Staying here now and when checking in I have to say the welcome was lovely the lady was really nice, friendly and a wonderful smile throughout I actually commented on how pleasant the check in was. We got to our room again great a side sea view and side mountain view beautiful and a nice sunny balcony from morning until 4 in afternoon then the welcome shade just perfect 😊 pool area 10/10 fab plenty of huge parasols for shade, cleaning of rooms 10/10 entertainment we haven't been as have had to go out to eat so can't comment on it. Now onto the let down for us we are half board staying for 2 weeks and haven't been able to eat the food so have had to resort to eating all our meals out I went to reception after 5 days here to ask politely ( before leaving to go out for another meal) is it possible in anyway to even switch the meals we have paid for to enable us to have a lunch from the pool bar ie a toastie and chips or a burger and chips each at the pool bar so at least myself and my son can eat something on return i asked the receptionist had she asked the management as I asked her to if possible and said no she spoke with them and they said not possible which made me instantly think if a toastie & chips or burger & chips is so much to ask for and out of reach then that says something like I say I'm am giving a fair true and honest review the good and the bad and like I said the food offerings are not for a lot of people I hear talk in the pool and around it etc so definitely not just us we are still having a great time whilst here just costing much more than we had factored in for.
First visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, room cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. Food choices were very good and varied for all the meals. Pool area is very clean we never had a problem getting sunbeds at any time of the day even when hotel was full. Hotel is located right across from the beach and a ten minute walk had you down to the start of Puerto Del Carmen
Just got back from spending 11 nights all inclusive at Lanzarote village. What a lovely hotel absolutely spotless rooms, restaurant, pool and communal areas cleaned every day to a high standard. We had a sea view room which was lovely cleaned daily fresh towels and water left in the room which was a nice touch. I’m not sure where people are coming from complaining about the food yes ok it does get a bit repetitive but that’s to be expected. We honestly couldn’t fault the food and enjoyed every meal! We will definitely return and have recommended it to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday we will be back 😊😊😊
Just back from a fantastic holiday I had with my 13 year old granddaughter. The hotel was even better than we expected. We had a ground floor room which was really lovely. Our balcony was a good size also and was facing the pool. We were also right beside the restaurant and the bar. The food was great. Always hot and a great selection. My granddaughter even enjoyed it and she is a fussy eater. We were all inclusive and the drinks were great also and plenty of choice. There is also a snack bar and the food was also very good. The only let down was the entertainment. It was very poor. All the staff were very friendly. Especially the bar man who always joked about putting whiskey in my granddaughters drink. It is a bit of a walk to the shops but that was not a problem. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and great hotel and we would definitely go back.
No nonsense review.. Good bits-medium sized hotel, nicely set out with good sized rooms which are clean. In fact the whole complex is clean and very pleasant The hotel is Literally next to the beach ( separated by a road) and fairly close to a couple of shops bars and restaurants. Staff work hard and are pleasant,Amazingly there was no sunbed wars and there where beds free pretty much all day ( not sure if that changes in late july ,August) ....it really isn't a massive pool and once a few kiddies get in with balls and inflatables there isn't much room but that didn't bother me. Food was nice , not a massive selection but what was there was good and we found something each meal .It was my hubby's birthday while away and we come in to a bottle of wine and a card which was a lovely touch. Bad bits- if your after nighttime entertained maybe this isn't your hotel, not only was the entertainment in Spanish ( apart from one night) it really wasn't the best and only on for about 45 mins ,singer, magic show , guitarist...I think there was a kiddies hour early on but couldn't 100% say ...I personally would go back as I only went to totally chill out and that's what I got but if your after day and nighttime entertained maybe think again
