Just got back from 10 days at Floresta, it’s our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be returning next year.
Hotel staff are very helpful and provide a 24 hour service. When you check in in the middle of the night they have a meal ready for you, will call you a taxi, give you information on bus services and generally help you with whatever you need.
Housekeeping staff clean rooms every day to a high standard and are very polite.
Best of all the hotel actually has more than enough sun loungers for the amount of guests staying.
We never reserve them as we do go out in the mornings and return afternoon and there was plenty of loungers.
Evening entertainment was a big hit with my son.
Great location and great holiday
This is our fourth time staying at Hotel Floresta, and it never disappoints. The place is spotless, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and the whole complex has a relaxed, welcoming feel that makes every stay easy and enjoyable.
The rooms are kept very clean and are surprisingly spacious. We stayed in a one‑bedroom apartment, which also has a good‑sized pull‑out bed if needed. There’s a Spar just outside the hotel for bits and pieces if you’re not going all‑inclusive — we’ve never gone all‑inclusive here because there are so many great restaurants along the beachfront to choose from.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of space around it, and we had no issues getting beds at any time. There’s something for everyone: safe available, mini‑golf, tennis, and daily activities like water polo, darts, pool games and bowls. What we really appreciate is that there’s no loud pool music or constant announcements — Floresta just gets on with things and lets everyone enjoy their holiday their own way.
The apartments are two‑storey, so access is easy. It’s only about 15 minutes from the airport by private transfer, and there’s a taxi rank right outside if you fancy heading into Puerto del Carmen. Marcos Bar just outside and plenty of restaurants are just a short 5‑minute walk away.
And of course — don’t forget to feed the parrots!
Hotel Floresta continues to be one of our favourite places to stay in Lanzarote. Already looking forward to the next visit.
First time visit g Lanzarote with my Little boy. The location of the hotel was perfect a 2 minute walk tk the spa (very reasonably priced) 5 minute walk to a lovely beach with a little park and sunbeds, and less than a 5 mins tie walk to the strip. Lovely souvenir shops and restraunts. The atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and welcoming, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Jenny in the restraint was amazing very helpful and attentive. The rooms was spotless. We had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment over looking the quiet pool and a really good view of the main pool. Room D104. The room was less than a minute walk to the quiet pool and not even a 2 minute walk to the main pool, a 1 minute walk to the pool side snack bar and a 2 minute walk to the restaurant. The rooms was cleaned on a daily basis, including bedding change and fresh towels. Moped all way through and the patio swept and mopped. The apartments always smelt lovely and fresh. I’d hired the safe the 20 euros but you get 10 euros back on return of the key. The air conditioning was great. If I had to pick at something I’d say the WiFi could be better in the bedrooms as couldn’t get service one in the bedroom. The restraint was very clean and the food very tasty. Snack bar during day was great, all food cooked to order. If all inclusive it included hotdogs, burgers, ham and cheese toasties and fries. Staff was very clean and very helpful. Can’t fault this hotel at all and will definitely be back with the rest of our family. This hotel is rated a 3 star but in my opinion could definitely be a 4 star
On our last day here, and we have had a lovely time. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the apartments are big, beds comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds. Food is good, yes it's not boiling hot, but it's a 3* all inclusive, it is absolutely fine. Pool bar lunches were nice too. Location is wonderful. Opposite the beach, near local bars and restaurants and a Spar directly opposite the hotel entrance. I would have given 4.5 if I could. The only reason Im taking a half point off is because the wine is not nice 😂, but like I said there is a spar across the road. All in all, fab time was had. Thank you 😊
This was our 3rd holiday at the floresta and it wont be the last. Have recently returned with major holiday blues. We arrived late and was very grateful that food is laid out for late arrivals. Especially the warm welcome from Martin and Ingrid. At first there seemed to be alot checking in but it soon went. Was very grateful for Ingrid over seeing our daughters gluten free meal on arrival ( had pre sent an email ). We keep going back, how they are with ordering and separately preparing the gluten free meals, it is of a great reassurance. Special thanks to David and Jose in the restaurant and your smiles are very well received. We had a 2 bed apartment which had plenty of storage and was spacious. The fans and air con was super. Beds extremely comfy. The food is super , plenty of variety. Drinks range is good - we went all inclusive. Its nice to try other countries and hotels, but so hard not to keep returning as its perfect here. The staff must see thousands of faces each year, but when they remember you its so nice. Edwardo , your a star and we thank you for help during our stay. Couldn't believe so many sun beds even in the main peak season too. We enjoyed the variety of evening entertainment acts. The only negative on this place is departure day as you dont want to leave !!!. Thanks to you all for giving us memories to stay and to get us through those long, dark winter days and nights. You are treated like an individual here, not just another number. Hope to see you soon.
