Just back from this amazing hotel.from the check in to our entire stay this place is top class.reception staff very friendly and professional . after getting our key we proceeded to our room omg the rooms are really big bedroom so spacious bathrooms beautiful..there's all you want in the kitchen microwave fridge toaster coffee machine.the living room is so big comfortable sofa lots of English channels on TV.we got a poolside room which was so nice to sit on the balcony and observe all of the fun our grandson was having in the beautiful heated pool.kiddies pool is great to the apartment are spotless the cleaning staff are really attentive and so friendly.the bar staff are really friendly drinks are good value to evening entertainment is good and kids mini disco is really good great kids club.we went BB and I'm glad we did the food is excellent lots of different options staff so friendly.the beach is only 2 mins away but only went once because I loved this place so much.it was our first time staying here but it certainly won't be our last can't wait to return it's rated 3 star but it's more 4 star.thanks to all the beautiful and friendly staff at floresta hotel can't wait to return.

Amazing place!!
Well done Floresta Hotel. We had an amazing stay. If you are reading this, debating whether to book, stop debating and book. You will not be disappointed! Right from check in we were made to feel at home, and we're given all important information. Our room ( more like a chalet to be honest) was spotless. Very comfortable clean beds, even the sofa bed was comfortable for my 8 yr old. The cat is gardens are beautiful. We had a slight view of a car park but lift your head up slightly and you had a perfect view of the volcano mountains. A large patio with sun loungers and table and chairs. A small kitchen area, with kettle pans toaster etc, we only really used the kettle as we were all inclusive. But would have been fine even if we were self catering. I was initially worried about the food due to a few comments I read, and knowing my autistic 8 yr old is a fussy eater. I did not need to worry. The food and choices were absolutely amazing. There was always something he liked. The service was brilliant! We never felt rushed but never had dirty/used plates on our table for more than a minute. I can't say enough good for the kitchen and waiting staff. There is also a spar shop just outside opposite the reception entrance. We didn't really use the entertainment due to my 8 yr old not liking loud noise, but others I met said it was good. The all inclusive drinks were very nice. We didn't use the WiFi as we had a phone set up to use as WiFi. But others said it was fair. The cleaners we so sweet, they work so hard and do a perfect job. They are so polite, and friendly. although they have to take cleaning trolleys with them, they always parked them where they would not cause a problem. I'm so impressed, I have booked to go back in May, and also considering a break in January as well 😛 The only negative we encountered was one of the male receptionists. He was quite rude, short and sharp. If we needed anything in the end we just waited until we someone else was there. All the other staff were lovely, and we really felt welcome and at home. The pools are lovely, very clean and well situated. So many sun loungers too, we did have a giggle at people putting towels out 2 hrs before pool time 🤣, you really don't need to there is plenty of space and plenty of loungers. Also just to say the hotel does not agree with people doing this, and try very hard to discouraged and prevent this. It's a 2 min walk from hotel to an amazing beach. Not too busy either. Oh I also need to mention the little green parrots 🦜 who came to visit often 😍

Great place
Absolutely lovely week here at the Floresta. I booked a garden view room and the view wasn’t the best as we were completely the wrong part of the hotel for us and we were overlooking some bins..BUT the apartment was perfect and just walk at we needed.. I know to book a pool view next time. The actual location of the hotel was amazing as right at the start of a great strip and right opposite the beach. The main pool was fab and heated so perfect to get in to. Didn’t try the little pool but always had lots of people there. The pool bar was good with Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta orange, Fanta lemon and sprite for soft drinks along with the beers and spirits. They also do food and tea and coffee and ice creams…. Something for everyone. We payed for all inclusive which if we come back won’t do that again… Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. BUT lunch and dinner were a bit disappointing… salad areas were amazing and full of variety but when it came to the main parts it wasn’t great…pork or fish were the main choices but some of it was undercooked and not very inviting… Lasange though was lovely but that was only available one night… it was very samey everyday. I would come back here and do bed and breakfast next time. Overall a great hotel with friendly staff. Will be a pleasure to come back just not all Inclusive Thank you Floresta for a lovely week

Eduardo the best receptionist
I had to book Hotel Floresta last minute for two nights after unfortunately missing my flight on the 24th due to a family member becoming unwell. What started as an emergency booking has turned into a hotel I would genuinely choose to come back to.
From the moment we arrived, the staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I especially want to mention Eduardo on reception, who was absolutely amazing. My mother needed a wheelchair, and Eduardo provided one without hesitation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after during what was a very stressful situation.
Eduardo was extremely helpful, spoke very good English and showed genuine kindness and understanding. His attitude really made a difficult situation much easier for us.
I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for how welcoming they have been. I booked this hotel purely because of an emergency, but because of the wonderful experience and the friendliness of the staff, I will now be coming back to Hotel Floresta by choice.

Currently staying at this hotel and it has exceeded my expectations. For a 3 star I wasnt expecting high standards but actually I would definitely put this on par with the 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Check in was efficient and quick. We requested a room near the pool and on ground level and got exactly that! Our 1 bed apartment is massive, very clean has all we need including hair dryer and body wash/ shampoo. We are all inclusive and the food is very good, breakfast is standard English fry up, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, toast, doughnuts, pastries, cakes I might be missing something. The snack bar is you order so chicken nuggets, burger, hot dogs, toastie and chips. If you want pizza you pay a few euros. Ice creams are scoop ones on all inclusive but there is a choice for ones you can pay for. Drinks are standard for an all inclusive. Lunch very good with plenty of choice and the same with Dinner. The food is very good for a 3 star and one eve there was pork with seperate crackling which was amazing!! The main pool is salt water just an FYI and starts off quite chilly but our son didn’t mind this at all! Location is amazing as it’s a stones throw from a lovely sandy beach and an array of shops and restaurants! The staff here are extremely polite, friendly, helpful and lovely all round! Would I stay here again absolutely and I recommend it to anyone! Hope to come back in the future and Thank you for such a lovely stay and experience.
