The complex is supplied by solar power and the two on-site pools are kept warm throughout the year.

Lovely Hotel
We stayed here for five nights and will definitely be returning. The rooms are a good size and have fridge, hob, microwave and kettle etc. the beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is large . We got clean towels and toilet rolls daily. The food at the pool bar was reasonable in price and delicious. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk to the strip where you will find all the bars and shops. As you walk down to the strip there is a micro pub called the Bucket List which is well worth a visit, drinks are very reasonable and the staff are very welcoming.

Wonderful
We visit Lanzarote every Easter as a family of 3 (2adults and 1 child) and have now been to Parque Tropical for 2 years in a row. The apartments are very clean and spacious. Located very centrally, but similarly quiet too. Lovely staff. We've already booked to come back again! Love this place.

Would highly recommend!
Stayed here end of May start of June 2026 and loved it! Chilled atmosphere, spotless and spacious apartment, with air con and all staff are lovely and couldn't do enough for guests. Food at pool bar really nice and reasonably priced, sandwiches/toasties/ baguettes priced below €7 and come with chips, full breakfast €4.95, happy hour pints €6 for 2 which is more expensive than on the strip. The location is ideal as it's right beside the main street or strip and sunbeds have long waterproof cushions which are really comfortable. Would recommend an upstairs room as ours (18B) had no view (facing wall) and had quite a few beatles, apart from that we would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a fabulous 1 week long stay at Parque Tropical. The apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and have all you’d need induction hob, kettle, large fridge/freezer self service laundry and our favourite has to be the modern aircon and ceiling fans. Rooms are cleaned most days which is a bonus. The pool area was perfect too with comfortable sunbeds with mattresses on top and umbrellas which was absolute luxury. The location is perfect in the heart of PDC. It is a short 2 minute stroll down hill (a very small hill) to the main shopping strip and playa grande beach. There is a hiperdino supermarket located directly across from the main entrance for convenience or a spar supermarket located around the corner which is much cheaper. Also nicos restaurant onsite and the spinnaker anc other pubs on the road too. My only complaint is the pool was advertised to open from 9:30-7:30pm during summer but the lifeguard hurried people off beds around 5;30 each day. The pool bar is expensive but nice. Staff were friendly especially teresa on reaction who was very kind. Overall an excellent stay, I would highly reccomend and will most definitely return in the future.

Good but could have been better
Scruffier than It was last October 😔 which is a disappointment as it’s a nice complex in a top location Staff on desk and maintenance staff very friendly Honestly the only thing that let it down was the cleaners rubbish job at cleaning
