This apartments are located in on of the peaceful side streets and is right in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen. A beautiful sand beach is only 600m away. The various shopping facilities and entertainment venues in the lively centre can be reaced within only a few minutes on foot. A bus stop may be found only 600 m from the hotel
This one-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 67 apartments. Guests may make use of the pool and garden area, a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes and an Internet corner. There is also a cosy bar, a TV room and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area to be found within the hotel. Bicycle rental is also on offer to guests.
In the hotel grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. It is also possible to make use of the gym or pay a visit to the sauna. Furthermore, it is possible to play a game of billiards/snooker or table tennis (incurs an additional fee). The nearest golf course can be found approximately 14 km away.

Beautiful Hotel
Just returned from another lovely stay at this hotel, can't fault anything, the rooms are modern with comfortable beds and cleaned everyday, all the staff are so helpfull nothing too much trouble, the breakfast is the best we have ever had when staying bed and breakfast, the hotel itself is so peaceful no mad rush for sunbeds as they have a no reservation plicy which makes a pleasant change from some hotels ,cant wait to return :)
Another Amazing Stay
This is my second visit to Aqua Suites with my husband and this time my daughter came with us
We stayed in room 304 really spotless as normal , cleaners are great in every day , nothing is a problem and they're always pleasant and happy
Upon arrival we met Maria on reception, we would talk to Maria every night we passed her. What a lovely lady, again always happy and a great sense of humour .
We stayed for bed and breakfast and again the breakfast didn't disappoint . Everything cooked fresh to order and always hot
Staff again always helpful, worked hard to make sure you got everything you needed.
Big shout out to Sam , we met her last year, great member of the hotel, full of fun, approachable, work ethic great and you can tell all the guests love her.
I found this year that the bar downstairs in the evening does amazing cocktails. The best Pina Colada we have had and that was thanks to the manager Yaz who works behind the bar
I would definitely recommend Aqua Suites and hope to return in the future for another visit .

Aquatastic (again)!
Just back from our Oct stay at Aqua. Friendly welcome upon check-in, as always :-) Apartment/complex spotlessly clean. We had 1st floor room with balcony, overlooking the children's pool - thanks to Sebastian for our email request for a specific room - much appreciated. Need to give a shout out to Sam and Christina for the great service at breakfast - nice to be remembered from our last visit. Breakfast as good as ever. Thanks for a relaxing 11 nights - we will be back :-)

Unfortunately would not re visit
We are currently staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, have been disappointed with our experience so far.
It seems that some of the basics have been overlooked from the start. The shower is lukewarm at best, and the water pressure is absolutely shocking. Despite asking reception to resolve the issue on two separate occasions, nothing has been done. This might seem like a small issue, but being unable to enjoy a proper, hot shower each day really does take away from the holiday experience. You would expect hot water and reasonable water pressure as standard.
Other members of our family have stayed here in previous years and never experienced these issues. Unfortunately, they have also noticed that the overall standards seem to have slipped this year compared with previous visits, which makes the experience even more disappointing.
The breakfast is nice, and when the hot food is served, it is always enjoyable. However, the service can be slow, and the buffet selection seems more limited than in previous years.
Another major disappointment is the pool. It is absolutely freezing, meaning you can only comfortably use it for a very short amount of time. When booking a winter sun holiday, you would reasonably expect a heated pool, so this has been particularly disappointing.
Individually, these may seem like small things, but when several basic aspects of your stay fall short, they make a significant difference to the overall holiday experience. It is especially disappointing when returning guests and their families notice a decline in standards compared with previous years.
We really like Puerto del Carmen as a resort and would happily return to the area. Unfortunately, based on our current experience, we would be reluctant to stay at this hotel again unless these basic issues were addressed and standards improved.
It is a shame, as with a few improvements and more attention to the basics, the hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.

Staff fantastic
Excellent stay.Food very good and we had half board.The restaurant is quite quiet in the evening not sure why as the food is varied and good quality.Rooms excellent and very quiet and nice to find water replenished every day, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and free safe all nice touches. What makes this hotel excellent are the staff.They are all exceptional. Only things I would try and improve is the shower pressure and temperature if it was possible. Did mention it to reception but had no feedback on whether is was looked at as it didn't improve. Also my wife would have liked a little more entertainment in the evening but that didn't bother me. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone as you will have a great stay.
