Excellent stay in club Del carmen
Absolutely excellent hotel with amazing staff! The apartments are so well Equipped and want for nothing in them. Filter tap no no longer needing to but bottled water. Staff right accross the board from the desk, bar, lifeguard, accommodation and maintenance(helping me put umbrella up🙈) were So helpful and obliging at all stages . We will definitely be back! A lovely gem!

A last minute delight.
We booked Club Del Carmen a week before travelling after minimal research but what a great decision we made. Our appartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The sofa bed was a good size and very comfortable. The pool and bar were just right for our needs. We never stressed too much about booking a sunbed and there was always availability if required. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive to any requests. The Whatsapp communication is a great thing! Location was great, just a short walk to the main strip and across the road from the beach with a main bus stop nearby. It's a €15 - 20 taxi ride from the airport so transfers were easy. We would absolutely return.
Home from home
We have stayed a lot previously. We visited this time with our 1 year old son for his first holiday abroad. As per previous visits, the hotel is exceptional. Room was spotless, staff were great, pool system is fair and the bar is good value. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. We will be back next year, it is like being at home but abroad. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel
Made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We arrived early so had a drink in the bar whilst our room was prepared, the reception staff were so understanding and let us check in early. Bar staff great and prices so cheap (2 beers for 5euro, happy hour 1-2 & 5-6pm, buy 1 get 1 free!) Hotel is across the road from the beach and at the start of The Strip, where all the bars & restraunts are. Rooms had everything you needed, with 2 sunloungers on the balcony. 1 large pool, 1 kids pool and a Jacuzzi. Pool sunloungers are booked with the lifeguard so no early morning towel shenanagins ! Baily Bar served fantastic food with Late Breakfast served until 1pm. Cleanliness was 10/10 the whole place is spotlessly clean with staff ensuring it stays that way. Hotel is a 5 minute cab ride from the airport but isn't affected by noise, it was a very chilled holiday and we will definitely return.

Great staff and customer service!
We had a fab time here- great pool - close to lots of restaurants and beach. Staff great! Booking system surprisingly ok for sunloungers and gives everyone a fair chance of using them.
Hugest thank you to the staff as on arriving home from our hols I realised I had left a necklace behind- housekeeping found it in our room and reception contacted me to arrange shipping details - so pleased to have it back! Super big thank you! 🤩
