect place for couples and families with children wishing to spend a holiday under the Mediterranean sun.

Liked the hotel and would go back
Lovely hotel - not our first stay. We stayed in the block right on the sea front. Only complaints are room has very little storage and no long dress hanging only hanging for jacket and shirt length. Also the room was a stark white with no pictures or colour anywhere. Staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The outside space for hotel is perfect with the seating, bar and entertainment
Can't wait to return
I stated on my previous review of the hotel last year that I would only return if the hotel had apartments, as hotel rooms don't really suit us. I couldn't stop thinking of our time here, how peaceful and relaxing it was, so much so that we returned and are already planning to next year. I guess you could say I have to eat my own words.
This year we're not given a room keycard, we were given a wrist band green means full board and white meaning bed and breakfast only. I asked for mine loose so I could slip it off while sunbathing so no tan lines. The white disk on the wrist band was the "key". There are now kettles in the rooms along with a telephone. There is still isn't enough storage, there are two drawers on one side of the bed and a table on the other side, as a couple you could do with more drawers for clothes and underwear. The bathroom how has Dove products installed, hand wash and body loction by the sink and in the shower there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There seems to be some works being carried out at the hotel but apart from the visual difference you can't hear anything. There has been an upgrade to the resturant, new tiled wall behind the egg cooking station and the Gluten free toaster is duck egg blue and labelled, the regular toasters are cream so visual difference straight away before you even read the signs, a great touch.
I am genuinely looking forward to returning next week
Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atolon and would happily return.
The location is fantastic, right on the seafront with beautiful views and just a short walk to both the harbour and Cala Millor. We also enjoyed a lovely bike ride to Sa Coma, which is well worth doing.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception team were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice each morning.
Room 111 with frontal sea view was worth the extra £s.
We also explored several local restaurants, all of which were well worth a visit.
A special mention to all the staff, including housekeeping, the waiters and waitresses, the reception team, and the lifeguard, who were all welcoming, professional, and made us feel well looked after.
Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage and use the complimentary shower facilities before heading home.
Overall, an excellent stay in a great location. Highly recommended!
Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Atalon in Majorca and would highly recommend it. We booked the half-board package, and the food was exceptional. There was a great choice at both breakfast and dinner, with something different every day. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention goes to the team at the Beach Club, who were always so attentive and friendly, regularly checking if we needed anything and making sure we were well looked after. Their service really stood out and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the surrounding area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Great food, outstanding staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!
