Never again - Gone downhill!
We've stayed here twice before and found it satisfactory. It was the view we returned for. However, on this occasion, we were given the most awful room. It was filthy. The pictures I have attached paint a clear picture. The kitchen and bathroom were shocking. The counter tops looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Cobwebs in the bedroom. Questionable stains on the sunbeds. The towels were like large teatowels. Thin and didn't feel clean, so for the first time on any holiday I've been on, I used my beach towel. To flush the toilet you had to put your hand into a hole in the wall behind!! We were only staying for 4 nights, and after a long day travelling and with health problems, which meant I was in pain after travelling, I just couldn't summon the energy to complain and move apartments. A couple of days after arriving, I asked the receptionist if they could request a taxi to go to Puerto del carmen and was told they only call a taxi for the airport. I have never had this anywhere else. I will never book to stay here again.

Very good apart from cockroach problem
Location is perfect, right next to a stunning beach with everything you need. There is an Indian restaurant right next to the hotel which is outstanding, highly recommend! Local spar shop too next door. Pool okay , but gets very busy and claustrophobic, the beach is amazing.
The rooms are huge and very spacious. We had a ground floor apparent with a sea view. Walls are very thin and you hear absolutely everything, so not much sleep.
We had air con on for 10 days and didn't pay for it.
Drinks for meals you pay at the end when you check out. We had food out most evenings due to the very limited variety. If you have children , you will struggle to find something they will eat.
Breakfast was very good with great coffee. Lots of wonderful restaurants near by , so you have multiple options.
Taxi's are very cheap. About a 25 minute walk into the main strip of Del Carmen, or a 3 minute taxi.
Cleaning is not the best and very limited understanding of basic English. The lady takes so long and it was adequate at best.
Sadly , the most negative part of this hotel was the amount of large Cockroaches that were in the room daily. It was actually disturbing and upsetting. They were crawling underneath the shower plug. Even with keeping doors shut and blocking all gaps, they still found their way in.
We would have stayed here again if it wasn't for the clear cockroach problem they have.
Pleasantly surprised
Definitely would stay again basic no entertainment though Rooms ok big with kitchen and balcony cleaners not the best in the rooms had better Food above average was expecting alot worse but was i was pleasantly surprised especially at dinner time not alot of choices but food was very good in my opinion but you get what you pay for if you have booked you will enjoy it £20 for safe for 7 days and pool towels have a £5 rental charge or bring ur own there is a shower room free when check out incase you need to wait around with a luggage room

Ok but really basic
Good location to local bars and restarants and for getting to puerto del carmen on a bus takes 5 mins. Rooms really do need updating ,we has kitchen that was falling apart in places, plaster coming off the walls, cracked tiles everywhere. Very basic , pool area ok but can get crowded if hotel full. Would we return again.. No
Lackluster Lanzarote
Location is okay. 30 minute walk from main bars on the strip. Some staff are lovely some are very rude and do not come across welcoming or engaging. The overall atmosphere is calm and yh that's about it. The pool is good, however extremely strict rules are followed ONLY when the "LIFEGUARD" is working. When he wasn't around, the pool was so much more fun. Rooms are extremely outdated on design with everything ugly wooden. Freezer didn't work. Nothing to clean dishes with therefore ants got in. Cleaners somehow managed to break in despite the latch being locked (genuinely don't know how). TV doesn't work. You have to ask for anything you want e.g., toaster and hairdryer and have to return on the same date, or else. Barely any plugs especially in rooms. What we once thought was a good deal became pretty average or poor. Now onto the food. This food is barely edible. Everything is bland. The meet is all bone. Our group of 4 barely ate here and avoided it as much as we could. If it wasn't for SPAR's noodles, we may not be here today to tell the tail. We will not be returning under any cost unfortunately. However, shout out to the expressionate and enthusiastic desk staff member, who was very helpful and made the experience more pleasant, as well as the always smiling, dark haired lady who worked all across the hotel.
After writing all this, a fellow roomsharer enlightened me they had to take a chair EACH from the TABLE in the KITCHEN to EACH BED SIDE so we had a bed side table for anything you need to charge. Also the other plug socket in the room is behind the WARDROBE.
