Rooms not up to standard a few broken things, hair around, not cleaned everyday, showers run hot n cold whilst in use,not ideal.

Good location, relatively small hotel so relaxed atmosphere. Food is good if limited options, out of restaurant options are poor. Staff are friendly and very hard working covering bar and restaurant all day. Entertainment is ok during day but evening options are poor, one bingo game followed by karaoke every night. Whole place needs a refurb, rooms only have air con in bedroom so sleeping on very uncomfortable sofa bed in lounge is not a pleasant experience. Maid service is patchy, swept through everyday but often not enough towels left and had to request new bed linen after 9 days. Communal areas need redoing ASAP, broken tiles and lighting. WIFI is poor unless in reception. Main concern was emergency exit was propped open all times with direct access to street outside so anyone could wander in or out at any time causing security issues. Lots off small issues, easily fixed, but definitely needs some TLC to improve stay.
