Summer holiday
A great hotel for families. Day time entertainment is fab for the kids. Lots of things planned throughout the day. Water park was dab, foam party and inflatables at the hitel pool. We upgraded to the new bedroom facilities which are nice and clean. Great rain shower too. Entertainment staff are always very friendly and happy to help.
Amazing hotel/stay
We came as a family of 6 for 10 nights. We arrived around 10.45pm at the hotel, staff had left out food for us - fruit and cheese/ham for us to make a sandwich which we really appreciated having children/teenagers with us. Our room was basic but had everything we needed for our stay, the rooms were cleaned daily and beds made. The food was great and we always found something that we enjoyed. The staff - reception, entertainment team, bar staff were all amazing, kind and always happy to help, mainly the reception staff who always went above and beyond for the guests. The day and evening entertainment was good - always something to do.Pools were very clean and inflatables were allowed which was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again! A big added bonus was the aqualava water park which was included, the food there was also included (lunch and drinks) an all round amazing experience! Thank you 👏🏻

Great holiday
We really enjoyed our stay at the Relaxia we were all inclusive Staff are great, food was great and plenty of it with lots of choice. Soft drinks on tap all day, wine and beer available all day too. Coffee machines etc. Entertainment is good different things on every night. Entertainment for kids on during the day. Slightly downside was apartment was small but manageable. Towels on sunbeds needs dealing with if your not down by 7:30 then you’ll struggle. We got free entry into the water park next door we went 4 times which saves you 57 Euro a go that was 3 of us. Food in the park was part of our inclusive deal so a real bonus. Biggest thing for us was there was not much to do outside of the hotel. Nice walk to the main strip of about a mile along the sea front but not much closer than that. Beach at flamingo bay is really nice and that’s maybe 10-15 minutes walk.

Super holiday the entertainment is the highlight of the hotel specially Kate and Simone the fire show was amazing and there so many activities you will be not disappointed
