Exceptional Stay for a Special Occasion – Highly Recommend! We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate a major wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all expectations. Location & Amenities The hotel boasts a fantastic, central location that makes exploring the area incredibly easy. The property itself is beautiful, featuring spacious rooms, beautifully maintained gardens, and deeply relaxing pool areas. Outstanding Service & Staff What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Management went above and beyond by acknowledging our anniversary with beautiful flowers and chocolate dates in the room, and they seamlessly accommodated our request for adjacent rooms. They even granted a late checkout on one of our rooms, allowing us to fully maximize our final day. While everyone was wonderful, a few standout team members deserve a special mention: • Reception & Guest Relations: Javier (who gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in), Manuel, Oliver, Barbara, and Ulrike from Guest Relations. • Food & Beverage: Miguel from the Barra terrace, Lucia, and the fantastic evening bar staff who made nightcap drinks so enjoyable. • Pool Attendants: David and Illiya are hands-down the best pool attendants we have ever encountered in our travels. They are incredibly proactive, friendly, and clearly love what they do. A perfect example of the stellar service here was when David noticed some teenagers becoming a bit boisterous in the pool. Instead of making a scene, he discreetly and respectfully spoke to them, explaining the hotel’s focus on relaxation, and even offered them a ball to take down to the beach. It was a masterclass in preventative hospitality that ensured a peaceful environment for all guests. Final Thoughts Everything about this hotel and its dedicated team made our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Lanzarote and this fantastic hotel in the future! Muchas gracias for a wonderful stay.

We were very sad to have left Fariones yesterday after a wonderful 10 day stay. This was our 4th stay at Fariones and was, once again, perfect. Aside from the usual comments about the hotel, location, decor, cleanliness, facilities which are all top notch the real wow factor comes from the people, the team. The people make the experience. Otherwise it would just be another very nice hotel. Every team member we have encountered over our 4 years of visiting are incredibly courteous, kind, friendly, helpful and make us feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble and they all work incredibly hard. It would wrong of me to name names as I'm sure to leave someone else but I cannot praise the staff enough, this year has been no exception. So thank you, a huge thank you to you all.
