Good views and quiet hotel
Stayed here for the middle 2 weeks in September. Weather was very hot especially in the first week. All the rooms seem to have a sea view if you are off the ground floor. The reception is on floor 3 and our room was on floor 2 with a good view of the sea. Hotel is 5 floors in total. Rooms have a kettle and a small sink. I'd suggest tsking your own tea or coffee as these are only supplied in small amounts and not refilled. Wardrobe space is adequate although one wardrobe is in the bedroom and the other in the living space. Plenty of hangers. Free safe in the bedroom. TV in the bedroom and living area with all main UK channels. Overall the food is of a good standard with chef stations for steak, pasta and fish in the evening. Breakfast offering is quite extensive and includes Cava if you want it. Although tea/coffee is free at breakfast you have to pay for these in the evening. Sun loungers and umbrellas are good quality and we had no problem getting beds around 8 - 9 in the morning. If you leave your towels unattended for more than an hour they are taken off by pool staff. We put towels out on the way to breakfast and had no issues returning about 30mins later. There is a very good supermarket in the mall opposite and we ate lunch in the room most days. Suggest taking a tea towel and getting plates etc from the buffet restaurant. We took several tours to sights linked to Cesar Manrique - his foundation, cactus garden, jameos del agua, Cueva de los Verdes. All were well worth it and pick ups on time fairly close to the hotel. Staff were helpful especially those in the restaurant.

Fabulous
This is our fifth time here and it is as good as ever. We had an early flight and they allowed us our room at 11.45am. Every staff member is pleasant and always happy to help. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms and hotel is spotless with a fabulous location. We had a late flight home and we were given a hotel room in the evening to shower. We will be back.

The Plus Fariones Suite Hotel was outstanding, a first class service all round, the staff and attention to detail are 5*. The Plus Fariones Suite Hotel is the only place we will be staying for our next holiday.

Enjoyable stay
We have just returned from a week here, we normally stay next door at the Fariones hotel but there was no availability. We were very impressed with this hotel, we stayed as a select guest and very much enjoyed the extras included. We used both select and the main pool area, both immaculate. Delicious breakfast and finally a hotel with decent coffee!
My only tiny criticism was the bathroom, the shower tray is level with the bathroom floor so had a tendency to flood the bathroom a bit, not a major problem.
Great stay and we will be returning
