Good apartment hotel decent sized rooms
Hotel is actually quite good. Large apartments and decent aircon. Located near a few bars and restaurants but also far e ough away, and usual tat shops. 30- 45 minute walk into Puerto del Carmen . Plenty of sun loungers but maybe a bit short on shade. Usual up early mob to reserve the best ones and then not turn up until 12 noon or later. Entertainment ok if you want to see it. Bar staff very good and happy to chat when quieter times. Food is about standard all inclusive stuff. But always much of the same. Now the bad side. Cockroaches were prevalent in our room. After 2 nights I had killed 9 of them and it is a bit annoying to watch them climb up the wardrobe or to stand on them in the dark. Room was sprayed 2 times during our 19 day stay and it did kill them off a bit but they were still about. Fair plat to the reception desk team as they offered a change of rooms on the 2 occasions I mentioned it to them. Other than that everything was ok but if coming here I would ask for the upper apartments in F or G blocks as they get late sunshine and probably less cockroaches. Only other thing was the 45 minute wait till the coach was ready to take us to the hotel, I would get a taxi at 14 euros and be there in less than 15 minutes.

Back for 6th visit to Floresta.
Not long back from 6th stay in Floresta. Love the location with it's sandy beach and conveniently placed shops and transport around the island. As usual, we were full board and found choice available as good as ever. Many thanks to all the staff including management, dining room, bar and domestic staff. You made our holiday! !
Very noisy and rowdy, not family friendly
The hotel itself is generally nice, the food is adequate, the room is clean and the maids and staff are very friendly. But boy is it noisy, there is a cocktail bar onsite and this closes at midnight, people sit outside until one thirty in the morning laughing and shouting, several complaints were made but the hotel did nothing about the noise, it would have been very simple to go along and close the area and move people away, but they did not. Do Not expect a quiet holiday, this is supposed to be a family hotel, but it was more like an inner city pub. Avoid this place if you want a family Freindly holiday rather than feeling like you are in a night club.
Nice hotel but really bad food.
The good… Hotel itself is lovely. Modern and super clean. Pool areas are great and get cleaned every evening. Plenty of sun lounges although could be a few more parasols if I’m being picky. Staff are all very friendly, apart from one lady who works on reception with very short hair and glasses. She’s very rude and unapproachable. All other staff are lovely. Bar tenders in pool bar area are particularly lovely and great with the kids.
The bad… THE FOOD!! There is an extremely limited amount to choose from and what meat there is is normally dry as a bone and only ever lukewarm. Meats were always fish, chicken or pork, most of it inedible. There were no kids meal options available either some nights not even fries were available. No pizza either which I think is terrible being as though it’s a family hotel. What was on offer was very unappealing and just not nice if we did try it. There is only one small serving area available for hot aka warm food and one area with a very small selection of sweet treats and salad etc. After paying just under £5000 for this all inclusive 2 week holiday we had to then spend around €100-150 per night eating out and some mornings for breakfast too as that was no better. Very disappointing. The only saving grace for us was the pool bar. They serve hotdogs, burgers (not very nice) nuggets again not great but at least my eldest would eat those. Toasties and fries. You can also help yourself to ice cream, fresh water and hot drinks from two machines. Without that we would have spent even more money on lunches or food from the supermarket to get us through the day.
Alcoholic drinks aren’t great. Spirits are not real and cheap alternatives. Cocktails that are included in all inclusive are pre made, left out in a plastic jug and really nasty. I had an upset tummy the first evening after having a pina colada.
All in all this should in my opinion not be an all inclusive hotel. If they stopped the food and just worked on a self catering basis it would be a much better hotel and better value for money as I really do not think it’s fair charging people money for that kind of food.
If your looking to come here on a self catering basis I would recommend it as the hotel itself is great and location is perfect but if your looking at an all inclusive option do not waste your money is my advice.

11th visit and worth it
11th vist to this fabulous hotel, literally a home away from home! Absolutely fantastic! Amazing, wonderful staff from everyone on reception ,the bar,restaurant&the cleaners are all just fabulous!extremely clean, food is wonderful,beautiful grounds,can't wait for our nxt family holiday in the summer ☀️
