A true oasis of tranquility can be found at the spa and wellness centre where guests can enjoy the bio sauna, steam bath and outdoor Finnish sauna free of charge. An extensive range of face and body treatments are also available including scrubs, cream baths and massages. Once you've finished being pampered why not relax in the indoor or outdoor relaxation areas or refresh in the experience shower and plunge pool.
An extremely varied entertainment programme is on offer at the Seaside Los Jameos Playa including golf, live music and acts and a free introductory 'sniff-dive' in the hotel's pool from the certified diving instructor who visits once a week. If you decide to venture further out then the resort of Puerto del Carmen is host to an array of appetizing restaurants, exciting shops and quirky bars. As well as providing a haven for relaxing on the long sandy stretch of beach it also hosts an array of watersports and amenities including a theme park and the biggest zoo in Lanzarote.

Beware of the extraction fans
Be careful of the room they give you ours was a nice room nothing wrong with it but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants which made our outside patio area unusable due to noise and smell from extraction fans running from 10 in the morning until ten at night 15 feet from us.
Great stay! Lovely food
We absolutely loved our stay! We loved the different areas for the swimming pool and that two of them were heated! Although the weather was really warm, it was a very pleasant temperature in the swimming pool specifically when coming of it, you wouldn't get the shock of temp as much. My daughter loved the swimming pool with the slides. Food was really good, fresh pizzas and made to order burgers if you didn't like anything else, but we were spoiled for choices every day in every meal, I am already missing my morning fresh waffles..... Salad bar and vegetarian options were amazing! We are not vegetarians but found ourselves eating from these options every day as they were so tasty, you won't go hungry, you can get cheese and cheese/ham sandwich and waffles on a stick throughout the day too, we loved the waffle on stick by the pool with the big slides! Hotel was really clean all around and staff very friendly! There were a good selection of drinks for the all inclusive, but, just been a bit picky here, sometime they would make really nice cocktails and something they didn't taste anything like before.... I guess it depended who made the drink, but they were still all very nice, you could be waiting maybe 10 minutes for a cocktail in the pool bar at busy times or the bar before the shows but not always, and 10 minutes I think was the longest we had to wait, which was ok for us, we thought the service was brilliant. Activities were lovely, we even did a wine tasting while there, you can see the activities in the website once you check in, so it was handy to plan around it.... The acqua aerobics were very fun and we enjoyed the water spin class! There were really good shows every night too including a mini disco which my daughter loved it! You can grab a drink and relax while enjoying the evening shows. The beach is right in front of the hotel (from the back gate). We would definitely recommend it and we definitely going back.

Love this hotel and booked again.
We absolutely love this hotel and this was our 7th visit and have already booked to return again in September. We absolutely loved our room - perfect in all respects. All the staff give absolutely first class customer service and are friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms and public areas are so well looked after as are the beautiful pool and garden areas. The food is so varied and absolutely delicious and I love the vegetarian option but also love the non vegetarian options as well. Beautiful salads again so varied and fabulous sweets and fruit and ice cream - just so much to choose from. Fabulous service by all the bar staff but particularly by the restaurant staff who looked after us so well during the whole of our stay. My partner enjoyed very much the daytime entertainment and thanks the Animation Team on their efforts to ensure he had an enjoyable holiday. Finally the Public Relations Team are around the hotel all the time asking guests if they are happy with everything which is so good to see and be a part of. So looking forward to our next visit at the end of September when we know we will have another fabulous holiday.

Excellent holiday once again
This was our 8th stay at our favourite hotel and once again we had a truly wonderful time. From the minute you arrive to a warm friendly welcome from reception staff until you leave you will have a great time. Our room was on the 4th floor with the most fantastic view , the room was recently refurbished to a high standard , comfortable and spacious and cleaned each day. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and situated next to the promenade and beach which is accessed via a private gate. There is a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The pool areas are great and we found no issues getting sun beds. The food is amazing and all freshly cooked with everything you could wish for, evening entertainment was very good. The most important thing that keeps us returning is the wonderful staff who make you feel welcome and are always friendly and helpful. We hope to return again next year .
