Lovely hotel for the older generation
This is my 2nd year of staying at this hotel the hotel is a lovely hotel the high rise suite i have no complaints with however I feel the vibe of this hotel is like a care home there is literally no daytime entertainment, this could include a bit of music playing round the pool or aqua arobics or volley ball it does not cater for all ages the evening entertainment is a background vocalist , again could do with a bit of a upbeat vibe and nothing at all for children.
The pool and sunbeds,there are plenty of sunbeds however in the last few days they have introduced a sunbed monitor who marks what time you leave your bed and if your gone more than 30 mins he bags your belongings and puts them in a bag. Where I appreciate they have to have a policy regarding sunbeds reservation and the people who reserve a bed then dissappear all day they are penalising the wrong people , I sit on my sunbed all day apart goung for breakfast and lunch , its like a rat race to shove my breakfast down within half an hour to get back within the half hour not what I call relaxing holiday. I will not be returning.
Not what we expected
Stayed 3 nights in June before going to Radisson blu lanzarote First impression receptionist did not talked much, just give us our key and told us that we had booked the upper lever suite with sea view ,suite big and clean but the view was blocked with a big Grey wall to the left,you could only looked straight ahead to see the seaview. not word the exstra money ,he asked us if we would like to have a glass of bubbles or water. The dinner the first 2 nights was a katastrofe total ignored by staff my husband asked a waiter after 25 minutes for a wine list ,and ordered a bottle they forgot to bring the wine and after again 20 minutes my husband asked for the wine they said o sorry and brought the wine . The second night the same happend waiters running around looking a there telephone and just walked back and ford doining nothing again waited a long time for wine list and wine. The 3 night was totely different i notice a staffmember from the office also working in dinning area every thing went very smooth within 10 minutes winelist a wine bottle and tables were cleaned very fast. The dinning area is very lovely you can sit outide or inside .the pools are small The beach is also beautiful and clean. For us we will not return to the Plus Farione Suite There are much better resorts i think the must do something about maniging there hotel ,because staff is looking very miserable and are not happy. thank you Domenico ,jean

Amazing!
We’ve just returned from a gorgeous, relaxing week at Plus Fariones. This was our third year staying here and it won’t be the last. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are all so kind and friendly (thank you to Grace for your great cooking!). We go half board which is amazing value and we absolutely love the food, there is so much choice and everything is delicious. The drinks at the pool bar are great too! We love that the pool area is quiet and peaceful and the easy access to the beach is great. The hotel introduced a sunbed policy while we were there and we thought it worked really well. We were always able to get a sunbed when we wanted them. There are great shops nearby including a supermarket right next door. We’re always so sad to go home! Thank you for another relaxing holiday!

Lanzorite, plus Fariones suite
An amazing hotel, lovely view sea from our room . Staff were amazing couldn't do enough for us ,entertainment not great at night could do with theme nites like country music nights, spanish nite etc. Food not great choice and done too quick very hard eat times , deserts same most nites. Its near all shops and few bars which was great, would stay again its expensive to stay so could do wit better dinners.

Racist Experience at Plus Faironess - Please Avoid
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. During our visit, the receptionist directed the N-word at my Black husband, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. We reported the incident to Mr. Peña, but no meaningful action was taken to address the situation or rectify what had happened. Given the amount we paid, we expected far better treatment and a safe, respectful environment. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
