Lovely hotel in a great resort.
The hotel is in a fab location, go to the bottom of the hill turn left to the quieter bars and restaurants, and right if you want some boom boom bars! The hotel has a lovely pool and great bar. We only really used the restaurant for breakfast which was fine. Only wished they had a better system for the cups for the AI. The cups have to be kept with you at all times rather than trading them in for a token or something. Sam the entertainment guy was great!
Hotel very dirty very disappointing love lanzarote but will never stay in this hotel again
Dirty sunbeds, dirty pool. A maintenance man cleans around sunbeds whilst people using them with a dirty black mop terrible smell i watched him change the water and did not use any cleaning products. Stayed one week and bed sheets were not changed once. Staff very friendly, food okay. Furniture and rooms need updated and cleanliness not up to standard. Will not stay there again
The last day lets this decent hotel down
This hotel has a lovely pool and pleasant staff. The rooms are basic, but are large enough. There are plenty of sunloungers for all but there is madness at 7 am each morning to put towels out. There was never a point in the day when we were there that all of the beds were full. Completely unnecessary.
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis but did not try the dinner offering; we did enjoy the breakfast and lunch though. The omelette station was my favourite.
As non-drinkers, I can’t comment on the bar but I can tell you that we were both poorly from the blue slush drinks. The bar area does have an awful smell of drains as the day goes on.
Where the hotel lets itself down is on the last day when there is no room available to get changed for the airport in. There is little opportunity to keep the room later than expected (which is good for the hotel as it’s clearly busy) so the only options, unless you have made some friends around the pool, are to either go home dirty and covered in sun cream or to shower in the outdoor shower next to the toilet area around the pool. This is not good enough in my opinion and for this reason I would not return.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were basic but had everything needed, air con in bedroom. We enjoyed the pool and there were always spare sunbeds. Plenty of variety for food, with daily showers cooking menu. Both chaps doing entertainment were very good.

Basics done well!
Room was basic but functional, you never go hungry as food is good, drinks fantastic and pool lovely! Will be back in 2028
