Lovely hotel
It in good spot quiet enough for relaxing or if want busy little walk to front. Very clean staff very efficient drinks great would definitely go back only problem was sunbeds and umbrella! Not enough around pool some ppl were having 2 when they could easily share 1! This was our 2nd visit and there will be a 3rd.

Lovey break
Very quiet hotel, lovely staff, especially Emily and Reuben. There were some lovely touches, food put back for us as we did not arrive to 12pm, fruit bowls bought around everyday to guest around the pool, the best thing though you could book a complimentary shower on the day you were leaving meaning you could spend your day around the pool, they also supplied towels and there was also a hairdryer. Food very good with a good choice, had a lovely time until our final day when a hen party turned up for the day, our lovely relaxing last day around the pool was spoilt as they took over the plunge pool, were so noisy, had loud music playing, drinking and smoking in places where you should not be doing so, and they seemed to be able to do whatever they wanted with no consideration to guest on there holiday, a real shame as enjoyed my holiday very much up to then and was considering coming back, if it was guaranteed that would not happen again I definitely would come back.
Hotel Pocillos Playa, Lanzarote
The hotel is kept very clean and the staff are friendly. The food is also excellent. We upgraded to Premium and the separate area has lovely Balinese sunbeds and a serve yourself bar open from 9.30 am including wines, beer, sangria, a frozen cocktail plus soft and hot drinks but if you want drinking water you have to pay for it which is odd. Also, the snacks delivered to the Premium are few and far between and not at all special. Finally, the evening entertainment is very poor but the local bars only a 10 minute walk away are excellent and the wifi is also very poor. Overall we enjoyed our stay but improvements are necessary as outlined above.

Location was great. Atmosphere was good although around the pool area there was not enough sun beds and people putting towels on them before 9am . Could do with more activities during the day as there was not much going on in the day time. Room was ok cleaned daily. Was not given any details on arrival about anything by receptionist . Restaurant area was great and always lots of choice for food although if you are a dessert person there was not much choice.

It was very good staff are fantastic so are the reception staff rooms cleaned every day food good entertainment good also plenty to do outside if you want nice beach
