Club del Carmen is situated in Puerto del Carmen, within walking distance of the Playa Grande and Playa Chica beaches. It features a heated outdoor pool, children's pool and whirlpool. . Great experience
A little gem we found. Spotless, amazing apartments. Super family spot off the the strip with a family friendly pool (and a lifeguard always there). Quiet and super eco friendly. With all that said, it is the staff that make this a wonderful experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Will 100% be back.

Perfect location
Returned home after spending a wonderful 11 nights in these fantastic apartments. They are the best apartments by far. They have all the everything you need and the filter water tap is fantastic. The booking of sunbeds works really well. My last 3 holidays have been at sister complex’s and will only want this high standard going forward. They are in a fantastic location to everything and you can walk the strip and only cost 5 euro for a taxi to the old town.
The reception staff day and night are so helpful and will help with regards to bus stops which are near by and all the information you need and also booking day trips.
The restaurant and bar staff are amazing and so friendly and food was delicious too. And great happy hours. Not forgetting the cleaning staff because they are exceptional and the grounds are spotless.
All air conditioning and safes in each apartment too which is a necessity. Our friends had the apartment next door and everything was perfect for them too.
Been to Lanzarote many times before and now wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thanks to each and everyone of the staff for helping make our holiday great. See you soon

Great value for money. Great space in Villa for family of 5
I’ve been there now four years in a row really good place to stay good location very near the beach and not too far from the main strip Staff are excellent. great value for money we stay in the villa and you’ve loads space really happy with the place going back again year. Thanks to Simone in reception for looking after us again this year.
Clean and friendly resort
Good location a short walk from the main strip and bus stop directly opposite resort, all friendly staff(receptionists, housekeeping, bar, lifeguards) and very clean resort. Unfortunately the apartments aren’t very sound proof so had some difficulty sleeping. Air con,WiFi and shower facilities were great. Nice atmosphere for a family holiday but sun beds are very close together so quite cosy. Great sunbed booking system certainly made the holiday stress free. Overall would return😊

We loved these apartments, clean, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed so comfy with lovely mattress toppers, good sleep, sofa bed comfy, kitchen so much better equipped than others we have stayed locally!
There is so much attention to detail, eco friendly toiletries, paper and policies. Recycling, water bottle and filtered water was so good compared to us dragging large bottles of plastic around for the previous two weeks.
Loved the insect nets at all doors and windows, no bugs or flying insects at all. We did have a few mini ants in the kitchen which were attracted to food. Once we kept all the food in the fridge and not cupboards they went away, I mentioned this on leaving but it didn’t really bother us.
The What’s app service was brilliant, I really felt like the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in Lanzarote, texts to check if we were ok, texts half way through the stay, weather updates, menus, prompt responses, paella cooking demonstrations..
The pool is lovely , just the right temperature, cool for swimming but not icy cold. Jacuzzi nice. They did have aqua aerobics once a week but I missed this.
It’s a small complex so you are in close proximity to neighbours but we weren’t disturbed. Smoking on balconies was frustrating as we had to keep closing doors.
Very convenient location half way between Los Pocillos and Puerto Del Carman (the quiet end)! 10 -15 mins walk to both. The only thing I missed from our previous Accomodation was daily yoga or Pilates. There is not much space but beach yoga would be good! I missed having space and gardens to stroll in but it’s a compromise to have a better quality hotel nearer to the beach! We didn’t realise this was a Hilton hotel but can’t find it on the Hilton app. Definitely the most eco friendly and cleanest Hilton we have ever stayed! We will be back!
