Set overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel features outdoor pools and a poolside bar. The air-conditioned suites are a 15-minute walk from Playa Chica Beach. There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. There is a buffet restaurant and a restaurant serving à la carte meals. The hotel is environmentally-friendly, using the latest technologies and renewable energies to reduce CO2 emissions. Each suite comes with a private, furnished terrace and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. They include a Nespresso coffee machine and a minibar. Bathrooms come with a rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. You will find shops, bars and restaurants in the harbour area, 10 minutes' walk away. There is also a supermarket 50 metres from the property. Timanfaya National Park can be reached in a 20-minute drive. Arrecife is 15 minutes drive from La Isla y el Mar Hotel Boutique. Lanzarote Airport is 10 minutes away by car.

Lovely stay
Our room was a great size and very comfortable, with a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The room was also impressively quiet at night, with no noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it easy to relax and enjoy a restful stay.
A special thank you to Daniela, Mario, Maria, Daniel and Ana for their warm welcome and excellent service. They were all friendly, helpful and professional, and truly made us feel well looked after. Overall, we had a great experience here

Our second stay ❤️
We had the best stay at La Isla Y El Mar, I was there celebrating my 30th birthday with my mum. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and it was so lovely to be back. Seeing so many familiar faces, as most of the staff were still there from our previous visit which is such a good sign in my eyes!
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is so clean, beautifully maintained and incredibly well kept. You can tell how much care and attention goes into every detail, and the whole place has such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff again truly made our stay extra special. From the moment we arrived, the lovely Mateo and Renso gave us the warmest welcome while checking us in. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and that we were settled in and looked after from the very beginning right up until we left.
Of course a mention also has to go to the lovely Leo at the pool bar, who was fantastic, as well as every single member of staff we met throughout our stay. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to help. The service really is second to none.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special birthday, and it was even more meaningful being able to share it with my mum. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked to return next year… which I think says everything!
Thank you to the entire team at La Isla Y El Mar for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
Excellent hotel
Quick transfers from airport. If you want relaxing chill out holiday this one is up there. The staff are brilliant. Rooms cleaned daily and have private terraces .Breakfast fantastic. Close to the beach

Top class hotel 10/10
Best hotel we have stayed at. Located within walking distance from the busy strip of bars,shops and restaurants but far enough away to be sure of peace and quiet. Atmosphere in hotel is very relaxing, ideal place to wind down. Rooms were extremely spacious with air conditioning and wide selection of UK TV stations. Well worth the money. Extremely clean and spotless. Service was top notch at every level. Swimming.pool although small was never full. More of a place to get a quick cool down and back to the sun loungers. Well done Danielle and staff. Kentia Gourmet bar also worth a visit to wind down at the end of the day

Four sisters on a holiday
Very relaxing, peaceful, great location, reception staff excellent especially Daniella guest relations who went above and beyond her duties to help us.Also Leo in the pool bar was so welcoming and attentive at all times and made us feel very special. would highly recommend it 👏👏👏👏
