The apartment complex is located in a peaceful area of Playa de los Pocillos. The sand/shingle beach, public transport links and the tourist centre with restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and shops lie around 200 m away, whilst the centre is 1 km away and the airport lies 10 km from the hotel.
The complex comprises 23 villas and offers a refuge of peace and quiet. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Additional facilities at the neighbouring Hyde Park Lane bungalow complex may also be used including a bar, a café, a small supermarket, an air-conditioned restaurant with a smoking area and highchairs for children, a dining room, a conference room and Internet access. A bicycle hire service and a car park are additionally to be found here.
Each villa has its own garden with a heated swimming pool and sun terrace with hammocks, sun loungers and parasols. The villas include 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer, one of which includes a bath with Jacuzzi function and washing machine. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a double bed and a seating area.
Guests may also make use of all the facilities at the neighbouring Hyde Park Lane hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out additionally available for use on the beach (for an additional fee). A karting track can be reached in about 500 m, the marina is about 1 km away, whilst a golf course lies 25 km away.

Great stay
Great hotel a few minutes walk from the main strip, big balcony, clean rooms, fresh towels and serviced almost every day, big bathroom with hair dryers, air conditioning, great pool areas to choose from, the staff is very helpful, bar area is clean and the food is good and fast service, laundry service available and on site shop, great kids splash/park area, you feel very safe here as it’s gated you need a card to access in, could not fault will be back.
Great hotel
The hotel and grounds are very well kept. Our bungalow was clean and quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. We were half board and the food was very good. The pool was a decent enough size and there were enough sun loungers in low season. We like the hot tub which is a bit hidden away in a corner of the pool area. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes. We went on an excursion to Teguise market and the cesar manrique foundation, and spent another day at Rancho Texas, which was great. We enjoyed our stay, but wouldn't return, as we prefer to be in the main Puerto del Carmen area, where it's more lively with nicer beaches. I particularly like the harbour end with it's beautiful cove beaches.

2 bed villa with private pool
We wanted a peaceful area to rest, relax & get a good nights sleep for 12 days so delighted we choose Hyde Park Lane villas we got all that & more. We had our own private pool so no stress for sunbeds, every second day the cleaners came and also the pool was cleaned twice. Pool towels provided & towel robes also. Location was a 15 walk from Villa 21 to the start of the main strip or a 3 minute taxi ride costing just €4 max. Such a quiet area but yet not too far from the main strip. As a family of 4 we all throughly enjoyed our 12 day stay & we all agreed that we will be back in the near future. Well worth paying the extra for a private pool. Another brilliant stay at Hyde Park Lane
This is my fourth time visiting Hyde Park Lane, and it was as wonderful as ever. The apartments are clean and well presented, the resort is well placed with restaurants and the beach a 10-15min walk, and the harbour a short taxi ride away. There is a gym and shop on site, a brilliant pool bar which also serves food options during the day (the Caesar salad is the best I have ever had!), a small children’s play area and splash pad, and pool tables. There is such a wide variety of activities and entertainment day and night; kids’ club, Pilates, yoga, archery, darts, French bowls during the day, live music, music quiz and the brilliant bingo bongo in the evening. What really makes Hyde Park Lane a success though is the staff, they are all so warm and welcoming, but a special mention to Gerry and David who are the absolute life and soul of the resort. Gerry’s energy seems endless and his and David’s daily Zumba was definitely a highlight! They are both so enthusiastic and make you feel like a valued visitor to the resort - I think it would feel much less special without them!
Great stay
We have just returned from a lovely week at Hyde Park Lane and loved every minute. I booked with my 3 friends. The apartments are great, very clean and have all you need for self catering. The amenities are brilliant with a few pools, lovely bar offering entertainment in the evening and also jacuzzi and spa. We used the pool and jacuzzi and bar area which was great. The complex is out of the way to the main strip but is within walking distance to all the main bars and restaurant. We ate out most nights but decided to eat in the complex on the final evening and were not disappointed. The food is buffet style but the selection of food was great quality. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I will definitely be back.
