Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Nice hotel, our room was cleaned every day and the pool wasn’t far either. Food selection was good for breakfast lunch and dinner..
Lovely clean resort pools in excellent condition and safe very friendly will recommend your resort for a holiday destination
Just returned from 4 nights here. All was good until the last day. I wouldn’t say it’s 4*, but we had a comfortable stay for the price we paid. Room was comfortable and clean, but very dated. Nice balcony with view of main pool. Always sunbeds available. Animation team are great, they work so hard as do the bar staff and restaurant staff. Food was okay, fairly varied. A quieter atmosphere but that didn’t bother us too much as we wanted a relaxing week. Great location too.
Here’s where things went downhill and left a poor lasting impression… We checked out of our room at 11am on the last day but our flight didn’t leave until later on in the day so stayed within the hotel for the rest of the day. As I was at the pool, I suddenly realised I’d left my power adapter with all my leads, Apple Watch charger and power bank in the room. Checked my bags which were in the luggage room and not in there. I knew exactly where I’d left them in the room. Thank god I’d noticed.
Went to reception who called housekeeping and invited me to go back up to the room as it had just been cleaned. Met by the housekeeper and went into the room. It had been cleaned but chargers had vanished. The maid who cleaned the room was cleaning a few rooms down and I asked her if she’d seen anything… her reply was no and acted as if she didn’t speak English.
I rechecked all of our bags, not there. I knew I’d left them plugged in in the room. I went back up and spoke to the housekeeper again. She took me back into the room and said she hadn’t seen anything but this time spoke perfect English. I asked her if she cleaned the room and she said yes. I knew exactly where’d I’d left them and that she was lying. She was denying seeing them at all. At this point I could tell something wasn’t right, I had a feeling she’d taken them. I explained okay that’s fine I will speak to manager in reception as I knew I’d left them in the room.
Went to reception and explained the situation. She made a call to housekeeping again and lo and behold “they’ll bring them down in 2 minutes”. As if by magic, they had them and another housekeeper brought them down to me wrapped up in a bag. So she in fact had found them, and only when I really pushed did I get them back!! Otherwise she would’ve taken them…
No apology given, the receptionist on the desk gave me a look of “oh that’s awkward” but said no more. I didn’t fight any further as I was just happy to have them back but I wonder if this is something that happens regularly? They would’ve been stolen if I didn’t push and push for them back. Not great at all so beware of your belongings in the room if you stay here!!!
Lovely hotel. Very clean. Rooms a bit dated. Food was excellent, better than some 5 stars we’ve stayed in. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and centre of resort. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go back again
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I’d say it was an average experience. The rooms were quite basic, nothing fancy, but they were clean enough and the beds were comfortable. The food, on the other hand, was really good and the entertainment was enjoyable, so those were definite highlights of the stay. One of the biggest downsides was the price; it felt a bit overpriced for what we got, especially when it came to the accommodation. The all-inclusive package was good, but the value just didn’t quite match the cost. As for the attached apartments, they were a bit of a letdown. The kitchen area was off-limits and not accessible, which was inconvenient. There were also some cleanliness issues, like encountering cockroaches a few times. Additionally, the walk from the main hotel to the apartments wasn’t well-lit and felt a bit unsafe at night. On the bright side, the staff were absolutely lovely, and the atmosphere was quite relaxing overall. So if you’re looking for good food and friendly service and don’t mind some compromises on the rooms and pricing, it can be a decent choice. Absolutely! So here’s a quick recap of the review: Overall, the hotel experience was pretty average. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and the food and entertainment were definite highlights. On the downside, it felt overpriced for what you got, particularly with the accommodation quality. The apartments attached to the hotel had some issues—like not having access to the kitchen area and encountering cockroaches a few times. Also, the path from the main hotel to the apartments wasn’t well-lit and felt a bit unsafe. But the staff were lovely, and if you’re looking for good food and a relaxing atmosphere, it’s still a decent choice.
