Very Disapointing
Problem with our booking just before we arrived took almost full holiday to resolve. This would not have occurred under previous ownership, as we had previously stayed here six years in a row. Cleaning of Villa almost non existent compared to previous pre Covid time. Overall, after previous visits we would have been delighted to return. After this visit, we would stay anywhere EXCEPT here

Perfect for families
Best villa we have used in Puerto Del Carmen, will be our choice in future. Villa had beautiful view with private pool. Villa was clean when we arrived and cleaners were in two more days. We couldn’t have asked for more kids were delighted with it as well.
It is a bit off the strip with a 15 min walk to get back to but that was ok for us as our children were teenagers.

Amazing view, very well equipped but in need of minor repair/upgrade
Amazing view, spacious, very well equipped, minor repairs/upgrade needed in bathrooms. Two of the single beds at the back of the villa need to be replaced as they were extremely creaky and the bases were stained. Good sized pool. Missing pool ladder. Pool cleaned daily by friendly worker. 10minutes walk to beach. Supermarket for fresh bread and fruit is within a few minutes walk. Space to park a car. Lock on big gate broken.
Don't stay at the villas don rafael in very poor condition for a 4 star stay more like 0 stars
For 3 people it cost us £1700 to sleep in a mess we booked though booking.com please all you need to do it look at the photos staned beds last visitors food under the bed Toothpaste still under the sink still just disappointed it the stay to have contact with the villa and then no response as they know they shouldn't of rented this out took our money and not owning up to the condition this was left in

Great holiday
Absolutely brilliant villa ,great location, lovely pool we all had a ball .we stayed in villa number 11 and it was smashing ,the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. Fab holiday.
