Location was brilliant and the atmosphere was brilliant rooms was perfect and it was great value for money and all staff was really lovely and helpful and shows was really good
Everything is fine
The hotel was very nice it had a cool waterpark, noce shows in the evening and pretty good food and drinks. The rooms were also very nice. Me and my lottle brother had to share a bed but we only had one bedsheet so most of the time one of us was always lying without a bedsheet. Is there a way you can get more than one?

We have just returned from this hotel and was a bit wary because of the reviews.
DO NOT go with all the reviews as people are just dying to have a moan. It was brilliant!
We loved this place from start to finish.
Staff very helpful, animation team were brilliant, something different every night and they were great with the kids at the mini disco. The staff even stayed behind one night to make balloon models with the kids.
Waterpark DOES allow the all-inclusive bands to eat and drink there. You can only eat between 12-2pm, which is perfect for a day at the waterpark.
Food was absolutely fine, there was something for everyone, even the kids had a wee section to themselves.
Only negative was the bungalows were a bit dated, but you can upgrade if you wish. We only needed a clean place to put our head down, so didnt choose upgrade. It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels, should you need them. That's all you need.
Fantastic location and sometimes there are wee stalls in the hotel also.
We usually do not return to a holiday destination as we like to try out different places, we would definitely return here, worth a visit.

You get what you pay for
Went with wife and 7 month old baby. Location is great, playa flamingo a 5 min walk (if the back gate is open which annoyingly closes at 20h). Had all inclusive, which did NOT include the waterpark on the premises, you need ultra inclusive for that, meh. Same goes for drinks, if you want mocht or margarita, you pay. Meh. Foodwise ok, but not too enthusiastic, we're vegans, and especially the breakfast had no jams or something so ended up bringing peanutbutter and marmite to eat with bread and coffee. Soy yoghurt had to ask for, and often not available. On the whole island did not find any fully vegan restaurant, so not too surprising. Staff was very helpful and friendly in getting taxis, car rentals etc. They have different activities every evening, and was looking forward to karaoke, but turned out it was just a DJ playing popular songs while entertainers danced, so bummer there. All in all I'd say good value for money, kid friendly, nice pool not too overcrowded,

Great week!
Staff were incredible, from reception to entertainment can't fault any of them, they go above and beyond. The room (relaxia style) was very clean and comfortable and had lots of equipment.
