Lanis Suite Hotel

Once again we had a fantastic holiday. From the private chauffeur pick up and drop off to and from the airport, the champagne greeting at reception and a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in your room, it’s a great way to start. The staff once again are top notch, Jonathan, Miriam and George make sure your every need is attended to and this is backed up by all the rest of the staff. It is so relaxing, no rushing to go to breakfast or get a sun-bed around the pool. Just take your time and do it at your own pace. We have been going to Lani’s Suites for a number of years and most people are returning clients. You really could not ask for much more and you get the standard of hospitality what you pay for. Now to go home and look at dates for next year.

We have just returned from ten nights at Lani’s Suites De Luxe. What can we say to start with other than WOW. This was the best holiday that we have ever had. Everything about this hotel is exceptional from the moment you step into reception to the minute you leave. All the staff give 100% to the guests every single day. The suites are beautiful being decorated in sparkling white and soft greys with accents of colour here and there to make for a relaxing, tranquil and fully air conditioned environment. It is also spotlessly clean with not even a speck of dust evident with the outdoor balcony free of debris and the chairs out there well maintained also despite being constantly exposed to the elements. The views from the suites has to be highlighted as all the photos online do not do the reality justice; as the beach / sea are a lot closer than the pictures show and every balcony has a fantastic view where you can still hear the waves from with a glass of the daily complimentary Cava in hand. The restaurant is located overlooking the beach and you can enjoy the excellent breakfast overlooking the Atlantic, which is a perfect start to the day. Menu is varied with something for everyone and the evening menu and quality of the food is the best in Puerto del Carmen, if not the entire island. The grounds are maintained to high standards with the exotic cactus, trees and plants making any walk around the hotel a delightfully tropical experience. We cannot emphasise enough that aside from the beautiful accommodation, it is the team working here that are responsible for elevating this place above the competition. They are courteous, friendly, welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them; from the managers to the cleaning team, every single person was a pleasure to meet and deal with. We would like to thank everyone there for the most unforgettable holiday. You make dreams come true and we will definitely be back regularly. Book with absolute confidence.
