Atolon

Lovely hotel and staff
Great location, 2 different blocks . We were in the block over the road partial sea view . The food was good most of the time but did seam a bit of a mishmash. Nothing seemed to go together. Breakfast was ok but the beans were never really hot . Constantly running out of cups and cutlery. Great salad bar and dessert bar , good selection of fruit. The Inside bar was only open during evening meal times .could do with being open abit later so you don't have to sit outside for a drink. Pool did have algae on the walls, plenty of deck beds, could always find one. Staff were always polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again
No aircon , nice location but won’t be back there
Nice hotel. Only downfall is aircon is non existent. 35 degrees and the aircon was an old fashioned one where it didn’t cool us at all was very uncomfortable.
Complaint made but nothing they could do.
Breakfast was ok just normal really. I’d say it’s definitely a 3 star no way near a 4.
Lovely location though , beach is a walk.
The other bit to the hotel they wanted £100 a day to lay there so was pretty empty.

Downhill all the way
Location perfect but that’s as far as it goes. Have been before twice and can’t believe how the hotel has gone downhill. Very small mismatched rooms with very little storage space and dresses hang down on floor husband didn’t unpack as nowhere to put anything. Ground floor room that when you opened patio door you were greeted with a concrete wall and behind that wall was a very noisy late night sports bar. Toilets in hotel had hand dryers in both ladies and gents that were broken not even replaced with paper towels. Food was always cold and nothing complimented each other. Asked for an early wake up call which was fine but our room did not have a telephone as they were being repaired which I feel is against safety rules for health reasons ! We had a knock on the door instead ! There is an outside bar attached to the beach club but nowhere you can sit inside and enjoy a drink and on weekends the beech club is very loud and goes on quite late with heavy music. All in all we shall not return
Another lovely holiday
Another visit to this lovely hotel, I think it was our 4th. The location is perfect, right in the middle between Cala Bona and Cala Millor, so you are perfectly placed to enjoy the 2 resorts. The rooms are clean and modern, the maid we had was lovely, spoke to us every day. As in previous reviews, I agree the storage is limited. As I've travelled here before, I'm aware of that and always take some additional hangers. We've always had a locked interlinked room, so I use the top of the door to hang my dresses from, as the wardrobe is only half length. We love this hotel, the staff are very friendly, the views are spectacular as you are right on the sea front. The food is very good too, we stayed half board and there is plenty of choice, we never had any difficulty finding something, or the quality of the food provided. Safe to say, we will be back.
