Super stay, as ever
The Fariones is a terrifically well run hotel, with comfortable rooms and brilliant staff in a beautiful location. It is perfect for a solo break, or with friends or family. The location by the sea - and sleeping to the sound of the sea - is so relaxing and lovely. Very highly recommended - and loads of guests are regular returners, which tells you something!

Without doubt Los Fariones is 5⭐️, not just the Location, or the Facilities but for its Service and Staff .A special Thank You to Yaiza, Arnold and Serena in Reception, who were all very Professional and kind. To Daniel and the ever smiling and helpful Adrian in Restaurant and Bar, your courteous Friendly approach is appreciated. Very reassuring to see the Jacuzzi being Maintained regularly. Quality of food is also excellent, Housekeeping Staff very efficient and Friendly. Overall a lovely stay so far……..

Just perfect
Had a week of complete relaxation. This is our second visit and will not be the last. The staff are very attentive and the hotel is very spacious, luxurious and peaceful.
A wonderful week in the beautiful Hotel Fariones Aug/Sep 2026
We stayed 30 Aug to 6 September. We booked this hotel to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived through the entrance door, and shown to a lovely big couch by Asmara one of the receptionists, who checked us in, during which we were offered a refreshing drink, I had a melon cocktail and hubby a glass of Cava. Very welcome after a day of travel. Everything about the hotel was explained clearly to us, our luggage taken care off, and soon we were in our room which was exactly as described.
As it was our anniversary we received and lovely floral arrangement, a bottle of Cava chilled in a bucket of ice, and a selection of delicious cheese from the hotels own Finca de Uga.
We loved the room which had a wardrobe with lots of storage and three very large drawers. The other bedside and desks had an open fronted space to put things, before going we noticed this and thought we would have preferred drawers, but the open fronted drawers worked quite well.
There were USB outlets on each side of the bed. A large flat screen TV on the wall in front of the bed, which did have some UK channels, but we only ever watched YouTube on it.
We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and sea, which had two lovely padded wicker type chairs. The beds were super comfortable too.
We spent our nights in the hotel having drinks in La Barra where the entertainment took place, all very laid back entertainment and most enjoyable. The grounds and gardens in the hotel are beautifully set, and cared for.
The breakfast buffet had everything and more and was the best of all the 5* hotels we have ever stayed in. There was a terrace outside where you could eat overlooking the beautiful grounds, and we liked that it opens early at 07:30 hrs, as we are early people.
The weather was in the low 30’s all week, we did experience the Calima a couple of days, but it made no difference to the temperature.
To sum up Hotel Fariones lived up to all my expectations and made special memories for our Wedding Anniversary - Thank you

Wonderful stay
Cannot fault this hotel. Well worth a visit . Great staff, wonderful food and amazing stay. Fantastic location, super clean. Nothing to much trouble, look forward to our return
