We always stay at Las Costas and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking a beautiful hotel with a chilled vibe in a quiet part of town yet only a short walk to main restaurants bars etc. Also just a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. The hotel itself is always immaculately clean and the staff are always very friendly & helpful. A special mention to Ulrike on reception who always make us feel very welcome and goes above & beyond her job to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. She is a distinct asset to Las Costas. The breakfasts are excellent & a great variety of foods for everyone’s taste. The hotel is located right on the beach, yet very private as it has glass screen all the way around the beachside with a coded entry door. When you exit this door you are immediately onto a beautiful promenade which is an excellent place for runners & walkers alike and you can easily run 10k without leaving the promenade. Overall an excellent well run hotel, spotlessly clean with great staff and a fantastic place to stay. We look forward to returning again as always.

Fabulous Hotel
Another wonderful stay at this hotel! As returning guests, we were once again impressed by the warm welcome, excellent service, and comfortable, spotless rooms. The staff always make us feel so welcome. We look forward to coming back again!

Little bit of a gem
We have just spent 12 days here. The hotel is just lovely, so very clean. The cleaning, grounds staff work tirelessly to keep on top of things. You see painting being touched up each day. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are large and really nice. The big thing about the rooms is there are really good hairdryers! The breakfast range was stunning. Such a wide choice. The staff in reception especially Ulrike and Lana are lovely and very smiley. It is a 10 minute walk into the town which is a flat walk. We will be coming back here. Top tip from is, if you like a bit of solitude, book the Bali beds (number 6).

Excellent
I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and to me , this is excellent all round . The staff smile and talk to you , the rooms and other areas are always spotless . The food selection is excellent (although could be a tad warmer).The pool and surrounding area are great , not too busy always sunbeds available . If you a relaxing break this is the place for you . I read 4 books over 10 days .

Fantastic stay
Fantastic hotel. Has a wonderful holiday here. Very comfortable, great food and very welcoming reception staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking on coming to Puerto Del Carmen.
