Set overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel features outdoor pools and a poolside bar. The air-conditioned suites are a 15-minute walk from Playa Chica Beach. There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. There is a buffet restaurant and a restaurant serving à la carte meals. The hotel is environmentally-friendly, using the latest technologies and renewable energies to reduce CO2 emissions. Each suite comes with a private, furnished terrace and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. They include a Nespresso coffee machine and a minibar. Bathrooms come with a rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. You will find shops, bars and restaurants in the harbour area, 10 minutes' walk away. There is also a supermarket 50 metres from the property. Timanfaya National Park can be reached in a 20-minute drive. Arrecife is 15 minutes drive from La Isla y el Mar Hotel Boutique. Lanzarote Airport is 10 minutes away by car.

What an incredible experience at Kentia, made even better by the amazing David! From the moment we arrived, David was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His cocktail-making skills are truly exceptional, and he creates some of the most delicious cocktails we’ve ever tasted! Every drink was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and made with real passion and attention to detail. David’s warm personality, professionalism, and enthusiasm made our evening extra special. He genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience. Home from home!
My 5th visit what more can I say! If you need to recharge your batteries this is the place to be. We had a lovely visit in October as usual everything was perfect.

Impeccable service. Lovely hotel with a few maintenance issues.
We loved our stay. The service was wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious and never chaotic. Sun beds were always available although there were a few sneaky towels every morning with no occupants. Hotels must really clamp down this rather tasteless habit. The reason only four stars? The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Loose door knobs, tears in blinds, dodgy wardrobe doors. There’s a long list. Small things but they add up. We had a lovely time and a perfect place to enjoy the island.

Stayed here the end of Sep with my boyfriend. Absolutely beautiful hotel! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Arrival was lovely with a complimentary glass of cava! Breakfast each morning was fantastic, great range of food. The pool was also gorgeous. Spotlessy clean, room cleaned everyday and grounds were fabulous. Good location with bustop conveniently located right across from hotel. Highly recommend, we will be back😊
Lovely Hotel, Great Service but not niggle free.
We really enjoyed our stay. We celebrated my wife's birthday and we loved it. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Hotel breakfast can be a chaotic nightmare but not here. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the building is showing wear and tear. Holes in window blinds, door handles falling off, shower with only one temperature, faulty wardrobe doors. The list is endless, only small things but they add up. The pool area is lovely but there are still guests who put out their towels on the beds and then leave. This is such tasteless and deplorable behaviour and the hotel should crack down on it more. Apparently there is a 30 minute rule but this was not really enforced. The six nights will stay long in the memory, in a good way, but I think the refurbishment budget could do with a boost.
