Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very friendly staff. A beautiful hotel is absolutely spotless. Very clean and spacious room, you have everything you need; fridge and TV. No problems with anything. Food is excellent, first time I love the food in a hotel. Ida is working all day, she is amazing. Friendly atmosphere, nice to say 'morning ' to everybody.
Staff very nice and entertaining. Lovely cleaning ladies. Good variety of food. The manager is very nice and helpful. Nice location close to the sea.
Me and my partner came here for my graduation holiday, and it was phenomenal! The room was lovely, the only issue was the smell of sewage, which is no fault of the hotel, as its due to the wind on the island forcing smells up through the drainage system. The staff were amazing, with personal thanks and shout outs to: Aida - Entertainment Staff Ivan - Bar/Waiting Pablo - Reception Julio - General Manager Gullherie - Chef Daniel - Chef All staff were very friendly and helpful, however, these 6 were absolutely spectacular at their jobs and looked after us amazingly.
A specific shout out to Julio and Daniel for their help with dietary requirements, and their general willingness to help, it made the entire stay even easier!
Do make sure to ask for a shower mat upon arrival as the shower can be incredibly slippy, which I sadly learned the hard way π€£
The food was amazing all week, with fresh fish, beef and pork on offer daily, along with many varied vegetarian dishes available too. Allergens within food at the buffet are really well labelled, with the staff willing to find a way to accommodate any requirement needed.
Due to the small size of the hotel, you meet some really lovely people, and the entertainment run by Aida really solidifies the friendships you make when here.
Honestly, the best holiday I've been on, with the hotel making it even more special, thanks to everyone behind the scenes who made the celebration for me getting my degree so much more special!
Lovely, friendly little gem of a hotel. Laid back atmosphere around the pool, no sunbed wars. Staff would come round during the mornings with glasses of fruit which is a nice touch. And some days there would be a BBQ. Our room was lovely, like a little flat, we had a separate bedroom, the walk in shower was great although the shower screen isnβt long enough so had to use one of the hand towels to stop the floor getting soaked! Always plenty of choice of fresh hot food in the restaurant, Iβm vegetarian and there was always something for me to eat. Couple of points to negatives to raise. Not enough umbrellas round the pool, and of those that were there, quite a few were broken at the bottom so there were a few flying away in the wind. Found a couple of the bar staffβs attitude quite sloppy. Asking for a beer youβd get handed a glass half full of beer and the rest was foam, glasses of wine were poured and sometimes youβd get no more than a sip! Apparently I wasnβt the only one to raise this issue. Star of the show of course is the adorable Aida! What a breath of fresh air she is, so funny and friendly, not scared to take she absolute mick out of the guests. Just wish the hotel could fix the wind which was so strong this year!
My partner and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The buffet was very good and the location while a long walk from Del Carmen, is only a short taxi ride or bus journey away. I had lots of gluten free options and Julio even offered to have something specific made for me, he was very attentive. Aida the entertainment manager was very enthusiastic and made everyone laugh and got involved with the guests, she was great company. Ivan the waiter was very personable and friendly. The rooms were nice and we got upgraded to a pool room which was nice. All inclusive was very worth it. For a young couple for our first holiday, this was a good choice with everything we needed. Having a shop nearby was very helpful.
