Revisit after revisit
This last visit was our18 time in this hotel. We are going again in September and again in December for 5 weeks so we obviously like it. 20 times says something. There is nothing to dislike about this holtel. From all the staff ranging from the housekeeping to chefs and even the maintenance staff are always friendly. The location is a couple of minutes walk from the beach, and left or right on the front leads to shops and restaurants.

Superb holiday.
Our first visit to this hotel. The rooms are very clean and tidy with a lovely sea view. Good selection of food with theme nights every day. Situated in a good and quiet area but 10 minutes walk down to beach and the bars.
Relaxing.
Would be required some more umbrellas. Drinks could be better quality. Room is fabulous , I think the food is good. Everything is very clean. The entertainment lady is great. The hotel is well situated, near the beach and buses. You can walk easily to town.

We love our room because is perfect situated, close to everything. But air conditioning is not working properly. The quality of drinks could be better and on the dinning room they were warm, but apart from this the food it's been nicely presented and good flavour. All the staff are very friendly specially the manager. I think that's one of the best hotels I've been.
Relaxing break
Nice quiet location. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. We did upgrade to the premium all-inclusive so had access to the chill out sunbathing area which was really nice there is no bar down there currently but they were in the process of putting one down there. Aida is fab, very friendly and inclusive to everyone learning everyone's names and getting people playing games. The food is good, I am a fussy eater but found something to eat at every meal. All staff are friendly and helpful. They have love music a few nights a week a quiz and bingo if you want to join in. Its around 5 euro in a taxi to puerto del carman or a 35 min strole. Had a lovely relaxing holiday would recommend.
