The complex is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, 500 m from the popular beach, in a peaceful setting. The complex features a restaurant-pool bar with satellite TV, some shops and a reception. In the 1-bedroom apartments with sofa bed can sleep up to 4 people and the 2-bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. Both have a lounge/dining area, fridge, air conditioning and a terrace or balcony. Guests are offered a freshwater swimming pool and a saltwater pool as well as a snack bar. There is a children's swimming area and spacious terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. Sports enthusiasts may play billiards or snooker. A seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the offerings.

Fantastic place
We have been coming to PDC for the last 5 years and can sadly say this is the best self catering accommodation we have found so far! Perfect location, close to the strip but far enough back so not disturbed by the busy area. Spat shop just a couple of minutes walk and The first and Last bar is a must on your way to and from the strip! Rooms are very well equipped with everything you needed, only thing I’d say missing was a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer! Beds were 2 singles together but made it a nice big bed, they were more form than we are used to but we got used to this after a few days, the pillows are also very hard but we found a softer pair available in the wardrobe. The air con and safe worked well and there was plenty of space for us as a family of 3. The room was cleaned regularly and the staff worked hard to keep the pool and bar areas clean and tidy! My son loved the pool table and I thought the “library” was a great addition, I swapped a couple of books during our 2 week stay! Sunbeds were taken VERY early which was frustrating as often towels reserving but no one sat on then till lunchtime, but we usually managed to find a couple that we could use. Happy hour was great value this is on 5-6pm daily, I do think the food and drink is a bit overpriced compared to the strip but often this is the case, however the food that we did have during our stay was very well cooked and plentiful! A must visit place is Rancho Texas both during the day for he zoo and waterpark and also the evening country shows, such good value for money and lots of fun! On our return home we realised we had left my sons much loved “panda” teddy, the hotel were very helpful in tracking it down and passing onto another family to safely return him to the UK for us…. That gives extra stars ***** Overall a fantastic 2 week holiday!! Would we return………. Hell Yes!!

great family holiday
just returned from a 2 week stay hotel is in a great location .rooms lovley cleaner work very hard your room get done every two days the pool area is cleaned and pools done every day . the staff are so polite to you would definitely recommend and when back in lanzarote i will be heading back no sun bed wars as well

Basic family apartments, 1 bed apartment are small,limited storage one wardrobe for 4 people , the sofa bed is actually a sofa and then the bottom bit a seperate bed. We had to make bed up when we arrived annoyingly, if you pushed it together to make a double sofa bed it wouldn’t work as the bottom bit just moves as there is nothing to hold it together. Air con is very poor in rooms and WiFi drops out a lot, only works in sporadic places. Usual problem of sunbed reservation but often ok later in afternoon. Some unruly kids there when we was there that parents/grandparents didn’t watch not the hotels fault, however when the female lifeguard was on she was great and dealt with them unlike the younger male lifeguards who did nothing. Bar was far too expensive and as result wasn’t used by many.

Great Location and Helpful Staff, But Room for Minor Improvements
Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a basement-level room with no balcony and very little natural light, which didn't suit us at all. However, we asked to swap rooms and the staff moved us the very next morning we couldn't thank them enough for being so accommodating.
Overall, the hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal if you're looking for a comfortable base, as it’s just a 5-minute walk to the main strip.
A couple of minor tweaks would easily bump this up to a top rating for us:
Air Conditioning: The AC unit in our room was quite weak and struggled to keep things cool at night.
Bar Prices: Drinks at the hotel bar felt significantly overpriced, which seemed to drive many guests to buy from the local Spar nearby instead.
All in all, it was a solid, enjoyable stay with no major issues. With a few slight adjustments, this place would be fantastic!
Fabulous
Spacious clean apartment with all the basic essentials in the kitchen area. Pool area is clean however, people up at silly o'clock reserving sunbeds. A nice and quiet complex even though theres lots of people - definitely get a good nights sleep. Location is great, a short walk takes you down to the seafront just by the casino area. Spar shop at the end of the road, handy for a few bits. Overall a really lovely complex.
