The complex is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, 500 m from the popular beach, in a peaceful setting. The complex features a restaurant-pool bar with satellite TV, some shops and a reception. In the 1-bedroom apartments with sofa bed can sleep up to 4 people and the 2-bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. Both have a lounge/dining area, fridge, air conditioning and a terrace or balcony. Guests are offered a freshwater swimming pool and a saltwater pool as well as a snack bar. There is a children's swimming area and spacious terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. Sports enthusiasts may play billiards or snooker. A seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the offerings.

Lovely hotel
Lovely quiet hotel. In a good location, easy to walk to everywhere along the strip, rooms cleaned every second day and everywhere spotlessly clean. All staff we met were friendly and accommodating, one thing we did notice is maybe the pool area could do with some music or something during the day. Would return here for sure!

Lovely place
Very nice hotel rooms are modern and clean with good air con and good location , its a small complex and it was quiet in june plenty of sun loungers , rooms cleaned every 2nd day staff are friendly . Pool bar is expensive enough compare to bars on the strip happy hour 5-6 is great though . Could do with some music around the pool area We would return.

Really nice and great location
Really nice apartment complex. Apartments are spacious and have everything you need. Spacious balcony area. Our apartment was cleaned 3 days out of 7 which was plenty for us. There’s two pools which are nice and big, I did see sun loungers being reserved from as early as 7:30 am despite signs stating that towels would be removed - although this never happened. Thankfully we went early June and it didn’t seem too busy so there was always sun loungers free but I imagine this would be an issue as it gets busier into the holiday season.
All the hotel staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Any time we ordered taxis from reception we were never waiting more than 2 minutes for it to arrive. There is a pool bar that has drinks, snacks and hot food, however this is very expensive compared to other establishments and they also have an extremely limited selection of gluten free food. There is a spar shop just down the road and it is much cheaper. The pool could do with some music being played during the day.
The location is excellent, less than a 10 minute walk to the casino and strip full of restaurants and bars, but far enough so you don’t hear all the noise. Excellent apartment over all and I would stay here again.
Excellent, relaxed, chilled holiday
We have just returned from the best 2 weeks at the Montana Suite Hotel. Everything about this place is first class. From the staff, to the apartments, the pool and the close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. The staff word tirelessly all day everyday. The cleaners keep the apartments beautiful and the bar staff are so welcoming and friendly. Only needed help once or twice and reception but the ladies were lovely. Lots of sunbeds, chilled relaxed atmosphere, excellent value for money (the happy hour bell at 5 o'clock is the best part of the day) and we'll definitely be back.
