The hotel is located a mere 300 metres away from the nearest pebble beach, while the Timanfaya volcano, Janubio salt works, Ajaches Nature Park and the renowned Papagayo beaches are to be found in close proximity. Guests can relax and unwind in perfect rapture amidst the intrinsic beauty of the surroundings. This charming hotel welcomes visitors with warm hospitality and excellent service. Nice hotel reception staff very kind but they are not responsible for food service
Hotel showing it age a bit . Paid for Half board unfortunately meals very very poor . Buffet kept running out of food I.e chips main meals cold ice scream empty . No cutlery ie spoon for desserts. No coffee available at evening meal as their machines get turned off for the evening sitting . Very poor kids selection morning and night . Had to pay to eat out every night food service shocking

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Playa Blanca. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and always helpful, and the food offered plenty of variety. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The BEST family holiday, hands down, no debate needed
We recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Papagayo in Lanzarote and had a fantastic family holiday.
The all-inclusive food exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of dishes available throughout the day. There was always something for both adults and children to enjoy, and the quality and freshness of the food were consistently excellent. The restaurant and bar service were equally impressive, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
A special thank you goes to Vanessa and Pinky from the entertainment team. Their enthusiasm, energy, and dedication helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. They worked incredibly hard to ensure guests of all ages were entertained and having a great time.
An extra special mention must go to Michael Peralta. He was absolutely outstanding with our two children and quickly became one of the highlights of their holiday. His involvement in the mini disco was fantastic, and his energy and professionalism during the daytime adult activities around the pool were equally impressive. Michael has a natural ability to engage with both children and adults, making everyone feel included and ensuring every activity was enjoyable. His hard work, positivity, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference to our holiday experience.
Overall, Hotel Mirador Papagayo offers excellent food, outstanding service, and an exceptional entertainment team. We would highly recommend it to families visiting Lanzarote and would happily return in the future.

Lovely place to stay kids entertainment is amazing Michael is amazing with the children my little boy loved him, loads of memories created and will never be forgotten ❤️
food absolutely horrendous
we have just come back from 7 days here, the hotel itself is nice enough if you want a quiet hotel with not much going on, the atmosphere is very flat and the majority of the staff (with the exception of spa and reception, who are lovely) are the rudest ive ever encountered anywhere particuarly in the resturant! Food is vile and i dont say that lightly, its truelly awful, dont come here for full board or all inclusive because you will end up paying to eat out
