This superb beach apartment complex enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos. The complex is situated a mere 300 metres from the stunning sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre, with its array of shopping and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is a bus stop just 200 metres from the complex. The complex enjoys a quintessential island style with a low-rise building and a charming architectural design. The stunning apartments feature soothing neutral and pastel colours and wooden furnishings, offering a relaxing home away from home. Guests will appreciate the complex's selection of leisure and recreational facilities which provide an enjoyable experience for all the family. Guests can dine in style in the restaurant, where delectable culinary delights are the order of the day. All Family Rooms are located at a separate building from the main hotel building and they offer ceiling fan instead of air conditioning.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Apartments in need of updating, very old fashioned but the food was amazing, lots of choice. The staff were wonderful, from kitchen to entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds
Myself and 2 other women stayed at Relaxia Olivinia, all the staff were lovely & very understanding, willing to help etc & do work very hard. Everyone has different food preferences but if you’re a fussy eater this place definitely would not be for you, the complex is very big with multiple pools & plenty of sun loungers around, you could hire towels for €10 I believe, the pools were not always very clean but I know at times that can be inevitable, the rooms are very dated & are advertised with aircon, our room did not have aircon, we didn’t complain as we are not those type of people there was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from a strip & beach, depending which beach you go to the furthest is about a 30 minute walk, all inclusive alcohol is the non branded version when all inclusive unless you pay for the branded alcohol, no complaints still lovely drinks. The balcony’s were good sizing & so was the room. The entertainment is fabulous, especially for the children.
Very good quality hotel. Large rooms, spotlessly cleaned each day with new towels whenever you want them. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Entertainment team very enthusiastic, good with children and adults alike. They work hard. Encourage people to join in but not too pushy. Food choices were excellent every day. The only minus was lack of a toilet outside near the pool.
Ok, honest review from all inclusive veteran s.
I'm going to score out of 5 for the areas.
Food 5 / 5 Location 5/5 Cleaniness of the hotel 4/5 Cleaniness of the rooms 2/5 Pool areas 3/5 Garden areas 5/5 Entertainment 4/5 Staff 5/5
This hotel is a 3 star plus on Jet 2, 4 star at the hotel. Its a large hotel and very spacious, it does all the basics well. Does it need a make over, yes it does but look past that and enjoy.
We enjoyed our time here and would like to thank the staff of the hotel.
Everyone works hard and are very pleasant.
Just about to go home and we are gutted. The hotel is clean food it does repeat as all hotel food does but you will always find something and there is a good choice and there loads of drinks to choose from included. The staff make this place Victor at reception Billy at the bar and all the entertainment team are amazing I would name them all but would not want to miss one out because they were all brilliant. The hotel is clean and it's in a great location can reach it all by foot if you don't mind the walk you can walk to old town like we did. Or go the other way and see the places fly right over your head. We would definitely come back come back.
